You'll spend summer days grilling outside on the deck in the fragrant forest air and winter evenings watching movies with your loved ones as the snow piles up outside.

Built in 1977 and full of its original character, the lodge offers several thoughtful updates and features to keep you comfortable in every season. Step inside, set your boots on the rack to dry, and be greeted by wood paneling throughout, two-story ceilings, and a wall of windows that frame the forested neighborhood. The living room, dining room, and kitchen all come together in this open main level, so you can easily spend time with your companions whether you're cooking, sharing a meal, or watching movies on the wall-mounted smart TV (with a DVD player and DVDs) with the gas fireplace heating the entire lodge. The owners love to cook, so the kitchen is outfitted with every essential appliance, tool, and utensil, including a stainless steel French door refrigerator, a gas range, and K-cup, French press, and traditional coffee makers. You can prepare meals indoors with music playing on the Bose speaker or step outside onto the back deck to get the Weber gas grill going. There's ample space to dine in the light-filled dining area and outside on the deck. At night, as the day's clothes and swimsuits refresh themselves in the private washer/dryer, you'll have your choice of one bedroom downstairs and a cozy upstairs loft.

The lodge sits in a woodland community of both part-time and year-round residents, on the only road in the neighborhood with year-round car access. You'll be able to walk to Speelyi Beach Park on the southeast shores of Lake Cle Elum (half a mile southwest), where you can swim, boat, and fish for rainbow trout, lake trout, and kokanee. Cascade Playtime Rentals (just under two miles northwest) can even connect you to boats, canoes, and snowmobiles to enhance your stay. When it's time to relax, Swiftwater Cellars (eight miles southeast) offers local wines for guests to try seven days a week, along with cocktails and dining.

If you're looking to get away for a weekend or week, this all-season two-level cabin mountain cabin has plenty of space and amenities needed for a wonderful stay. Located in the Heart of the Cascades, your retreat is situated on a 1-acre, wooded lot close to Interstate 90, with private access to the beautiful upper Yakima River!

Indoors, you will find an open floor plan with floor-to-ceiling windows that let you admire the forest views. Enjoy the convenience of ample amenities and technology including a full kitchen, two bathrooms, a washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, a smart TV and a DVD player for entertainment (bring your own movies), and comfortable sleeping arrangements - all while maintaining a rustic, cabin feel. With a variety of games, books, puzzles, cards, and a bumper pool table that converts into a felt card table, there is plenty of fun to be had.

Outside, there are furnished front and back decks with a BBQ for outdoor dining, and a lawn for games. On occasion, you can spot wandering deer or wild turkeys. You will also have direct access to the river from the property, just 300 feet from the cabin down a lovely, wooded path.

In the summer, enjoy ample activities on-site including rafting (bring tubes and rafts if you want to float) and fly fishing (be sure to keep a permit handy). Come winter, you can enjoy the riverfront firepit for marshmallow roasting. Or, perhaps you want to sit and see if you can spot the resident herd of elk and other wildlife.

Nearby, you can hike The Palouse to Cascades State Park Trail, spend a day on the water at Lake Easton State Park, or take in the farmers market and outdoor concert series in Roslyn. Mountain lakes, the Washington State Horse Park, Suncadia Resort, multiple golf courses, and wine tasting are all nearby, so there is something for everyone. Downhill skiing, tubing, and Nordic skiing are a short drive away at Snoqualmie Summit. The winter months are also fantastic for snowmobiling and snowshoeing. Take a 2-hour drive to Mission Ridge Ski & Board Resort for some drier snow and bigger terrain, or visit the Bavarian village of Leavenworth.

THINGS TO KNOW
The kitchen is ready for all of your cooking, baking, and beverage needs and includes a refrigerator with ice-maker, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, a full selection of pots and pans, dishware, serving ware, coffee maker and mini-Keurig, crockpot, toaster, and assorted cooking and baking utensils. A refurbished buffet/bar is well stocked with assorted wine and cocktail glasses for those special celebrations. You don’t need to bring a thing except your food! (Safeway is just 10 minutes away in Cle Elum.)
In the winter, we try to keep the driveway plowed and the stairs shoveled before you arrive, but snow can be unpredictable so 4-wheel drive is always a good thing in the mountains in the winter. A snow shovel and snow-melting salt are available just inside the breezeway door if it snows while you are there.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our quiet, gated community is ideal for the peaceful weekend getaway. The neighborhood is small, but tight knit. We have private lake access that is located directly across our driveway.

You'll likely come across 4 wheelers, snowmobiles and kids playing. There is a strict 10 mph speed limit enforced to ensure the safety of the community.

The neighborhood is great for short walks, whether on street or on the beach. Everything else, such as grocery stores or restaurants will require a car to get to and from.

Tandem parking available in our driveway. Guests are not permitted to park on the street.

The speed limit in the community is STRICTLY enforced at 10 miles per hour.

The ladder-like stairs lead to the 2nd floor sleeping areas. To the right is the king bed with plenty of space to maneuver and store luggage. The other room is accessed through a barn door and holds 2 queen beds, a TV and dresser. The bathroom is on the main level, so keep that in mind for any nighttime restroom needs.

Come find relaxation at our newly remodeled a-frame cabin across the street from Lake Cle Elum in the Pine Loch Sun neighborhood. The two-bedroom and one bath space was recently updated with all new flooring downstairs, new carpet upstairs, all new furniture with lots of modern touches. The a-frame was built in the 1970s and has a spacious deck with peekaboo views of Lake Cle Elum. A relaxing hot tub awaits you. Gaze out into the forest while you have a nice soak.
Beautiful floor to ceiling windows in the living room offering loads of natural light and a wood burning fireplace to keep you ultra cozy.

Our a-frame cabin has two bedrooms and one full bath. The first floor has one bedroom with a King bed. The bathroom is across the hall from the King room on the first floor. The kitchen and dining/living room area is one big, open space on main floor with the deck off of the living room area. Upstairs you'll find a walled-off loft area with a queen bed + a twin trundle combo. Enjoy the super fast WiFi while working from the cabin or watching movies on the Smart TV.

Our kitchen is equipped with a stove/oven range, full sized fridge, and large stainless steel sink. There's also a microwave, Keurig single pod coffee maker, hot water kettle, and toaster. You'll find all of the utensils, dishes, pots/pans, and baking sheets you need to make a meal w/ plenty of extras. Lots of drinking glasses and wine glasses are there for you.

You'll find a wood fireplace in the living area. We will provide one starter bundle of firewood for you. Additional bundles can be purchased in the town of Roslyn or at Safeway in Cle Elum for you to bring with you.

Please note, we have a surveillance camera on the exterior of the property by the front door (RING doorbell), so we can monitor snow fall in the winter and unwanted guests. The hot tub is within range of the RING doorbell. Please do not book if you’re uncomfortable with this setup.

Our neighborhood is seasonal access only. During the Winter months, the yellow gate will close and it will be hike-in or snow-mobile in only. It is a 0.5 mile hike all up hill to the cabin, so you must be up for the adventure. The road is groomed for snowmobiles and hikers, but will not be plowed so you cannot drive a car in. Normally, the gate will close early December and remain closed through mid-March. If you're looking to book during these months, please be aware of this restriction. There is a large parking lot that is plowed before the yellow gate where you will park. There is a neighborhood snow taxi that charges $35 one-way to take you and your items up the hill. We are NOT affiliated with this service and cannot guarantee a reservation for this. From our experience, though, the service is very reliable and the folks are super friendly. We can provide their contact information and suggest you book with at least a one week notice.

During the non-winter months, you can park up to two cars in the driveway. During the winter months, you're free to park your snow mobile, etc. in the driveway.

Cascade Playtime or The Last Resort up the road rents snow mobiles, jet skis, boats, kayaks, SUP boards, and canoes. We can provide more info on this once you’ve booked.

- "This cabin deserves much more than 5 stars. Everything was neat and tidy. The bed was very comfortable, the couch and chair each had throws for the chilly evening. A small wood stove next to the chair, although I didn't light it. 4 burner stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, small microwave, coffee maker. I took my own Keurig, and was so impressed with the cabin I left the Keurig there as a gift for the owners, and future guests. Large shower in the main bathroom, big fluffy towels. Kitchen stocked with pots, pans, glassware, utensils, dishes and cups. Not far from the river's edge with a marked trail. All in all a great experience in a wonderful little cabin. Guest Access:
AWD or 4x4 vehicles are advised as we do have a steep gravel/dirt driveway to get to the front door of the house. Alternatively, there is parking with EV charging available down by the detached garage just 'round the other side of the building. Additional street parking on the way to the cabin is easy to access and only about a 5-7 minute walk away.

*Snowy Season*
During the snowy months (typically December - April), the road is closed to wheeled vehicles and parking before the gate is required. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the cabin depending on parking availability near the gate during this time of year.

While the home is equipped to host up to 5 people, we think the perfect group size is 2-3 given the total size is only 700 sqft. Pets are allowed, but only if they are fully potty trained and well behaved. The home is fully carpeted so this is a hard requirement. Please reach out if you have any concerns about this.

Please keep in mind that we run on septic. So please do not flush ANYTHING that's not toilet paper. We have cute reminder signs posted above the toilets in each bathroom so you don’t forget!

We are in a remote mountain area so please be mindful of animals when outside (and while driving). There have been deer and other wild animals known to visit the area so don’t leave food outside.

No fires or open flames are allowed during the strict burn ban in the area, usually June through September. The gas BBQ grill is okay to use during the burn ban.

* You will have a fully stocked kitchen to cook and relax at the cabin, coffee and tea included.

* Living room has a sofa bed and large 58" Smart TV, desk and wood stove.

* Family room offers a cozy sofa bed, electric fireplace and large 65" Smart TV, and door for added privacy.

* Main cabin has a generously sized loft area that is ideal for children to bring sleeping bags and pads and enjoy

* The Bunkhouse is a separate building a short walk from the main cabin that boasts a second bathroom, a bunk bed, a 50" Smart TV, and an electric fireplace.

All three TVs come with a paid subscription to YouTube TV, which provides access to sports and TV/movies. Roku setup to checkout from accounts automatically after checkout

4 adult kayaks for rent ($35/each) with supplies available upon request. Please contact several days before checking in. Also have 1 child kayak that is pink.

Visit Cle Elum for year-round outdoor adventures, historic sites, and small town charm. The Little Blue Basecamp is the perfect home base for exploring the area or just relaxing by the fire. It is located just a few blocks from the Iron Horse/Palouse to Cascade trail, a half mile from Cle Elum’s main street, and 3 miles from Rosalyn.

The space
Built in 1910, the cabin has many interesting and unique updates. The cozy 660 square foot space features a wood stove, lots of reclaimed wood, corrugated metal ceilings, a claw foot bathtub and pipe accents. A rolling library ladder goes up to a loft and the kitchen “cabinets” are school gym baskets/lockers.

Sleeping options are a queen bed in the small bedroom, a fold out single couch in the living room and another single bed in the loft.

The backyard is spacious with apple and plum trees and a horseshoe pit. You might see deer wander through especially in the fall when the apples are ripe.

The kitchen has basic cooking pans, utensils and dishes. There is also a good section of spices, condiments, and pantry staples. We also provide coffee, tea, cocoa, pancake mix and oatmeal so you can have breakfast at home before heading out for your day.

If you need to work, there is a nice desk/work space with a computer monitor that looks out to the backyard.

The Yakima river is just down the street for fishing and rafting. Hiking and biking in the Alpine Lakes Wilderness, Teanaway Community Forest and National Forest is just a short drive away. In the winter there are multiple snow parks nearby for snowshoeing, cross country skiing and snowmobiling. We have three pairs of snowshoes that you are welcome to borrow - just bring your own boots.

Our family has been coming to the Cle Elum area for over 30 years. We love spending time at the Little Blue Basecamp and are excited to share it with you!

AWD or 4x4 vehicles are advised as we do have a steep gravel/dirt driveway to get to the front door of the house. Alternatively, there is parking with EV charging available down by the detached garage just 'round the other side of the building. Additional street parking on the way to the cabin is easy to access and only about a 5-7 minute walk away.

*Snowy Season*
During the snowy months (typically December - April), the road is closed to wheeled vehicles and parking before the gate is required. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the cabin depending on parking availability near the gate during this time of year.

While the home is equipped to host up to 5 people, we think the perfect group size is 2-3 given the total size is only 700 sqft. We're happy to host all 5, but please keep in mind it will be a little cozier. Need a lot more space? Pets are allowed, but only if they are fully potty trained and well behaved. The home is fully carpeted so this is a hard requirement. Please reach out if you have any concerns about this.

Please keep in mind that we run on septic. So please do not flush ANYTHING that's not toilet paper. We have cute reminder signs posted above the toilets in each bathroom so you don’t forget!

✧ Wildlife ✧
We are in a remote mountain area so please be mindful of animals when outside (and while driving). There have been deer and other wild animals known to visit the area so don’t leave food outside.

✧ Fires ✧
No fires or open flames are allowed during the strict burn ban in the area, usually June through September. The gas BBQ grill is okay to use during the burn ban.

We are in a community with neighbors who live here full time. Please be mindful of noise levels at all times and help maintain a peaceful environment for all.

Entry is on the main floor, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room, and a full bathroom with towels and toiletries. The living room includes a full futon that sleeps one, linens provided. Two balconies adjoin the main floor.
The large master bedroom is upstairs and features a king bed that sleeps two, all linens provided. A small private balcony adjoins the bedroom.
There is a small laundry room with separate entry in the basement. Use of the washer and dryer is free, with laundry products provided.

*Full Disclosure - Being in close proximity to I-90 provides easy access to all of your year-round adventures! However, it also means traffic noise is heard when outside. Inside the cabin is cozy and quiet.

*Please Note* The entry gate may occasionally need to remain open during snow season to allow access to and from the cabin. As such, the property will not be fully enclosed so please keep a close eye on your kiddos and fur babies when outdoors during these times.

*AWD or 4WD vehicles are recommended in winter months as there can be significant snowfall. We clear the driveway and walking path to the cabin on a regular basis, however, additional snow may accumulate after clearing & before your arrival and/or during your stay. This may require you to shovel some snow to keep your path clear. We always provide a snow shovel and ice melt for your use.

BEDROOM:

*The cabin has one bedroom. It is a shared space with a queen bed and twin trundle beds. Sleeps 4 max. Ideally suited for couples, but will comfortably accommodate couples with 1-2 children, or a few close friends who don’t mind sharing the room.
*Large barn doors separate the bedroom from the living space for privacy.
*Glass doors provide a lovely view and access from the bedroom to the back yard facing the river.
*Blackout window treatments on both bedroom windows help insure a restful sleep.
*Small corner cabinet and luggage rack are provided for your use.

TWO BATHROOMS:

*The cabin bathroom has a roomy tiled shower with glass doors as well as a full size stackable washer and dryer.
*The Bath House offers a private 2nd full bathroom, complete with a 2nd full-size washer and dryer.
*All shower and bathroom essentials are provided.
*A hair dryer, garment steamer and first aid kit are located in both bathroom vanities.
*A wall-mounted magnifying make-up mirror is included in the main cabin bath.

KITCHEN:

*Fully stocked kitchen - a Keurig, K-cups & ground coffee (reg. ground & decaf), Mr. Coffee, vanilla creamer, sugar, Stevia, teas, salt, pepper, 12 additional spices (see photo), an electric kettle, toaster, microwave, all cooking utensils, pots and pans, mixing bowls and electric mixer, measuring cups & spoons, indoor and outdoor dishes, children's plates/cups/bowls, full size blender, large and small crockpots, bakeware, potholders, trivets, flatware as well as wine glasses and a cocktail shaker. A large Brita water container is provided in the refrigerator, and a bucket of ice in the freezer.
*Kitchen island is mobile and has an extended bar for eating space with 2 bar stools. It has built-in cabinets and drawers which are all available for use as your pantry/storage.
*Henckels premium knife set with block.
*Presently, we do not have a dishwasher, however, there’s a large stainless steel sink with a bamboo dish rack, combo wash bin/drying rack, along with several drying pads, dish soap, dish towels and always a new scrub sponge.
*A stand alone AC unit is attached to the small window (seasonally).

LIVING AREA:

*Comfy couch with two built-in recliners, a cozy reading chair and side tables
*Coffee table has a lift-top for dining space or for use as a work station. The compartment underneath stores a large variety of DVD's and several games are provided for your family fun nights.
*The toasty pellet stove will keep you warm on cold winter days and adds a cozy and relaxing element to your stay.
*43 inch Samsung smart TV with satellite internet/Wifi is provided to access your own streaming services.
*A new Samsung soundbar with sub woofer and bass assist has been installed to enhance your viewing experience.

OUTDOOR SPACE:

*A lovely manicured yard overlooking the river.
*A large 8 ft. wood table and benches are situated under the pole building for your outdoor dining and protection from the weather. Outdoor string lights above table.
*The propane fire pit is nestled near the fence overlooking the river. I personally confirmed with our local fire chief that our propane fire pit is approved and not part of the summer burn ban as it does not emit sparks.
* Both adult and child size Adirondack chairs are provided.
*Weber propane BBQ grill is located under the pole building near the outdoor table so you’re protected from weather while grilling.
*A two-person hammock as well as yard games Corn Hole & Connect Four are available (seasonal & weather permitting).
*Direct river access requires the ability to navigate several steps down to the deck and just a few more to the water's edge.

FAMILY & DOG FRIENDLY:

*Fully fenced & gated (except when heavy snow requires gate to remain open).
*Max two dogs allowed with a pet fee of $40 per dog per stay. Dog dishes, 2 leashes, as well as dog towels and blankets are provided during your stay. *Please refer to House Rules and scroll to ‘Additional Rules’ for our Pet Policy. *Sorry, no cats allowed as homeowner is severely allergic.
*A Pack-n-Play and baby/toddler booster seat are located in the bath house.
*A variety of card and board games, DVD’s, Cornhole and Connect Four yard games are provided.
*Though we are family friendly, please note the cabin has not been baby-proofed. However, wall-mounted safety brackets are in place on the tall bedroom corner cabinet, bathroom cabinet, the owners cabinet, and the refrigerator and range/oven. Outlet covers are made available for your use.

BATH HOUSE:

*The bath house is separate from the cabin and is available with your cabin booking. It provides a 2nd full private bathroom, including sink, toilet, and shower. All shower essentials provided, as well as a 2nd full size washer and dryer.

RV SITES & PARKING:

*Ample parking! We can accommodate your ATV/UTV or snowmobile trailer.
*We have two full RV hookups for rent (sewer, water & power) so your extended family can join you on vacation!
*30 AMP service is provided at each site.
*RV sites are available for a $45 per night per site fee (10% weekly discount available). *Fees need to be paid prior to check-in.
*RV site # 1 is located in front of the Bath House. MAX length is 32 ft. to accommodate turn around.
*RV site # 2 is located in the middle stall of the pole building. It’s smaller and will ONLY accommodate campers, trailers or motorhomes NO larger than 10 ft. wide X 10 ft. high and 26 ft. in length.
*Odor-tight sewer hose connections are required! We kindly ask that you use a sewer hose cradle! (see photo in listing). Thank you!
*The driveway entry has a manual swing gate which requires the physical ability to open/close.
*All driveway and parking surfaces are gravel. You’re welcome to park your car under the pole building if spots are available.

Guests will have full access to the cabin, bath house, entire yard, covered pole building, gated stairway to the river, the riverside deck and all parking areas. PLEASE do not park on grass within the fenced yard as we have in-ground sprinklers and a septic drain field. Thank you!
Be aware the driveway entry has a manual swing gate. (Please ONLY swing the gate inward toward the cabin, thank you!)

The only buildings not accessible are the owner's two locked storage sheds.

Other things to note
*The local boat launch is just one mile west at the end of our road which means quick access to float the river right down to the cabin! It’s about a 35-40 minute float. The launch is not suitable for boats (no ramps & often shallow water) but it’s great access for tubing, inflatable rafts, kayaks, etc. We always recommend life jackets! If you let me know in advance I can have a few life jackets available during your stay.

*Helpful hint…frisbees make great paddles for navigation when floating in an inner-tube! We provide frisbees for your use. They’re stored in the bath house along with beach towels.

*Please be aware a Discover Pass is required to park at the local boat launch, and the rangers require life jackets if using paddle boards or inflatable rafts.

*Due to its proximity to I-90 there is traffic noise when outside the cabin, however, inside the cabin is quiet and cozy.

*During times of heavy snowfall the entry gate may need to remain open to allow access to and from the cabin. As such, the property will not be fully enclosed so you may need to leash your dog and keep a closer eye on the kiddos when outdoors in winter.

*RV Sites: Please inquire at the time of your cabin booking request. All fees for use of the RV sites must be paid prior to arrival. RV sites are only available to rent along with a cabin rental so family & friends can join you. RV sites are generally not available to rent on their own.

*We are dog friendly! If bringing your dog, please read and agree to our pet policies and register each dog (2 max) at the time of booking. All dogs (sorry, no cats or other animals allowed) must be disclosed and applicable fees paid. Thank you!

Wadsworth Cabin

Full of cozy warmth and woodsy charm, this forest cabin is a place for taking in the beauty of Ronald, Cle Elum Lake, and the greater Cascades. Enjoy a large deck overlooking the woods where you can relax with your morning coffee, barbecue in the afternoons, and unwind in the hot tub beneath star-filled skies.

This two-story cabin sits in a clearing of evergreens on the south side of Cle Elum Lake. It's only one mile from Speelyi Beach, a wonderful and quiet place to swim, kayak, and take in a view of the mountains. You'll be a short drive from dozens of hiking trails in the surrounding forestland, five miles from Roslyn and its many charms (including Washington's oldest operating saloon), eight miles from downtown Cle Elum, and 37 miles from The Summit at Snoqualmie.

Whether you spend your days hiking, fishing, or swimming, you'll delight in coming home to a cabin where wood-paneled walls, beamed ceilings, and an impressive stone hearth only enhance the mountain atmosphere. The living spaces are all open to each other - the well-equipped kitchen, the dining area, and the living room with its smart TV and wood-burning fireplace.

After an evening of roasting s'mores by the firepit, retreat to one traditional bedroom on the ground floor. Our rustic modern cabin is nestled in the trees above Cle Elum Lake, just past the cute town of Roslyn. Minutes to the lake (5 min drive/25 min walk), hiking/riding trails, fishing, golfing and restaurants.
Floor-to-ceiling windows facing the lake; open concept common area; 3 levels and 3 separate outdoor spaces allow family and friends to come together and spread out.

The interior of our cabin is thoughtfully laid out between three levels:

- Main Floor (middle level):
Open concept kitchen (fully stocked! incl. all cooking appliances you can think of and Keurig coffee bar), dining room, living room with wood burning fireplace.
Wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows with view of the lake through the pines.
Large deck off the living area facing the lake with dining table and propane BBQ grill for lovely indoor/outdoor living.
Bathroom with spa-like soaking tub.

- Upstairs:
Open loft with queen bed.
Attached 1/2 bathroom.
Closet space.

- Downstairs:
Private bedroom with queen bed.
Rec room area with two bunk beds, futon, comfy oversized chair, cozy gas fireplace, TV (including Roku and plenty of DVDs for the whole family), Xbox 360, and high-top table for games & puzzles (tons included).

There is also a Snoo bassinet and a Pack n Play that you can use a crib or bassinet. Feel free to move these to different rooms.

The whole house has strong wi-fi for working remotely, streaming devices, etc.

The Cabin community of Pineloch Sun borders Lake Cle Elum and the 40,000 acre Central Cascades Nature Conservatory. Breathe Inn is perched in the woods, 700ft above Lake Cle Elum. At an elevation of 2,900ft, the winter months bring abundant snowfall. Find your zen cuddled up by the fire inside, or venture out to sled, snowmobile, snowshoe, cross-country ski, and more... all right out the front door! Plus, the Summit at Snoqualmie is a full ski resort with tubing just a 45 min drive away!

***During periods of heavy snowfall, the Pineloch Sun Community gate is locked preventing drive-in access. Local SNOW TAXI services are available by reservation for a fee from the community parking lot at the bottom of the hill. Add to the experience by riding 1 mile up in a side by side off-road vehicle! Local snowmobile and UTV rentals are also available 2 miles from Breathe Inn (information in guidebook or by request).

This beautiful cabin is unlike all other vacation rental properties in the area. Lying in an extremely private location near Cle Elum, the cabin is easily accessed year-round at the end of a well maintained 300 yard-long dead end drive. Two bed, two bath cozy cabin sleeps 5, with hiking, dirt bike and snowmobile trails leading out the back door. Only 10 minutes from Suncadia and 4 minutes from downtown Roslyn.

Looking for a place to get away from it all, but still have the option to be connected? You've found a completely private, full fenced acre with year round access. Only an hour from Seattle, 20 minutes from Snoqualmie Pass, 15 minutes to miles of hiking or Roslyn/Suncadia and walk out the door to private access to the local lake. Plus we have Starlink so you can stream live tv (go Sounders!)

The space
Our cabin offers a bedroom downstairs with a queen bed, we have a pull out couch in the living room. Head upstairs to the loft spacious (available to guests 12+, stairs are a bit steep, check photos) with one side set up with an extra thick king and the other with a full size (the loft is one very large room with two beds divided by stairs - beds cannot see each other, but there is no door separating them).

We also offer a unique and fun space located about 50 yards from the cabin - The Bunk House. Here you'll find a wonderfully furnished space with a bunk bed and heater. This space is set up upon request. It also includes a fully fenced area so you can safely leave your pups. Make sure to check out the photos!

Lastly, we offer a leveled graveled pad to park an RV. There is a hose for water (seasonal, please check before booking) and 120V outlet for hook up.

Other things to note
This charming A-frame was built in 1966 and expanded upon in subsequent years. A complete remodel was performed in 2023. Updates include installing split system HVAC units in several locations. Locations without AC units are the private king bedroom and loft room (both of the rooms in the A structure). Those rooms have oscillating fans and windows. Ceilings are low in certain parts of the home due to the architectural style and the stairs are steeper than standard stairs.

- Early check in or late check outs not guaranteed. If we have another guest departing or arriving on the same day as you, we require the entire window of time to turn over the home, so we won’t be able to offer this. We won’t know until 24 hour prior to your dates, so be sure to ask our guest services team about availability and additional fees.. For guaranteed flexibility, we invite you to reserve the night before or the night after to ensure you can arrive and depart at your leisure.
- Up to 2 dogs welcomed for additional fee of $150. Guests must follow pet policies in house rules and in our guidebook.
- Guests advised to purchase travel for unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation policies enforced.
- Guests have access to the private neighborhood lake access for Lake Cle Elum. Lake Cle Elum is a reservoir that fluctuates in water level throughout the year.
- The Kittitas County Fire Marshall often issues burn bans in the summers that can extend through the fall when weather is particularly dry. We will communicate to guests as close to their check in time as we can if there is a burn ban, but guests may also check this online.
- Guests are asked to provide a complete list of their registered guests (adults over the age of 18) including, but not limited to full names and ages. Vehicles must also be registered by provided make, model and license plate numbers. Guests not willing to comply with these requirements are subject to cancellation without a refund.

There is limited Wi-Fi, however you can run a hotspot off your phone. I get 2 to 3 bars with AT&T. I am able to stream movies and music on my phone!

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun, close to the beach and historic downtown Roslyn. With an amazing view of Lake Cle Elum from the back deck and upper deck this is the perfect home away from home getaway. There is so much to do during summer with events at Suncadia, the Sunday market, mountain biking and hiking. During the winter months it is a winter wonderland! Plenty of snowmobiling trails and a kids paradise for playing in the snow!

The space
While this home is surrounded by lush forests, there is an amazing view of Lake Cle Elum and is just a little over a mile from Speelyi Beach, you'll also be close to several parks, six miles from the Prospector Golf Course, five miles from the world famous Brick Saloon and only eight miles from Swiftwater Cellars in Cle Elum for wining and dining. Surround yourself with nature and enjoy endless hiking/ATV/dirt bike trails, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, boating, and so much more just minutes from your home away from home!

Main floor living has a wide open fully appointed kitchen, dining & living area. Kitchen fully stocked everything you need to have a home cooked meal including spices, coffee grinder, coffee maker, stove, and microwave.
Dining area w/ seating for 6, plus extra folding tables and chairs available. 3 seats at the bar and 3 seats around the additional bar table. Living area has a cozy gas fireplace(main floor and basement) for winter snuggling. Large deck perfect for outdoor entertaining with Gorgeous views. Expansive daylight basement & rec room with foosball table and pacman arcade game. Basement has a bedroom & bath on the lower level with a full washer and dryer. Cabin is stocked with games, books and toys for the kids!
In the winter months due to snow- the main road is shut down up to the cabin. However, it is accessible by walking(just under a mile) or snowmachine. Snowmobile rentals are available about a mile or two down the road. There is also a utv taxi service we can recommend! It is truly a winter wonderland!

The driveway is pretty steep and recommend all wheel or 4-wheel drive otherwise there is 2 spots above near our propane tanks and 1 down below on our property.
