- "Nice " - "What can I say? Check in was a breeze - 30 seconds at the front desk and we were on our way to the room. The room was clean, had the essentials (coffee cups/maker/pods, wine glasses & wine opener, fridge for leftovers), and had an amazing view of the river and forest. Other than a small conference, the lodge was relatively empty during our mid-week stay, so we enjoyed the outdoor pool mostly to ourselves and had no problem getting a table at Portals and the Stovehouse. Short of adding free massages and complimentary yearly tax prep services, we couldn't have asked for more. Thanks for a great stay!"

The Gorgeous George - a tribute to the late George Rominger, a pominent trucker in the area who was the original owner of the property this house was built on - is a cozy 1 bedroom/1bathroom apartment built above a detatched garage. Within walking distance to West Ellensburg and Rotary Parks, Irene Rinehart Riverfront Park, and a 5 minute drive into downtown Ellensburg and the University. Enjoy a full kitchen, wifi internet and your own washer and dryer to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Main house is occupied, but your total privacy will always be respected.

The historic Nelson Farm hearkens back to an earlier, simpler time in Washington State’s great heritage. Once the dairy farm of Bob Montague and family, the property retains its original 1890s farmhouse, barn, cabin and stables — which now create a charmingly rustic backdrop for axe-throwing, crafts, Friday night movies and more. Located a quarter mile from the Manastash ridge, at the mouth of the Manastash Canyon. This loft accommodation is ideal for outdoor enthusiast, from the door you can hike, mountain bike, or run the 26 miles of single track on the Manastash ridge. Fifteen minutes to Ellensburg. A perfect spot if you are coming in to spend the weekend exploring or visiting Central Washington University.
The Yakima river is less than 10min away, which boasts world class fishing and river rafting.

The space
The Loft is a studio type set up, full kitchen, newly updated bathroom and a cozy bedroom/living room. TV with internet so you can stream you favorite shows. We also have, a wahoo kicker for the cycling enthusiast as well as some light weights and Yoga matts --- A great place for a training Camp

Guests will be given an access code for the side door. You will enter through the breezeway and head up the stars to the loft.. you will have a separate lock on the apartment door. come and go as you please. If you are lucky, you might be greeted by the friendliest chocolate lab.

We have a friendly chocolate lab, Zulu. She is very friendly and is part of our family. If she is in the breeze through, please keep her in.

Escape to our tiny mountain town to enjoy hiking, mountain biking, xc skiing, snow shoeing and more. You'll be on the edge of the forest but walking distance to coffee, burgers and a brewery. Kitchen is fully stocked and there's a cozy reading couch to snuggle into.

In the summer you can meet our chickens and see the wine grapes out back. Hop on the bike trails right from the house and explore all that Roslyn has to offer- Trust us, there's no better place to unwind!

The space
The apartment is a cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath. It's the lower level of our home but has its own private entrance. We’re situated on the edge of the Roslyn urban forest but a 5 minute walk from town. The kitchen has everything you might need, complete with fridge/freezer, full oven and dishwasher. It's simple but well stocked, with a dining table for two.

In the winter months, you will need 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive to get to our place. They do plow our road but we live up a steep hill and you’ll need a bit of speed coming in to navigate it. Feel free to message us with any questions - It turns into a winter wonderland when it snows.

My husband built a lot of the furniture in the apartment like the compass rose table, the headboard and the alpine inspired coffee table. I painted the sunrise and moonrise murals to add a little mountain character.

The queen bed has cooling pillows, soft cotton sheets and bedding over a Buffy cloud comforter. We added vintage inspired mason jar lights for reading and atmosphere. A pair of recent guests said it was the best sleep they’ve ever had - they went home and bought the same mattress :)

The place comes with a bidet. There’s great shower pressure and hot water and it's a lovely soaking tub after a long day on the trails.

Please know that the apartment is the lower level of our house. We are a lively household with a dog and a 1 year old. It’s a cozy retreat with lots of white noise and on a quiet street looking out on the forest but it is not necessarily the quietest house. We do have a smart TV (shown in the latest photo) with Netflix, Hulu and Prime. Enjoy a movie, your favorite show, or just put on a record for some music and ambience.

We have a beautiful backyard that you're welcome to wander. We have chickens and wine grapes in the spring and summer. Across the street is a network of trails that stretches for miles. Check out our guidebook if you're looking to go fly fishing or rent mountain bikes, xc skis, paddleboards, etc.

In the summer, we're just a short walk from the Roslyn farmer's market (Sundays June-September). Roslyn, Suncadia and Cle Elum have some of the cutest outings - wine tasting, whiskey flights, a movie theater and tons of seasonal events.

We do live upstairs and we have an air filter which doubles to provide a little white noise if you want it. We also have a fan for summer and a portable heater if you don’t want to use the built in heat. The space is very well insulated, meaning it stays cool in the summer even when it’s hot out!

Relax in our beautifully decorated 450sqft second floor studio suite. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and a super comfy sleeper sofa in the living room. It has a kitchenette, dinette, full bathroom, outdoor patio with a beautiful view, and 2 big screen TV's. Fully equipped with towels, linens, dishes, coffee machine, mini fridge, stove top, microwave, and hair dryer. The house is located on 45 beautiful acres along the Yakima River with trails and is walking distance to downtown Cle Elum.

Studio 202 is located in the heart of the historic district in downtown Ellensburg. Our studio is on the second floor in the 1889 Kleinberg building, that we’ve fully restored and renovated and placed on the National Register of Historic Places. Tastefully furnished with a queen bed, sitting area, 55” Smart TV, WiFi, AC, and fully equipped kitchenette. Its location allows for easy walking to restaurants, wine bars, brew pubs, galleries, museums, shopping and is only 6 blocks away from CWU.
