Things to Know:
- This is the lower level studio unit in a duplex style rental. The main house can also be rented together (see Snowy Slope Sanctuary - Entire Property) or separately, so there may be other guests onsite in the upper level during your stay.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This apartment, Suite 300, is the entire top floor. It's our most spacious suite with tall ceilings, wood beams and fresh and new finishes and furnishings.

The bedroom offers a King Sized bed with 14" thick memory foam mattress. The living room offers one queen-sized bed and one double bed. All beds enjoy crisp cotton sheets, cozy comforters and tons of fluffy pillows.

Spacious living room is warmed by a propane stove and plenty of seating. Fully equipped, full sized kitchen includes a microwave, fridge, electric stove, toaster, coffee maker and fixings, pots and pans, dishes, silverware and more - everything you need to cook and serve meals here.

Single bathroom with shower (no bathtub).

- "Tidy condo with open “bedrooms” plus the master. Clean, simple, perfect for our one night stay for an early ski morning. Good location for alpental or Snoqualamie areas." - "Everything was amazing, just as advertised! It is such a cute place so close to skiing. All the furniture was so comfortable, and there were plenty of throw blankets to keep cozy. If you are tall like my husband and myself watch your head near the walls (it's a learning curve), but the slanted roof adds to the charm! My MIL stayed one night and our host was able to accommodate her parking because the place was not fully booked (a plus for staying on week days). Overall we had a great experience and I keep thinking about coming back!"

The living area features a large sectional where you can unwind with a vacation read or stream favorite shows on the smart TV. There is one free parking space available on the property for this unit. There’s absolutely no street parking in our neighborhood. There’s an immediate $200 fine and tow resulting.

If you haven’t prepaid in your ski pass, then you will need to pay an additional $50 to park at the resort.

You may leave your car at the rental unit and ski down to the shuttle that runs the whole mountain.

Other things to note
Occasionally, during the winter, we will have so much snowfall that it’ll be required to use the shovels and snowplow. In this event we will communicate with you around 8 AM to the plan of attack
