In fact, what it actually is is a very spacious studio apartment on the ground level. The owners need to look up the definition of a loft; it doesn’t include the sound of people tromping overhead. The place is modern and clean but there’s nothing welcoming about this property. No instructions on how the lights or washer/dryer combo works and absolutely nothing about the area or things to do. We received one face cloth and one hand towel for two people and the smallest, thinnest bath towels ever. And maybe the worst sin of all—single ply toilet paper! Come on folks; we’re not camping here! Also of serious note-there is a door to the patio that was never able to be locked so this posed security issues. It’s a nice neighborhood however…buyer beware!One plus - the shower is awesome BUT watch out when turning on the water to the bathroom sink because the way it’s designed is going to get the front of you soaking wet.Overall, I don’t recommend staying here until the owners make obvious and necessary changes; there are far better options for your hard earned dollars."

This home is spacious and stylish with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and walk-in closet. The den is complete with a desk and high-speed Wi-Fi. The 55” Smart TV is equipped with Roku for easy streaming. The bedroom is inviting, with a king-size bed and comfortable bedding. Please note: There are stairs leading from the reserved parking.

Within minutes, you can walk to downtown and enjoy coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, shopping, art galleries, wine tasting, marinas, and popular city waterfront parks. Venture out for a walk or bike ride on the 6 mi Kirkland Corridor Trail. You will be able to run or walk along Lake Washington Blvd. with the lake at your side. Our home is modern & has floor to ceiling windows, we do not have window coverings in living areas. The unit is very private as it opens to our lake level private back yard. There are no stairs in the unit. There is a flat sloped paved concrete pathway leading from the front of our home, thru a gate to lower unit Airb&B.

Wheelchair accessible, sloping concrete walkway to entrance. Amazing destination Woodinville wineries just 15 min away! No pets of any kind please. We follow strict CDC cleaning guidelines & pride ourselves on maintaining a spotless home. As we enter Fall & Winter we have noticed fruit flies can be an annoyance when food or drinks are present. Keeping doors closed can be helpful. Since we live on the lake there is a chance the occasional spider could be present.
