- "We cannot control the weather but the place was beautiful despite. We made dinner in to enjoy the fire place inside and they left us stuff for breakfast so I didn’t want to do anything else. It was so clean and spacious yet cozy. I wanted to stay longer. Not enough accommodations for a family of 5 for a long term vacation, with only a total of 8 laundry packets for 3 weeks, an air mattress to make it "sleep 5" i figured a pull out bed, but for small children 1 & 3, not only is it not safe, but an inflatable bed isnt garuanteed to be safe around toddlers who like to jump and play. I wasnt aware of psrking arrangements and almost got my car towed. My advice? Older familes maybe for short term or just single/ couples long term. This overall isnt very family friendly. "

Only 2 negatives, couches were small and uncomfortable and there were no light dimming curtains on the property. The only problem I had with this apartment was the curtains which are sheer. - "My daughter and my grandson stayed for 14 days. The kitchen was very well stocked with every appliance you could want. The space was very comfortable for the three off us. We weren’t under each others feet at all. The bed was very comfortable. The washer and dryer were so convenient and worked very well. There were two things that weren’t perfect. The internet for the tv left us buffering quite often not a huge deal for us but may be a problem for people gaming or working. The other thing was the ants. There was poison available but the ants were in every room. Without professional pest control they won’t be under control. The owner was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Settled back from the road sits Alfred's Manor, a picturesque, peaceful and lovely home with modern furnishings. Home features three bedrooms with additional sleeping space, gorgeously decorated living areas and spacious back yard with fruit trees, flowers and fire table. The home is conveniently located near the ferries to Seattle, shopping and dining in downtown and close to Manette dining and waterfront. The perfect place for guests to gather and enjoy playing yard games and their time away.
The space
Home is multilevel, must use stairs to access whole house. Primary room is on lower level and 2 additional rooms are on upper level with additional sleeping space with sofa sleeper available.

Backyard is tiered with large deck, fire table and grill on upper level and grass lawn for yard games on lower level.

The main floor of home consists of living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry 1.5 bath and primary room with Queen bed.

Upper level includes 2 rooms with Queen beds, office/den room with desk and futon, and 3/4 bath.
Guest access
The entire home is for guest use except basement which is blocked from use.
Other things to note
Parking available in gravel area at back of house - room for 3 vehicles.

Starting at the front, walk up the steps to the left of the house, following the brick path to the back yard. The AirBnB access is through the smaller door on the left. There is an electronic door knob lock which gives access to the unit. When you enter you will go up the steep stair case and at the top you have arrived. Welcome. Your space is private from ours. The door and stairs are about 24 inches wide and steep.

The space
Our small kitchen includes: induction hot plate, pans, micro wave, toaster oven, coffee maker, small refrigerator, nice size sink, cups, plates, glasses, silverware, kitchen towels, other utensils.

Guest access
This has its own access door with an electronic keypad lock. It is a 24 inch door in the back of the home.

Other things to note
Karna is a local artist here in Bremerton. She gives fun art lessons that are about 1 to 2 hours. Her classes include watercolor, oil and acrylic. Call her if you would like a class.
We have a house cat and small dog that are not allowed in the rental space.

Modern and newly renovated, the Carriage House apartment is fully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing stay. A panoramic view of the Olympic Mountains and Dyes Inlet will inspire and amaze all those who stay in the Carriage House. Ten minutes to Seattle ferry, Shipyard, and Bangor sub base. Tour Puget Sound for 1 hour, free! Wa. State ferries are free for walk-ons. During the pandemic, we are deep cleaning with appropriate products and provide sanitary wipes in the Carriage House.

The space
The upper level apartment (11 stairs) features a designer planned space with privacy and convenience in a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Wake-up every morning with a panoramic view. The unit has a bedroom with a queen, the living area with a queen sleeper couch suitable for children and, in addition, a full size twin is available as well as a pack and play.

Other things to note
The Carriage House is air conditioned and heated with a heat pump. Guests may adjust the temperature settings to suit their needs.
