It’s a needlessly complicated process that wasted a lot of time. Once inside, things got worse. Everything was unplugged, and there was Saran wrap covering all the fire detectors. The worst part? We found a knife in the bed sheets! This wasn’t just odd, it was dangerous—my wife almost cut her leg on it. When we texted management about this, we received no response for a full day. It was clear the apartment hadn’t been cleaned properly. How could they miss a knife sticking out of the bed? The lack of communication, along with the cumbersome check-in process, made this stay incredibly frustrating. If you’re staying here, plan on allocating at least an hour for check-in and parking. The apartment itself could be nice if it were clean and better managed, but as it stands, it’s far from a 5-star rental. Definitely would not recommend. "

Luggage storage is available on the second floor. I stored my carry on there because I arrived 4 hours before check in. Then used it again because my departing flight was 6 hours after check out. The rooftop has tons of seating, tables, a firepit, grill, and a beautiful view of the Seattle skyline. There's many close bus stops that go to the downtown area. Also, a bunch of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. This Sonder stay is located in a very convenient spot. Some people mentioned noise at nights I'm guessing since the property is next to the highway. Earplugs are provided but I never needed them. I did reach out to customer service through the Sonder app and they replied within 20 minutes on a Saturday. They were very helpful and friendly. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe! If this is the quality all properties provide, I will be staying at other Sonders in the future."

This property is peacefully perched atop the Queen Anne Greenbelt the shared 6-bedroom apartment offers breathtaking views of Elliott Bay and Puget Sound. There is a walk uphill to the house and a single two short sets of stairs up to the door. Well worth the wonderful view but something to consider when booking. Since this property is located directly on Queen Anne Greenbelt, there’s a possibility that you may encounter some ants, spiders, or bees.

The kitchen has some limits, it has no oven. It has an induction stovetop with two burners and a microwave. So if you're a gourmet cook, this won't be a great fit.

We are located in a hopping neighbourhood and although it is rather calm most of the time , we do have an amazing bar named Star Brass lounge( with a gargantuan covered deck where you can enjoy a beer and great food) and pool hall downstairs so please go enjoy if you can. We are located near an airport which is barely audible inside the building but if you need cricket quiet you may want to book elsewhere. We are in a vibrant community. Our apartment is on the top of N. Queen Anne Hill with a private entrance and patio with a seasonal rose garden. We also provide a very well stocked kitchen and work space.

Centrally located a 10-15 min drive or 25-40 min walk from QA, Ballard, Interbay, SLU, downtown, Fremont and Magnolia. In a safe/quiet neighborhood with easy and free street parking, a few blocks from Seattle Pacific Uni. and the Ship Canal Trail. Has electric fireplace, A/C, and fast WIFI. Unit is located on the 1st floor.

The space
Our completely renovated 1940’s home includes your daylight one bedroom apartment on the bottom floor. You’ll have your own entrance and there is a longterm tenant and caretaker who lives in the main house above.

The western facing location on the north hill of Queen Anne, means you have wonderful sunsets and sunlight in the apartment all afternoon and evening. Perfect for relaxing in the rose garden on sunny days.

You will have private access to your one bedroom apartment with full kitchen and bathroom, as well as a patio.

The laundry room is shared access with our longterm tenant and available on request.

You will also have shared access to a large garden and backyard.

Other things to note
While we are not always on site as the owners, we have a wonderfully kind longterm Seattle resident as your upstairs neighbor who many guests get to meet.

Our ceilings and doors are full height, but some extra tall visitors may have to bend under the doorway or in the shower.

We have completely renovated and improved soundproofing on the apartment, but it’s also a 1940’s home. You will hear occasional footsteps or grandchildren visiting upstairs.

We have gardeners coming biweekly to maintain our beautiful yard and you may see or hear them as you come and go.
