The "Emerald Garden Flat" is nestled on the lower level of a charming 1920s Craftsman home. With a private garden entrance, this recently renovated two-bedroom, one-bath flat features new hard surface floors, marble and tile accents, and charming brick details. The flat's shared common areas include a beautifully updated living room with a comfortable sectional sofa, a smart flat-screen TV, a modern kitchen, and a dining area for two. Guests also enjoy access to communal spaces like the patio and yard, blending privacy with opportunities for interaction.

Your Room – The "Fern-leaf Suite" is a private, locked retreat featuring a cozy queen-sized bed, a desk with a chair, and a closet. The shared bathroom is shared with just one other room, ensuring both comfort and privacy.

Noise:
The house is typically quiet, but white noise machines are provided in each room to ensure a restful sleep.

Hot Tub:
Available from 9 AM to 9 PM for $30 per party in two-hour increments. Additional guests can be added for $30 each.

Laundry:
Available in two-and-a-half-hour increments for $10 per cycle, including soap. Operating hours are 8:30 AM-10:30 AM and 4:00 PM-8:00 PM.

Guest access
You will have full access to the Fern-Leaf Suite and shared spaces within the Emerald Garden Flat, including the bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining area, and patio. The laundry room and hot tub are available for an additional fee. Note that laundry in the Emerald Garden Flat is shared with staff.

Other things to note
The upper levels of the home are occupied by long-term tenants with separate living spaces, ensuring ample privacy. During your stay, you may encounter caretakers using the laundry or meet Regina, the founder, or Kaela, your host. We encourage friendly, yet unobtrusive interactions.
