- "Very beautiful. Would recommend." - "Sooo I’ve stayed here many times in the last five years, however this was the first time Ibwas ever disrespected at check in. The attendant at the desk was very curt and rude when my husband and tried to check in on 12/30. My husband was parking the car while I checked us in, his name was on the reservation for us both but she insisted on him presenting his ID to start the check in process. She made a snide remark about me being a security risk and when he arrived, she asked him “do you want to add “her” to the reservation” as though we weren’t husband and wife and as though I wasn’t standing right there. Then she proceeded to over charge our card causing our funds to be suspended and then when she tried to run the correct amount it declined. It was the cusp of a holiday on a Sunday, the banks closed at 1pm - Monday. We couldn’t cancel at this point and had already drove over 100 miles. I finally called for a manager because she tried to make it seem like it was our fault but she clearly had a chip on her shoulder and didn’t want to admit to her mistake and rude demeanor. I was offended and embarrassed. Although the manger remedied the situation, I couldn’t rest. I was so angry My husband had to help get past it and pray for her. So I decided to bless her with a gift card from Starbucks and just let her know she’s forgiven. The hotel in and of itself is amazing, I refuse to let one little pion of a desk clerk ruin my stay or keep me from my favorite hotel."

Sound isolation is great when you close the doors. Facilities very clean and make the most of the space. Also comes with a microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), and mini fridge. Will stay here again. Now, there is an issue with the south garage that should be fixed. The concrete is lifted/raised before you enter the declined entrance into the under building garage. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem for cars with extra clearance and if there wasn’t such a steep decline. However, for normal sedans and compacts with standard clearance, you will scratch your undercarriage and skid plate. In my case, it was a Tesla model 3 with stock suspension and height. On the way out, that raised concrete scraped the entire skid plate. I would strongly advise fixing this on Wayfarer’s end as this was something I was worried about on our second trip. Otherwise, great place and highly recommend it. "

- "Amazingly trip!" - "Our first time here for staycation to visit family. The hotel is perfectly located with every room having at least a partial ocean view. I booked two suites hoping to get connecting or adjoining rooms but didn't know that there were only 2 of the suite types per floor and ended up on two different floors. Rooms were large and very clean. Jacuzzi tub was a hit with everyone who got to use it. Requested crib and electric kettle. Crib mattress had stains on it and the glass kettle was cracked. Both were replaced immediately on request. We had a great time in the heated pool in December and took advantage of the beach equipment rental for chairs and toys. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance and we ate a couple times in the hotel restaurant which was pretty good. There was cleaning service everyday without having to request. Staff were very courteous and welcoming. Self park and valet both available for same price. Garage is accessible by elevator and very convenient. We had planned to do more in SD but decided to spend most of our time in and around the hotel."

The location, scenery, pool, restaurant, etc. The only thing that wasn't too good because we were there for three days, 2 adults and 2 kids with lots of luggage, no elevator in the main building. The front desk did offer assistance, but we just hauled it up ourselves. The only other thing is you need to watch out for the waters and the stuffed animal in the room. In our case, our kids are older so they knew better, but if you have a small child, they will think the stuffed animal is part of the room, which was placed on the bed. If your kid does think it's part of the room before the parents notice and does what kids do, that's a $25 hit! The waters are also there with tags on them. I've seen many hotels that have waters and if removed, will be charged. Just never seen a $25 stuffed animal placed on the bed! Very sneaky and at the same time, cleaver way to get guests with small kids to purchase it!"

White noise from our phone helped. The pool and hot tub are great. It is important to note that harbor renters are able to use the pool and hot tub. The view, pool, hot tub, and restaurant make it worth it. It is next to a hotel that has loud music on summer weekends. "

Top of the line Luxury Estate Stearns and Foster queen mattress. We have a very comfortable bed with that it adjustable. You use the remote lift the head rest, the feet and also has massage with different mode for , head, lumbar and leg. Our guests love it!!

There is dimmable lighting for evening relaxation ! our guests can use and make themselves comfortable on our tropical getaway with Zen Atmosphere!

This is a nonsmoking room. Please smoke on the deck area and please close the bedroom room, so other guests that don't smoke can enjoy a nonsmoking room when they arrive and can enjoy their stay.

PARKING:
We have Off-street parking. Note that there is street cleaning Wednesday and Friday on Main Street, Voltaire. Please pay attention to the sign that is located in front of our house.
Parking on the side streets is unrestricted and walk. Very safe neighborhood. If you prefer you can drive into our driveway, unpack your car and then go parking your car.
Very easy parking around our Residence.

Other things to note
HOT TUB - ask us if you want us to change the water temperature and we can teach you how to use it. It is very easy, only press the bottom up or down to control the water temperature. When we don't have guests we leave the water temperature around 92 but the guest can move the temperature up a few hours prior to using it.
WE REQUEST THAT OUR GUESTS TO PLEASE SHOWER BEFORE USING THE HOT TUB.
We would like to keep the water clean!!

The space
Step inside our impeccably designed new 2 bedroom condo, where contemporary aesthetics meet practical functionality. The open-concept living area is flooded with natural light, creating a welcoming ambiance with beautiful views of San Diego. The living room features a plush sofa and a flat-screen TV, providing a cozy space to unwind after a day of exploring. Each room has a mini-split offering both AC and Heat to keep the condo comfortable.

Kitchen:
Perfect for hosting friends or family, the full kitchen includes an island with bar top seating, small dining table for 4, dual oven and microwave, electric stove top, dishwasher, pots and pans, regular coffee machine, blender, toaster, and dishes/glassware for the entire group.

Bedrooms:
The condo boasts two thoughtfully furnished bedrooms, each with its own unique charm. The master bedroom is an upstairs open loft bedroom that comes with a luxurious queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and walk out patio with the covered hot tub. The second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed on the main level with ensuite bathroom. Additional sleeping arrangements are available with a sofa bed in the living room (each sofa pulls out and can sleep a total of 2 people), accommodating a total of 6 guests.
