When I notified the front desk they did give me the option to park near the heliport and pick my mom up there. A staff member was there with a wheelchair to take her to the room. Thanks to the staff they did an excellent job accommodating her. The downstairs bedroom window did not lock… but i had a comb that fit perfectly there to prevent the window from opening. Once at Club Arena you will check in with the guard at the gate. He will check over the guest reservation list and upon entering you will go down just a bit to turn left near the building to space LB 701 and LB 702 on the left. There are 2 designated covered parking spaces which are almost directly below the condo and elevator. There are additional spaces nearby.
Entry is level & easy. Once to the 7th floor, units are directly to the left of the elevator. The lock boxes are to the right of the doors. We will get you the code upon arrival.

You probably won't want to leave the complex as it is so fun, relaxing and beautiful.
But if you do, there is PLENTY to do nearby!
