When I notified the front desk they did give me the option to park near the heliport and pick my mom up there. A staff member was there with a wheelchair to take her to the room. Thanks to the staff they did an excellent job accommodating her. The downstairs bedroom window did not lock… but i had a comb that fit perfectly there to prevent the window from opening. Overall, we had a wonder stay. Room was nice and comfy. Friendly staff."
