I have a 2-bedroom suite available at Villa del Palmar in the Islands of Loreto, one of a unique collection of luxury resorts located in the most popular beach destinations in Mexico. This particular resort is a wonderful all inclusive resort that provides guests with a range of amenities and services designed to fulfill all their vacation needs (the all-inclusive package is not mandatory and, if desired, can be purchased from the resort directly). It offers everything you'd need for a wonderful vacation, including spacious suites, the award-winning Sabila Spa and Wellness Center, a fully-equipped fitness center, five dining options, a fantastic Kids’ Club, five pools, access to TPC Danzante Bay Golf Course and its premium practice facilities, and so much more. With a style that is inspired by quintessential Mexico, this resort and accommodations will instantly make you feel welcome and evoke a residential style – with natural sunlight, original artwork, and wood furnishings.

In the 2-bedrrom suite, the oversized living and dining rooms (1960 square feet) include huge terraces, with ocean, golf course, or mountain views that spill into elegant bedrooms where you'll be able to relax in luxury. The suite features a master bedroom with an ultra-plush king-sized bed and a bathroom with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two queen-sized beds and its own private bathroom, while the expansive living room includes a queen-sized sofa bed, and an additional bathroom (3 in total) for the absolute comfort of all guests. To round out the unit perfectly, there's a full-sized kitchen, equipped with a stove, refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and dishware for everyone staying in the suite. You can also take advantage of the in-suite dishwasher and washing machine and dryer for added convenience, as well as THREE LCD televisions, one in each room. The 2-bedroom suites are situated in the resort to give you easy access to the three restaurants, various pools, and, of course, the beach and outdoor activities.

The minimum stay is 4 nights. Maximum occupancy is 6 adults or 4 adults with 2 children.

If you book with me, it will be using my member's discount and, although this offers me more availability, there is always the possibility of the resort being fully booked, even if the dates say "available". Please book early! There will be an "Administrative Charge" of $35 - this is actually the cost of me transferring the vacation to you as invited guests.

We are a private resort on 1/2 acre beachfront property known as Triton's Resort. There are two listings with the same pictures. This one includes the whole resort, not just the Beachouse with private pool. If your looking for just the beachhouse please look at my other listings for Tritons Place. This resort comes with free housekeeping 8am-5 pm, one bellboy for errands, one maintenance guy for the pool. All amenities: cooking essentials, 2 bbq grills one propane and one gas, all full size Kirkland brand shampoos/conditioner, bar soap, toothpaste , toilet paper, paper towels, toothbrush, body wash, bath towels, pool towels, parking for 18-22, wifi, large outside blue tooth speaker w/microphone, all spices in kitchen, pots, pans, dish ware and bakeware. Absolutely, no extra fees for extra guests. You get what you pay for!

Events have event fees. Please inquire. What is considered an event? Installations on the property like stages, lighting, tents, living room lawn loungers, cocktail tables, mechanical bulls, photo books ect. Events are allowed to have unlimited guests no extra charge. It is what it is, wether 50 guests or 500 guests, no extra charge when approved and pay for event fee.
