One of the beds did not have a sheet fully covering the mattress, which was disgusting to see. I also got woken up around 9:30 or 10:00 PM by people yelling and slamming the door next to us. This went on for about an hour and when I called the front desk they told me it was because someone had just checked in next to us. The next morning when I looked at the door, it wasn’t for a guest room. I asked one of the staff members what the room was and he said it’s for the hotel staff. I asked for a refund from hotels.com and they were able to get that back for me. We were able to find another hotel, which saved our trip. "

- "My husband and I brought our one year old here for a family staycation. We cannot rave enough about what a great time we had! The one bedroom condo was clean, updated and suited our needs perfectly. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful ocean view we had from our patio and we thoroughly enjoyed that. The location is essentially in front of the “Carlsbad Village” sign and walking distance to plenty of shops and incredible restaurants and dining options. The underground parking was super convenient also. The beach is about a 3 minute walk. It can’t get any better than that! Thank you for a fantastic stay! We look forward to returning!"

- "We had an amazing week stay at Alex's condo in La Costa. The condo is well stocked, clean and close to everything North County SD. The king mattress was really comfortable and Alex was kind enough to look up the brand we liked it so much. Great restaurants are close by like Urban Plates, Black Rail Kitchen, Tinleaf,etc. Looking forward to coming back next summer! Plenty of room for two people and two bathrooms was a big plus. Our stay was very quiet. No traffic noise or noise from neighbors. Parking is very convenient in the underground garage with an elevator nearby. Very generous drawer and closet space. Main bathroom is quite large. Condo building was in very good condition, especially given that the original construction was apparently some time ago. Condo has obviously been modernized since original construction."

The studio features two king size beds along with a pull out couch (sleeps a maximum of 6 people). The bathroom has dual sinks, a soaking tub and a shower. Outdoor parking near the villa is included. The villa contains a washer and dryer along with a fully functional kitchen (small fridge, stove top with two burners, dishwasher, sink, microwave and keurig coffee machine). The villa also has a gas fireplace to make your stay extra warm and cozy.

This villa is owner managed and is not a part of the omni resort.
You will have access to some, but not all of the amenities of the resort. You will have access to: The golf course, the spa, all the restaurants, tennis and pickleball courts, the two garden swimming pools and 3 villa hot tub (located near the villa), the shops, the arcade room and the kids club (for the applicable guest fee for the kids club). The two garden pools you will have access to can be seen in the photos. A firepit and a variety of games are located within the garden pool area.

What you will NOT have access to during your stay are a few of the other pools on the resort property (Splashtopia and Edge pool) and the fitness center. This 4.5 - 5 star "villa" is on the grounds of Omni's La Costa Resort & Spa. The villa has 1000 sq. ft. of indoor/outdoor space to enjoy while staying within the gates of one of San Diego's premier resorts. When booking our Villa, you will be checking in /out at the front desk of the Resort. You will also have FULL ACCESS to ALL AMENITIES of the Resort.

The space
The Villa a a large open bedroom, living room and office area with a separate LARGE bathroom with walk in shower and separate jacuzzi tub as well as separate toilet room and washer/dryer. The Villas also has a separate good size kitchen area with 3/4 refrigerator, 2 burner stove, Keurig, toaster, and convectional microwave. Please review the pictures to see for yourself. The sleeping area consists of large Eastern King bed and queen size pull out sofa.

Guest access
FULL ACCESS TO ALL RESORT AMENITIES. You will have the option of adding daily maid service at $50 per day. The Resort will collect a credit card at check-in and you can charge to your Villa during your stay the same as you would if booked directly with the Resort.

Located within the beautiful grounds of the Omni La Costa Resort, you’ll enjoy the full resort experience while staying in the comfort of a private villa. Upon arrival, you’ll check in at the resort’s front desk.

The Villa boasts a spacious open floor plan with two luxurious king beds, a queen-size pull-out sofa bed, and two cozy fireplaces. You'll find three flat-screen TVs and two dedicated work desks, perfect for relaxation or productivity.

There are two large bathrooms, each equipped with double sinks, a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a separate toilet area. The well-appointed kitchen includes a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee/tea maker, and all essential cookware, dishes, and utensils.

Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, central air conditioning and heating, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
