This went on for about an hour and when I called the front desk they told me it was because someone had just checked in next to us. The next morning when I looked at the door, it wasn’t for a guest room. I asked one of the staff members what the room was and he said it’s for the hotel staff. I asked for a refund from hotels.com and they were able to get that back for me. We were able to find another hotel, which saved our trip. "

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful retreat to take a well deserved break or a lively vacation! This slice of paradise is located inside Omni La Costa resort, Carlsbad with access to most amenities without the premium cost! You will stay in a 1 bedroom executive villa with 2 king beds and a pullout Queen sofa bed. Relax in the garden pools and hot tubs or enjoy the world acclaimed spa at the Omni Resort! You have access to the Restaurants at the resort as well as the Gym(for a fee) and Tennis and Pickle ball courts(for a fee). The villa itself is well anointed with a fully stocked kitchen, silverware and glassware for a family of 6. The villa sleeps 6 adults comfortably and has a balcony overlooking the Batiquitos lagoon. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi bath tub. The villa has a washer and dryer along with a microwave, toaster and a mini refrigerator.

I asked that we be moved to a better location when we checked in but we were told that the resort was full, too bad so sad. I appreciated Cathy giving them a call but to no avail. Otherwise the Aviara is a knockout in stunning Carlsbad. I’m a bit nervous about booking in the future as I was told that owners will get priority locations. This may have been a one off unfortunate situation as owners we spoke with around the property said they really enjoy their residences. Overall a 4.5 but would have appreciated a better location for sure."

My townhome is a quiet paradise with a modern vibe. Close enough to the beach for ocean breezes, temperatures are moderate year round. Sun streams into the private garden courtyard for morning coffee. The private back patio, with sunset views, is perfect for evening BBQs. I have two masters with queens (could convert one to twins), plus a first floor 1/2 bath. During your stay
Sometimes I am here or a co host is but we give lots of privacy and it may feel like you are here alone as there are many wings to each room corner of the house, east, west, south, north. Typically I work or am in the kitchen but have minimal to no interaction but that can change when I see less patients in my practice. Thank you for not expecting a private relationship but enjoy the beauty of this home and location. Peace and rare quiet this close to the beach. Walking canton trails out my door.

Other things to note
Quiet upscale neighborhood with private professional neighbors who appreciate not parking in front of their properties, so you may park in front or back of mine. They can be friendly but are also very busy and get up early so we have a peaceful quiet place for studying or working, but also sightseeing and a very beautiful area and a sacred street with beach breeze comes down our hill and great air and sky. While Seasons Vacation Rental. LLC. takes home maintenance very seriously and exercises preventative maintenance on all of the homes, it must be stated that you take some small risks when renting a private residence. The risks can include items or appliances in the home that may break during your stay or too close to your arrival to repair or replace before you check in. Hotels keep extra parts lying around and have other rooms to move you to. For the most part, rental homes do not have those options. If something breaks, you may not have the use of it during your stay. This is the potential downside of renting a vacation home.

Although all our properties are all maintained, even the best maintenance cannot keep things from needing repair, replacement or adjustment. If the home requires any repair, adjustment or replacement during your stay, or an item falls during your stay, Seasons Vacation Rental. LLC. will do our best to remedy, repair or replace in a reasonable time frame, at a minimum inconvenience to your party. However, “reasonable” may not mean that it is fixed as fast as you wish or even during your stay. For instance, if the ice maker goes out, we will call the appliance company, but the repair could take time, depending on the availability of parts. Many items will not be treated as emergencies even though they are unfortunate. For example, if a TV goes out, we will take the TV for repair and replace if not repairable. Our home is restful hideaway in La Costa. In the backyard is a compact but efficient outdoor kitchen on the covered patio beside the garden. There is a keurig, a teapot, a small microwave, toaster oven, mini-frig, hot plate with pot, kitchen necessities, and eating utensils. There are a multitude of tables and chairs for outdoor dining with a firepit and heaters to knock off the chill.

We have three loving dogs (lab puppy and two golden mixes) but they can be kept at bay if you desire.

We are within easy walking distance (less than a mile) of the La Costa Resort. We are also within walking distance of several excellent restaurants (Blackrail, TinLeaf, Beach Plum, Daphnes), Cinepolis theater, La Costa coffee house, a great library, a post office, grocery store and much more!

We are about 4 miles or less from beautiful beaches, restaurants with ocean views, hiking trails, breweries, Legoland, the GIA, the upscale Carlsbad Country Outlet stores, the beautiful Forum shopping experience, seaside shopping in vintage Encinitas and so much more!

This beautiful condo is two stories. You walk into the the main living area as you enter the home. You will instantly notice the vaulted ceilings and open concept floorplan. The kitchen has all the amenities you need such as: crock-pot, numerous pots & pans, toaster, blender, excellent knives, tons of dishware/glassware/utensils, bakeware, plasticware, spices, olive oils, vinegars, cutting boards & much more. Either cook inside or outside on the BBQ gas grill.

The dining room has a pass through countertop to the kitchen with stools for relaxing and watching the cook of the family. The dining table seats (6) and looks out onto the living room + patio.

The living room has a fireplace which is currently used for flameless candles, comfortable couch with lots of blankets & pillows to cozy up to, a cabinet stocked with fun board games, a large 60" smart TV with pre-loaded apps, w wine fridge and a large screen door that opens onto the patio.

Downstairs you will find two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The serene master bedroom includes a king size bed with high-end mattress, cozy linens, wonderful down pillows, smart TV, a large closet, dresser drawers and ensuite bathroom that is upgraded and includes a shower/tub combo.

The second guest bedrooms includes a queen bed with cozy linens, comfortable pillows and throws. This bedroom also has a large oversized closet, a dresser and upgraded ensuite bathroom with shower only.

In the downstairs hallway there is a laundry area with a full sized washer/dryer and shelves for cleaning products & storage.

We are located 3 minutes to the 5 freeway and 4 minutes to the beach! Enjoy everything that Carlsbad and San Diego has to offer within minutes of our condo. Visit some of our favorites such as: Legoland just minutes away, Carlsbad Village, Flower fields & Outlet stores, Encinitas, tons of golf courses nearby and so much more!

Otherwise backyard gate is locked at all times. Backyard camera is free to be covered during rental. Please do not cover RING doorbell.

The space
Centrally located in south Carlsbad one exit from Encinitas and about 1 mile from the beach, we are ideally situated to enjoy all that north county has to offer. From world class golf to Legoland a stones throw away. Hop in the car and head south for a day trip to San Diego Zoo or head north to Disneyland. we are an hour door to door to Disneyland. Our house consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is approximately 1550sf. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are downstairs and one bedroom and bathroom as well as a loft with workspace, are upstairs. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and a king bed. The smaller bedroom is pictured here, with a full size bed but is currently set up from our last guests, with bunk beds. The hall bath is across the hall from this bedroom. The third bedroom, located upstairs contains a queen bed as well as ensuite bathroom and walk in closet with a work area in the loft just outside the bedroom.
