Our Mediterranean-style home sits in the middle of our 160 acre organically farmed vineyard estate. We are just 1.5 miles from the West Entrance to one of America's newest National Parks, the Pinnacles National Park. With our unique private setting and spacious property, our home is perfect for special group bookings. Registered guests will have full use of seven en suite bedrooms, our Great Room/Dinning and Kitchen area, as well as the surrounding grounds and pool area.

The beautiful vistas and sunsets, the starry night sky, the peaceful sounds of nature, and the scent of the wild grasses make this a unique place for your next family reunion or friend’s getaway. - "What an incredible and isolated location for our group to have a relaxing weekend vacation away from the craziness of Silicon Valley! We had access to the entire facility and cooked all of our meals in the nicely equipped kitchen. Kids and adults greatly enjoyed the pool, went hiking and cave exploring in the super nearby Pinnacles National Park, and star/moon gazing at night. Free wine tasting at the adjacent Chalone Winery was a big plus! It was hot, but the AC saved the day and kept the place and all the bedrooms comfortable. Thank you to the owners who did a wonderful job preparing us for the weekend stay. Highly recommended for groups!!"

- "We really enjoyed staying in our cabin at the lovely, peaceful campground resort. Easy checkin with friendly staff. It’s a great location 4 miles off highway 25. Easy 25 mins drive to the Pinnacles. The cabin was very cozy and comfortable with a table for 4, leather couch, recliner chair and lots of cabinet space. Great full kitchen, plates, utensils, & good glassware. Better bring your own pots & pans. Nice bathroom except the towels are dingy and need to be replaced. The separate master bedroom had a very comfortable queen bed. However, the 2nd floor loft ceiling is so low, we had to crawl to reach the 2 single mattresses on the floor. Not great for adults but fine for kids. "

Chalone Pinnacles House is a 40 Acre 5,000 Square foot estate surrounded by Chalone Vineyards. This is the location of many famous Chalone stock holder parties. 3 wineries are within 5 minutes and 7 more within 20.

The house is perfect for 5 couples or 3 families of four. The views are stunning from nearly every room, deck, patio, pool, and jacuzzi.

There is also spectacular hiking at Pinnacles National Monument. We are 5 minutes from the western entrance. Pinnacles is very different with unusual talus caves and streams. You will probably see California condors. 5 hikes are available. Two easy and three pretty strenuous.

Hang by the pool in the sun. No fog up here at 1500 feet. The star gazing is spectacular. We are a 15 minute drive off of Highway 101. Super quiet.

There are 8 restaurants to 10 15 minutes away that can do take out.

HOUSE DETAILS: Three levels. Upper, Middle, and Lower

The UPPER level has 2 big bedrooms (one king one queen) with gorgeous views and very private decks with a large bathroom between them.

The MIDDLE level has the entry, large kitchen, dinning room, pantry, and 2 large bedrooms (kings) with large bath in between. These rooms all have beautiful views. The bedrooms also have nice private patios with chaise lounges. There is also a bedroom (twins) with nearby bath. This room is the only room in the house with no view. Short straw gets this room. There is a huge patio off of the dining room with lots of room and jaw dropping views.

The LOWER level has the living room, den, large bath, half bath, wine cellar, and pool/media room. There is a fold outs in the pool room and one in the den to take the sleeping capacity from 10 to 14. This level opens up to the pool, the large patio around the pool, and the jacuzzi. All with stunning views.

Instead we had stumbled into a private oasis of luxury among the vineyards! We lounged in the pool, went for a hike at nearby Pinnacles and went tasting at Chalone vineyard. Guest access:
The house is set on a 200 acre ranch, and guests are welcome to take walks around the property. There are some amazing views of the Pinnacles as well as the Diablo Mountain range from various places on the property.
(NOTE: Access to the house requires a smartphone and registration with the AugustHome app.)
Inside the house, guests have access to the Kitchen, Dining Area, Family Room, 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom. Guests are locked out from private areas and do not have access to the garage, mudroom and owner's bedroom.
Other things to note:
The home is near the Pinnacles National Park (just 2 miles from the east side entrance) but very remote from other services, which is part of what makes the area so special. It's so close to the bay area and yet feels worlds apart. Pinnacles Ranch is a place to unplug and explore the wilderness of the national park or the rural lifestyle of surrounding ranches.

The nearest store, restaurant or gas station is about 30 miles away so guests should plan ahead and bring the things they will need during their stay (e.g food, cooking supplies, toiletries, etc.). NOTE: Hollister to the north and King City to the south provide the nearest services. Be sure to stock up before your arrival.

Also, please note that there is no cell phone access in the area. However, the ranch house has a landline phone and a wi-fi network that guests can use. There is also no broadcast TV or cable TV service, but the house has a smart TV monitor that can be used to stream and a Blu-ray DVD player that can be used for movies if guests want to bring their own DVDs.

Our Love Nest is both private and charming; perfect for 1-2 guests. The 'log cabin' exterior is fitting for the ranch environment and the interior is reminiscent of the “Gone with the Wind” era. This cottage contains a comfortable queen sized bed, floral tapestry love seat, 'faux fireplace' heater, A/C, combo TV/DVD player, small refrigerator, microwave, electric tea kettle, ass't coffee/teas. We also provide high quality bed linens and towels as well as bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toilet paper etc). The bathroom is private; includes a toilet, sink and shower. There's a small closet for your belongings. Set apart from the other guest accommodations, you will enjoy the privacy of the Love Nest, nestled among towering oak trees. It is important to note that we have a variety of animals here on the ranch and strive to make their quality of life healthy, happy and comfortable. Our Love Nest is in close proximity to our peafowl aviary, which holds approximately 25 peacocks and peahens and also near our "Doggie Chateau", home to our beloved ranch dogs Ringo and Scarlet. The peafowl can be vocal during mating season and on occasion the peafowl and/or dogs may become boisterous, as they alert when a predator (bobcat, coyote, etc) is on the property. Since the Love Nest is close to both pens, we want guests to be informed.

Guests are welcome to use our tennis and basketball courts, including our ping pong tables and popular Game Room located in the large blue barn. Inside, there is a pool table, air hockey and foosball as well as a gaming table to play poker and other card games. We have a variety of board games available. There is a collection of DVD's that may be viewed there in the game room on our big screen TV or borrow a few to watch in your guest cottage and return them later on.

Guests are welcome to hike on our property. We have nearly 1,000 acres total and there are hiking trails that lead to the top of the mountain. When you reach the top, there is a large, beautiful deck with comfortable furniture where you can enjoy a respite or snack while taking in the most incredible view of our property and surrounding properties. If you enjoy hiking, this is a must!

- "My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights while we hiked in the Pinnacles. It was clean, and the manager did an awesome job of communicating with us. I gave it a 4 for location because of one factor. It is very close to the east entrance of the Pinnacles, which was great for my wife and I. That was all we needed. If, however, you like to go to town, you are about 25-30 minutes away. Just depends on what you want. We would stay here again if in the area. We enjoyed hiking and relaxing here at the end of the day"

- "We stayed here to be close to Pinnacles National Park. The property location is about 9 miles away from the park. This is a working ranch with lots of fun things and animals to see. Peacocks, horses, and many others. The home was clean and nicely appointed, and The olive oil was perfect. Communication was excellent, and direct were easy to follow. They have basketball, a hiking area, and ping pong. This was a quiet place to spend the two day. Would go back."

- "Very cute tiny home with essentials provided. The listing didn’t mention kitchen amenities but it did have 2 hot plates, a fridge, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, dinnerware, a pot, pan, and wine bottle opener. We were a party of 4 (2 of which were kids) and the tiny home was comfortable. It might be a touch cozy for 4 adults. The owner was accessible and brought some cleaning supplies upon request. The second night, we had rolling power outages all night and couldn’t locate the electric panel. Luckily, we had our own headlamps and flashlights. Very quiet countryside location, easy to find, and felt safe. Deck seating area allowed us to keep an eye out on the kids and dog, while taking in the beautiful scenery. We were able to hike to the top of the hill from a trail on the property behind the other tiny home being built. We hope to come back! "

- "We had a great stay in one of the yurts for three. There are 3 yurts on the property right in the same space, and two are for three people while the bigger one sleeps 6. We did have neighbors but everything was easy to share and enjoy together. We liked using the Blackstone to cook on and found that there were many things available if needed. You'll find cookware, utensils, seasonings, and more. The property is quite secluded and felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, though we could see some neighbors and hear a dog. Otherwise, it was very quite and calming. The property is very clean and new looking. Mostly spending time around the gas fire, hanging out in the kitchen space, or just sitting around outside is how you would spend time there. Outdoor games are available and we played cornhole. The yurt itself actually has walls. The ceiling however, was material and some rainwater pooled over the door and made the floor wet when we entered. It has nice flooring, but little floor space. You can put luggage down fine, but not space to hang out except for the beds. The beds were fine and plenty warm. It was cold at night, but the comforter was plenty and sheets were soft. Single toilet and shower. Couldn't get hot water for the bathtub, however. Easy to communicate with the owner for check in information and answered questions. Thank you for a nice stay. The posting says sleeps 6 but check that you're reserving the larger yurt in that case. Fun place for a whole group!"

this is a fully customized Yurt with sheet rock flooring, insulation, solar, lighting, and heater.
The space
This off grid country development works with nature our it works against us. solar sometimes if cloudy runs out. heaters are ran off propane and you have to hold down the left push tab and push down knob to get pilot on.
but it is peaceful and starry piece of heaven is nestled in a private location. You can pick your own herbs and vegetables and fruits. If there in season, you can also get eggs if they are laying. You can barbecue inside of the barbecue lounge area or just sit by the one of four fire places.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. we host three separate yurt's number one can sleep 6 yurt number two can sleep two yurt number three can sleep three and we also have the staff set up in 2022 upscale Trailer that can sleep six and we have a special shamans quarters that sleeps two.fresh eggs and mineral spring water.you can walk on the path around the property and also get in a work out and breath in fresh air.
The space
There are three yurts. One is 20 x 20 and the other two are 12 x 12 lighter person"s recommended to go to the top bunk. We also have an upscale Trailer that can sleep six and a special Shamans quarters that can sleep two.
There are two main artificial grass areas. There are three fire pit areas, barbecue area, and lounge area. There are many other areas to lounge, including an outdoor bed, hammocks,swings,egg chairs,lounge chairs,couches,tables and chairs. Outdoor shower and outdoor bath. Indoor shower.

In Willow Springs this is a police area. This is not a party please or loud screaming area. This is somewhere to come. Have a great time at a respectful noise level.
