Very cute 1 bedroom apartment In the center of Simi Valley with Private pool/spa. Walking distance to restaurants and groceries. 10 minutes from the Ronald Reagan library. 30 minutes to Magic Mountain, Los Angeles/Hollywood and local beaches. Invite your friends for a swim party & BBQ.

- "Chose this property due to the distance to our venue as well as the distance to our family staying at a nearby location. Also the pool looked lovely in the pictures. None of the check-in details were on VRBO. I had to reach out to the property manager. The pictures make it seem much larger than it is. The bunk beds were fine but the "bed" in the sunroom could fit a young child. But it's a sunroom. No one would be able to sleep in there with how bright it gets. The place was clean but the shower doesn't drain properly. My wife was wading in water while showering. When we contacted the property manager she said to use the squeegee... The pool was fenced off when we arrived, it looked dirty despite having the pool vacuum in it. We didn't touch it. We didn't use the property for anything other than sleeping. We spent our entire time at the other location that the rest of our family was staying at. Their property had working showers and an imacculate pool. This place would work for a small family (3max) I suppose but we would have been better off in a hotel. This didn't work for my family of 4."
