One of the beds did not have a sheet fully covering the mattress, which was disgusting to see. I also got woken up around 9:30 or 10:00 PM by people yelling and slamming the door next to us. This went on for about an hour and when I called the front desk they told me it was because someone had just checked in next to us. The next morning when I looked at the door, it wasn’t for a guest room. I asked one of the staff members what the room was and he said it’s for the hotel staff. I asked for a refund from hotels.com and they were able to get that back for me. We were able to find another hotel, which saved our trip. "

The one bedroom condo was clean, updated and suited our needs perfectly. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful ocean view we had from our patio and we thoroughly enjoyed that. The location is essentially in front of the “Carlsbad Village” sign and walking distance to plenty of shops and incredible restaurants and dining options. - "Having 4 children always makes if hard to get a place to accomodate all of us in a sinle space. These suites have plenty of space and the bathrooms are big enough I can park my Corolla in it" - "We were overall very pleased with our stay. There was one incident when the power went out due to a power line being knocked down off the property.
