Our two bedroom/2 bath air conditioned condominium is right at the main pool (the only heated pool on the west side), and just a thirty second walk to the private stairs leading to the beautiful sandy surf coves below. Note: We are one building behind the oceanfront building, and there is not an ocean view from the condo, but a beautiful garden, greenbelt and pool view! After a day at the beach, plunge into the sun-soaked pool or jacuzzi a dozen steps from your front door. The private gym, saunas, and gas BBQs are also right there! In the late afternoon, stroll to the view deck, or relax in the view lounge and watch the sun set over the sea. No details were overlooked in the complete and total 2016 remodel of this elegant and contemporary designed 1,544 square foot , 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom Townhouse with spectacular ocean views. The high quality complete remodel/rebuild by the Interior Designer of this Townhouse features all new electrical, plumbing, windows and doors, walls, ceilings, lighting, all new kitchen and bathrooms, raised ceilings, and all new stainless steel Bosch appliances in the kitchen, independently controlled and programmable air conditioning in each of the two bedrooms and in the living area on the second floor, and a laundry with washer and dryer. Go surfing or hiking in the morning, walk to yoga, pilates, a salon or even a day spa in the afternoon and enjoy a great dinner and glass of wine at the 'Wild Note Cafe' in the evening, then catch a concert at the world famous 'Belly Up' music club next door. Welcome to our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ocean view retreat. We have are so excited to host you in our beautifully remodeled space overlooking the pool and ocean. Open the windows and enjoy the cool ocean breeze throughout the day while making meals and drinks in the stunning kitchen complete with new appliances, a wine fridge, quartz countertops and all the cooking essentials you can think of. The convenient location just off the pool is one of our favorite features, as we can very easily grab food, drinks, and anything else we need from the condo just a few steps away. While we have many amazing restaurants close by, you won't want to leave the table on your private balcony with the most stunning sunset views. Morning coffee is that much better when get to watch the dolphins at the same time!

From soft linens, to children's books, sand toys, a cooler, pickle ball rackets, beach chairs, a pack n play, booster seat, and even a sound machine for babies, we really like to think we have thought of everything to give you the best vacation possible! Our living room has plenty of seating to gather in to enjoy evening sunsets and movies on our smart TV. The property is super clean, in very good condition, and has a beautiful view of the ocean. It was well equipped with everything that we needed for a 2 week stay, and the laundry machines were very much appreciated. There are stairs with direct access to the beach within the complex, and the kids loved going daily. Only cons - there's no AC and the sliding doors/windows can be a little tough to open and close. The property manager Laura was very responsive and would reply quickly whenever I had any questions. The check in process was easy too with no issues. This is a full 5 star rating. Beautiful, well-provisioned 2-story condo. Two bedroom, 2 baths on ground floor, along with full-sized LG washer & dryer. Upstairs is full of light with open floor plan, soaring vaulted ceiling, living room, dining room, fully provisioned kitchen, balcony (with futon) and large high-end BBQ grill. Office and half bath upstairs. Kitchen is well-provisioned with everything you need!!

Ceiling fans in every room. Entire condo has been beautifully updated. Stone shower in master with lots of pressure from the shower-head, bathtub in second bathroom, amazing porch and balcony to listen to the tranquil ocean, gas fireplace with blower, granite countertops in kitchen, heat in every room.

Feel the ocean breeze while being only 68 steps from the securely gated side entry to the stairs, leading down to the ocean.

Black-out curtains in master bedroom. Both bedrooms have a sliding glass door to the patio. Blinds in both rooms. Beautiful art throughout.

- "Good" - "My family and I had the chance to enjoy a wonderful stay in Solano at this condo. We had an amazing time enjoying the beach just a short walk away as well as time in the pool and hot tub. The condo was comfortable and we loved being able to come back and cook and relax. We would recommend it to others coming to the area!" - "Loved the space here and all the amenities you would want. It is sort of a puzzle getting in due to the way details are sent in and email and also a PDF attachment. But all the info is detailed and complete! Ample shower towels/bath towels but maybe add a couple more beach towels. There are lots of stairs to walk to the beach so that could be a problem for anyone with any walking issues. (Equal to a five story building). Also the gate to go out to the beach smelled like pee all the time probably from dogs going as soon as they leave the gate since you aren’t allowed to let your pet go to the bathroom inside the condo complex areas. But loved taking our dog to the beach before 8am - she loved it. There are a lot of plants on the patio too and so coming and going was tight- sorry if some of the growing stems got broken off- it was unavailable. Great beach chairs and blanket. No shade for beach so plan to bring your own. House was really well equipped with all the kitchen and bathroom stuff - needs more shampoo and conditioner and soaps in the shower is all. This place is very nicely decorated and I don’t think it’s great for small kids. Many things for them to break. But for adults and older kids it’s very nice. Thanks again for a great stay!"

This spacious and bright two-story town home with two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms is located in the oceanfront Condominium Complex Seascape Sur in Solana Beach.

A generously equipped kitchen, living room with fire place, a patio with seating area and city views make for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are located inside the unit.

The unit doesn't have air conditioning. Floor fans are available in each bedrooms and in the living areas. The bedrooms are located downstairs and stay relatively cool in summer. Heating in winter is limited to 72dF. Space heaters or other heating devices are not permitted due to fire hazards. Additional blankets and pillows are available.

A short walk through the complex leads you to the beach. Two heated pools, whirl pools, tennis courts and a clubhouse are available for your enjoyment, but may be closed on short notice due to repairs or events. One car can be parked on the property in a secured underground car port.

The condominium complex is located right at the beach.

Shopping, restaurants, the Del Mar racetrack, golf courses and public transportation are all in walking distance.

The condominium complex is located on a bluff. Garages are underground and access to all units requires some walking through the property. Access to my house requires climbing 2 to 3 flights of stairs from the garage, same from the street. Access to the beach is through a gate at the beach end of the complex down the bluff via a public staircase with several flights of stairs.

- "This property is exactly as described in the profile. The location is great - steps from a very nice beach, steps from surf shops and restaurants. Getting around to Del Mar and Encinitas is quick and easy (no need to get on the 5). The house is spacious and comfortable (especially the bed in the primary bedroom). Air conditioning would be a nice plus, but even during a San Diego heatwave, it was cool enough to sleep comfortably. The owner and others involved in hosting were outstanding. We will definitely look to book here again."

This beautifully remodeled and furnished townhome is located within the Seascape Sur community nestled on the ocean bluffs in picturesque Solana Beach. We have Air Conditioning! Most places along the coast here do not have this special feature. We do kindly ask for you to turn it off when you leave for the day, as our electricity is very expensive here. :) Our place stays really cool anyways because of the location.

You really can't beat our location, walking distance to the Del Mar Fair Grounds- skip the headache of dealing with the parking for concerts, races, and the fair. The private beach access is right across the street on the west side of our community, just a 3 minute walk from our front door. Our sparkling clean two-story condo is recently remodeled and fully stocked with everything you need for cooking at home, playing a game of tennis or pickle ball, BBQ'ing, lounging by the pool, enjoying a show/movie/sports on our smart TV, working from home with our high speed WiFi, and of course we also have all the beach gear you need!

Our community has so many amenities that are rare to find in nearby communities, including: 2 heated pools, 2 non-heated pools, 2 spas, tennis and PICKLEBALL courts, a sauna, BBQs by the pool, a fitness room, a clubhouse with stunning ocean views, gated community, and of course Private Beach Access!

The condo has 2 ensuite bedrooms upstairs, each with their private bathroom with shower, closets, ceiling fans, luxury vinyl flooring, room-darkening curtains, and comfortable bedding.

There is a desk and chair in the primary bedroom upstairs, as well as a work space with a desk and chair downstairs in the living room.
