- "Roomie!!! It was our first VRBO, it is a nice two room place, it has a newly renovated shower/bathroom. It is above the front office so breakfast is right downstairs. There is a beeping from the waffle machine if you are a light sleeper, but you also wake up to the smell of waffles. The beds were great, the couches sleep two people, perfect for an our family of six. The sign does shine in through one of the windows, but was fixed with putting two pillows up. We have 4 full bathrooms, all with step in showers, 1 large tub in the master. We have a large bonus room upstairs and a small family room downstairs off the kitchen both with Apple TV. No pets allowed. Pool area quiet after 10 pm during the school year and 11 pm during the summer. Your family will have an amazing time at this very family -friendly property.

You will have full use of your private vacation guest house with two bedrooms, full kitchen, full size washer/dryer, and bathroom. Enjoy the peace and tranquility this property has to offer. House has Apple TV and WIFI.

Do NOT book and ask for a refund. We will not grant a refund as it is a complete and absolute administrative hassle.
Property owners live onsite in the main house. Guests must be able to walk up steps and on ground cover. Parking is on the property next to the garage in the brick area. Guests will walk approximately 100 yards to the private guest house. Need to walk over bark.

The flat is located in one of the safest neighborhoods, just minutes away from Lake Poway, hiking trails, shops, and restaurants. Downtown (Zoo, Balboa Park, Old Town), beaches, LEGO Land and other main points of interest are within 20-25 miles so the car is a must.

Although this. detached casita is only about 20 feet off of the main residence, there is plenty of privacy, including a private parking area and two private entrances. This north San Diego county suburb has a country feel and is walking distance to several different trails, including beautiful Lake Poway, where you can feed ducks, go fishing, hike to the famous potato chip rock, or rent a paddle boat. Only 30 minutes away are some of America's finest beaches, the world famous San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, Legoland, Balboa Park, Gaslamp district, and so much more! Inside the casita, you'll find two queen sized beds, two queen sized sofa beds, and a sleeping loft. In addition, there is a full sized kitchen, a bathroom, and plenty of parking.
