The space
The house is located in gated community with beach access. Just outside of the residential we have a mall with a small supermarket, an Oxxo, veterinary, nail salon, among others.

We also have the Restaurant El Pescador just 3 min walking so if you don’t want to cook, that’s a great option.

There are plenty of green areas to walk and enjoy, beach access is about 10 min walking inside the residential and then quite a few stairs down. Be sure to take comfortable shoes that allow you to walk in the cobblestone streets.

Also Calimax, gas stations are nearby, just 20 min from Downtown Rosarito and 40 min from Valley de Guadalupe.

At your arrival, you’ll see a guard at the main gate, tell them you’re going to #101 Marlin street . Once you enter, you’ll see a blue house to your left, turn left there and you’ll see a white two-story house, that’s the place. You’ll find your room key on the table, it has an avocado key-chain, then go down the hall, up the stairs and your room is the last one, the third door on the second floor.

Other things to note
The house has shared spaces in the living rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. Other rooms and laundry area are not common areas and are off-limits.
You'll find freshly cleaned towels in your room and basic toiletries in the bathroom. If you have a long stay, you might need to replace them.

Parking for the house is among the property, so please park close by.
