The place sits on an acre lot with the house in the middle of the acre . you are not smothered out by neighbors. 120 feet up private dr. to secure parking . Encluded . lots of places to sit and enjoy the view, nature ,quiet and pool , if in season .

This home has its own private , seasonal pool with a bar bq and eating area and private entrance . Please note even , tho you have air conditioning in your your room it , is an optional item. $5 / per day charge for remote to run air or you don"t want remote there , is no charge it is your choice . I do this to help keep travel expenses down for my guest , this cost is done directly with me as who knows what the weather will be time ,of renting . The room and area are beautiful , and you will be very pleased with your choice of stay .

Other things to note
The home has a small dog 14 lb. and a cat 18 lbs . , they both pretty much stay inside (my area ) of the house , they don't have access to guest rooms . The perfect place to stay! Quiet private detached studio in a great residential neighborhood. City close, but far enough away to find rest and relaxation. This is an awesome space with a french door view, great kitchen and bath, and an awesome new mattress. Very clean, laminate floors and granite counters. Just installed central air and heat to maintain perfect temperature. Also new tankless water heater.

Other things to note
Our home is on one of the largest lots in the city limits. So enjoy space and no neighbors close by. It would be best to have a car. There is a bus stop at the end of the street, but restaurants are about 1 miles away. I do have a steep driveway, but it levels off at the top. Pull to the right and park on the blacktop in front of detached garage.

KITCHEN & DINING ROOM
The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you will need for making tasty meals for your whole group, including stainless steel appliances, a toaster, a Keurig and all the basic kitchen essentials (i.e. pots, pans, plates, cups and utensils). Enjoy meals together at the dining room table with seating for 4. There is also kid friendly dinnerware for small children.

The Modern Bungalow has its own driveway for easy access. It’s located at the top of a private easement that is shared with other neighbors. Everything pictured is for the guests private use.

The Modern Bungalow is set in a quiet, country setting. The guest house is up an easement and tucked back from the main road. There are no street lights and it’s very dark at night. We try our best to keep the porch lights on but sometimes this does not happen so please be aware when planning your arrival.

Please note the guest house does not have access to a Washer and Dryer.

Very unique Studio space attached to a 100-year-old home. Cozy cabin-like feel with dark wood ceiling, stone walls and floors. Approximately 300 sf with kitchenette, full bathroom, clawfoot tub and shower. Private entrance and parking included.
Main home is on a private flag lot off the street and home to a barnyard rescue with horse, goats, chickens, pigs, ducks, cats and dogs that are available to meet if interested.

The space
Great property located inside the city limits but with a very rural feel. Very private flag lot. Short walk to grocery stores, restaurants, services and the north San Diego County courthouse that hosts a large well established farmers market every Saturday 8am - 12 noon. Bus service within a mile of a main transit center in Vista that connects to trains to inland and the beach. 15 minutes or less drive to Oceanside and Carlsbad Village and beaches.

Guest access is through a security door on a fully furnished screened porch that is also available to guests with notice. Climate control on the porch is limited. There is a ceiling fan and is generally pleasant with our moderate climate but weather extremes can change the comfort level.

Please note that this property does have rescue animals and while it is generally quiet (we try to make it so, we live here too!) there are the usual daytime sounds here and there due to the animals themselves, pond pumps/filters running (we rescue koi and other Aquatic animals)

Located in the hills of Vista, a car is recommended. One free parking space for 1 standard size automobile is available on premises. Enjoy the privacy of the entire guest house and all that it has to offer as pictured in the listing.

Cleaning service during stay is not provided, but can be arranged for an extra $125 fee paid by guest.

Sorry but we can’t accommodate any type of pets in our guest house due to extreme allergies.

Smoking is only allowed outside in the backyard.

The Tiki Room is an oasis high above the city of Vista, on nearly an acre of land. The atmosphere is calming and the sunsets & nighttime views are stunning.

Guests will have full access to the jacuzzi just outside the room as well as the patio area.

The property sits at the top of a ridge on nearly an acre of land. The home here was originally the orchard caretakers for Mull Estates built in 1932. The Vista Tiki Room is completely separate from the house, making it your own space to enjoy.

To enter the Airbnb there is a lockbox on the door with a key, the code will be provided the day of arrival. The whole Airbnb is fenced off to provide a private outside space for the Airbnb guests.

Other things to note
The owner lives on the property that is attached to the Airbnb. The owner has two dogs and two cats. The cats may be curious and might visit. The dogs will not visit. If you are allergic please keep this in mind.

The space
We are conveniently close to all freeways: 76, 78, and 15, and private, off street parking is available. We are also close to shopping and restaurants, all within a couple of miles away. The closest beach is in Oceanside, which is about a 15 minute drive West of us.

A 20% Military discount is available for active servicemen or their families serving at Camp Pendleton. Military ID required for discount. The 20% discounted funds will be donated to the Capt. John J. Sax Foundation. Capt. Sax sadly perished in an Osprey training mission on June 8, 2022. This is just one way our family honors his memory. 🇺🇸

You may request Early/Late Check-out, but it is subject to our schedule, for an additional fee of $25 for each request, for example EITHER Early/Late request is $25 but if you want BOTH Early/Late, you would pay $50 and the additional fees will be collected through the Resolution Center of Air BnB.

We are in a high fire danger area but we are 420 pen and Vape friendly, no other type of smoking is allowed and only outside on the deck. You will be required to pay a $250 additional cleaning fee which will be requested through the Resolution Center if there is a smoke smell in the unit upon check out.

We provide laundry service for linens and towels only, no personal laundry. There is a laundromat very close by in a nearby shopping center.

Please note that we sometimes hear noises from Pendleton when they are training with mortars and ammunitions. You can hear it throughout North County and all the neighbors refer to it as the "Sounds of Freedom". There is a schedule posted online to check for days/times. Usually it is quiet at night time however. I mention it in case any of our potential guests suffer from PTSD, which may be an issue for them.

You may walk the front of the property by the pine tree and use the swing or sit on the bench, enjoy a meal on the picnic table, or sip a beverage and watch the sunset or stargaze on our Adirondack chairs, or watch our busy bees hard at work from a distance!

We do have walking paths, however, the ground is uneven, so care needs to be taken while walking. We have marked areas where guests are not allowed to walk because my husband works from home and those areas need to be a quiet zone. Children need to be monitored by their parents at ALL times.

Other things to note
For stays longer than 14 days, we require an additional quick cleaning of the unit every week for $50 each time, and those fees are paid directly to the cleaning service on your cleaning day. Guests are asked to vacate the property for 2 hours while the cleaning is being done. This is also when we will enter the unit to check for any minor repairs that may need to be done or maintenance. This service is NOT optional or negotiable. We must be able to enter, clean, and maintain our unit every week for longer stays.

The maximum length of stay is 28 days.

Our private pool is for our guests only. We have 2 vacation rentals located on the same gated property. The Casita is a 800 sq foot PRIVATE HOME. It has a full kitchen 1 bedroom with King. The Livingroom has 2 pullout sofa beds. It also has a detatched bedroom with a king bed you can rent for an additional $35 per night. We charge per guest $25 additional whether they spend the night or not. Curfew by the pool is 10:00 No music past 7 pm by pool. You can be in your courtyard tell when ever.
