Your own Studio Cottage on 6 acre hobby farm. Large Bathtub, Queen Bed and Sofa Bed. Running creek and duck pond on property surrounded by huge trees. Feed chickens, geese, goats, turkeys and animals everywhere. Enjoy your own Full Kitchen, Charcoal BBQ, and Firepit. House has Good Wifi, Smart TV, DVDs and Reading Library. Enjoy Tree house, Trampoline, Tetherball, Darts, Bb guns and Archery. Or just Relax and get away from the City and enjoy Rural living. Long Dirt road access.
The space
Fully fenced 6 acre property with 5 houses (3 Airbnb's). The Cottage is located next door to my house and one other Airbnb. The dirt road is long and bumpy and you may have to cross a shallow creek. All cars can make the drive.
Shared areas include , Archery, Tetherball, darts , bb guns, Trampoline,, and Treehouse.
Welcome to harvest any fruits, veggies, or flowers growing in the garden or greenhouse.
Roosters will crow throughout day and sometimes at night. Light sleepers might want to bring earplugs or keep fan running for whitenoise.
I usually have firewood for firepit. Bring charcoal if you're BBQing, I usually have lighter fluid around.
Because of natural and farm setting there is going to be dirt, dust, insects, cobwebs, bees, leaves, animal dung, mud, etc around.
Everyone is cool and friendly. You'll have privacy during your stay but may see other guests on the property.
My wife, daughter and I are usually doing chores and taking care of animals. We'll be around if you have any questions or want a tour of the property.
All smoking is Cool outside and on the patio.

Dirt road access only. The roosters will crow, and the dogs will bark. We live on the property and will be available to answer questions or show you around.

This guest house is on property & was converted from a barn. Private entrance. Quaint. Local access to Menifee, Murrieta, Temecula. Free reserved parking up to 2-3 cars, nice living space for small families or couples.
Central A/C for air & space heaters for heating.

The upstairs bedroom is loft style meaning there is no door but it is private because it is the only room upstairs.
The downstairs bedroom has a door.
Bathroom, kitchen and living space are all downstairs.
Other things to note
AC unit upstairs and downstairs.
Space heater must be used one upstairs and one downstairs or it will trip the breaker.
No personal toiletries are provided.
I do not have the space for a bulk supply of linens- enough for capacity is provided. If fresh linens are desired there is an in unit washer and dryer with detergent.
