Has a small kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, sugar, creamer, full size refrigerator, microwave with built in air fryer, utensils, plates, cups, bowls, salt & pepper shakers, and air purifier. Has 2 small foldable tables to dine on including a small coffee table(which is removed if air mattresses are needed).

1. Please remove the shoes inside the bedroom and upstairs.
2. For the health of you and the next guests who come here, smoking is completely prohibited in the room!No animals of all kinds!If you find that there is a cigarette smell (or has a cigarette butt or animal hair), you will be asked to check out immediately and the room fee will not be refunded.
3. Please turn off lights, stove, water, doors and windows when leaving the house for energy saving and safety.
4. Please separate the trash.(Black garbage, blue paper trash, green flowers and plants)
5. No additional cleaning will be done during your stay to protect your privacy!
6. Please take good care of your personal belongings. We will not be responsible for any loss.
7. Please check in according to the agreed number of people, if you find more than the number of people staying, you need to pay $100 per person/night
8. In order to ensure a quiet rest environment for you and your neighbors, please be careful to keep quiet after 10pm!Do not disturb the public!
9. For the smooth check-in of the next guest, please be sure to check out within the specified time (before 11 noon) on the day of check-out.If the check-out time is later, we will charge an additional 1 day room charge.

4) Please sort the garbage.(Black for household garbage, blue for paper garbage, green for flowers and plants).
5) During your stay, in order to protect your privacy we will not do cleaning.

7) Please check in according to the agreed number of people. If it is found that the number of people exceeds the agreed number , you will be charged per person $100 per night.
8) In order to ensure that you and neighbors have a quiet resting environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum from 10:00pm so not to affect the neighbors.
9) For the smooth check-in of the next guest, please check out within the specified time of the day of check-out. If check-out is not completed before 1:00pm,you will be charge one day's fee.
