Also, at the garage you will have a 24 inch by 36-inch shelf for non-perishable food items. At the kitchen another shelf is provided inside the pantry.

SMALL to MEDIUM DOG under40 pounds (NO CATS we allergic to CATS).
A $50 non-refundable cleaning pet deposit is due at CHECK-IN. You are responsible for taking your dog to the backyard area to go poo and/or pee. A dog pail and scooper are provided for you to place the dog feces after EACH TIME your dog goes poo. I do provide a doggie door at the family room for your dog to access the fully enclosed backyard. Grass cutting schedule for the rear yard to be advised.

PLEASE do not leave your dog unattended at any time. You are responsible for your dog at all times. However, while at school or work your dog can remain downstairs, but not inside your bedroom. PLEASE advise your host of your school and/or work schedule to include hours and days. During your stay
Two other family members live downstairs, and their bedroom is located next to the kitchen and their private bathroom is located in the hallway. Your hostess lives in the home and her bedroom is located on the second floor. Leti, the hostess is available to assist you 24/7, please do not be shy if you need something. Kindly use VOICE to communicate. I am old school, and I do not text, message, zoom, basically anything that uses a SCREEN. If you treat me with respect and kindness, I might make you dinner, but I do not allow cells at the dinner table. If you do not like to talk, that is ok, I give you your space. However, I LOVE TO TALK because you learn plenty by just talking. I am so blessed, I speak, read and write fluently in two languages: English and Spanish.

Please post a picture of your face from the shoulder up, like a passport or driver's license picture. Take a picture with your cell and post to this website. Please no sunglasses, hats or face mask in the picture.

Please no street shoes allowed inside the home which helps keep the home clean. A chair and shoe rack are provided downstairs to take off street shoes. Please bring inside house slippers and you will be provided your own shoe rack for street shoes.

I am chemically sensitive, so please refrain from using synthetically perfumed things while in the home.

This summer 2025 all three upstairs bedrooms and hallway will have new Luxury Vinyl/Laminate flooring. The flooring reduces germs, noise and allergies. In this home, you will only find carpet at the 15 staircase steps going up to the upstairs bedrooms. CLEAN floors bring WEALTH.

Also, coming this summer 2025 are new stainless-steel bed frames and mattresses. Critical to your HEALTH is a good night blissful rest! YOU spend a third of your day sleeping. You deserve the BEST. The New bed frames and mattresses come from Mathis Home of Ontario, California and will be installed at a cost of $4,500 per queen bed and $2,600 extra-long twin bed. I travel plenty and the bed is what makes my DAY. Once you sleep on a Stearns and Foster Bed or Eco Comfort bed, you might never go to your bed. You will wake up strong, ready to conquer whatever your day brings.

This summer 2025 all three upstairs bedrooms and hallway will have new Luxury Vinyl/Laminate flooring. The flooring reduces germs, noise and allergies. In this home, you will only find carpet at the 15 staircase steps going up to the upstairs bedrooms. CLEAN floors bring WEALTH.

Also, coming this summer 2025 are new stainless-steel bed frames and mattresses. Critical to your HEALTH is a good night blissful rest! YOU spend a third of your day sleeping. You deserve the BEST. The New bed frames and mattresses come from Mathis Home of Ontario, California and will be installed at a cost of $4,500 per queen bed and $2,600 extra-long twin bed. I travel plenty and the bed is what makes my DAY. Once you sleep on a Stearns and Foster Bed or Eco Comfort bed, you might never go to your bed. You will wake up strong, ready to conquer whatever your day brings.

Bedroom is located upstairs. There are 15 steps to climb. The room has a QUEEN size bed, desk and chair, dresser, closet, Wi-Fi and Smart TV. I have a no street shoe policy inside the home, bring slippers. No smoking/vaping inside or outside the home. I am chemically sensitive to all colognes, please wear them outside. No candles, incents, air fresheners/sprays inside the bedroom. All will cause me to get a severe asthma attack and/or a visit to Kaiser Hospital. PLEASE NO overnight guests!

The space
All my rooms are designed for the long-term guest with a work desk and chair, fast Wi-Fi, Spectrum streaming, mirrored closets with extra shelves, and dresser. I have a Samsung washer and dryer, and I provide the Tide powder soap and Bounce dryer sheets. In the garage the queen size bedrooms will share a 18 cu. ft. refrigerator and the twin size bedroom will have their private 13 cu. ft refrigerator. Also, at the garage each guest will have a 24 inch by 36-inch shelf for non-perishable food items. At the kitchen another shelf is provided inside the pantry for each guest.

SMALL to MEDIUM DOG under 40 pounds (NO CATS, we allergic to CATS).
A $50 non-refundable cleaning pet deposit is due at CHECK-IN. You are responsible for taking your dog to the backyard area to go poo and/or pee. A dog pail and scooper are provided for you to place the dog feces after EACH TIME your dog goes poo. I do provide a doggie door at the family room for your dog to access the fully enclosed backyard. Grass cutting schedule for the rear yard to be advised.

PLEASE do not leave your dog unattended at any time. You are responsible for your dog at all times. However, while at school or work your dog can remain downstairs, but not inside your bedroom. PLEASE advise your host of your school and/or work schedule to include hours and days. If you have short errands, please advise the host OR the dog goes with you while you perform your errands, if host is unavailable.

Limit your meals to LIGHT Kitchen Cooking which includes the microwave, stove range and oven, double sink, island and counter space. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, plates, cups, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, skillets and glass containers with lids to store food. PLEASE do not bring from the outside ANY of the aforementioned items.

PLEASE, no exotic and/or pungent smelling foods/and or spices. YOU are responsible for cleaning the kitchen area after each meal and within the hour of preparing your meal. If you use the stove range for anything using oils or fats such as eggs, steak, pasta or similar foods the range will get dirty, and you are responsible for cleaning the range immediately after you finish eating.

The Ontario water is extremely hard, and I will show you how to remove the hard minerals off the stove range, double sink, kitchen island /counters and stainless-steel pots, pans and skillets. ALL silverware, glasses, cups, small bowls and flat plates must be rinsed by you before going into the DISHWASHER.

LIMITED KITCHEN ACCESS FOR GUESTS STAYING LESS THAN 28 DAYS.
You are limited to microwave cooking and a microwave is provided at the garage behind the refrigerators. I provide a table to place your meal while using the microwave. There is a ceiling fan and light. Bring your own paper cups, plates, plastic forks, spoons and napkins.


WASHER AND DRYER
As for the laundry, I will show you how to operate the NEW Samsung washer and dryer. Southern California has a water restriction, please limit your personal full loads to two loads per week and no small loads and no shoes in the washer or dryer. Wash your bed linen and pillow cases every 2 weeks or every week. Wash blanket and comforter every 2 months. Wash the mattress cover every 3 months.

INDOOR JACUZZI SPA
The spa will have the same filtered water as the entire home. The spa is available upon request and the hostess needs a 24 hour notice to heat the water. The spa is my most favorite spot in the entire home.
