I was flying in late and they made sure to meet me right at the dock so checkin was a breeze. You should stay here if you're going to a convention in Long Beach. It's less expensive than some of the hotels, and the walk to the convention center is about five minutes...in Long Beach's famous weather. The working space is bigger than in a hotel room, plus you get a personal continental breakfast every morning, already in your kitchen. A bonus is, at your convention you have an opening line for every conversation, "I'm staying on a boat over in the marina." Everyone is jealous. The only downside is parking. The lots are about a 10 minute walk. If I did it again I'd take an Lyft/Cab from the airport. There are so many restaurants right on the marina that you won't run out of places to eat. Heck, you could invite some clients back to the boat for a cocktail!"

There is plenty of parking in the Public Parking across the street, $20 per night. The entrance is a door that is locked and only registered guests can enter. Friendly staff, clean room, 2 towels, clean shared bathroom and showers (never a line). Once the room door was closed and the air conditioner on, could not hear a thing, quiet. If you slept with the window open, there would be traffic noise. Over-all, great stay."

Please note that I only rent on a month-to-month basis, all bills and free WiFi are included. I only rent trough through Airbnb and I am unable to show the property before a booking has been made. It responsibility of tenants to maintain cleanliness of common areas throughout their stay.
Room is only for one tenant only, guest is allowed occasionally for few hours, but cant stay overnight. Pets not allowed.
Laundromat is 1 minute walking distance from house. We have parking lot for 5 cars that work on first come first serve basis, and if its needed there is free street parking in all street around house.
