The Peacock Suites is located within walking distance (0.9 miles ~15 min walk) of Disneyland Park and the Anaheim Convention Center. The Anaheim Resort Transportation (ART) shuttle stops at the Peacock Suites and is a short shuttle ride to the Disneyland Resort ($6 adults, $2.50 child for a one-day pass).

The Peacock Suites has a guest rating of 8.6 out of 10 on Expedia. All units have either: 1) King bed or 2) two queen beds in the bedroom. The living room includes a queen size sofa sleeper and kitchenette (small refrigerator, microwave, sink and utensils). The property offers two whirlpool spas, a sparkling pool and a rooftop sundeck. In each of the suites you will find a refrigerator, a microwave oven, utensils/plates, a coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, in room safe, free WiFi, cable TV, and CD/DVD player. For guests convenience you can purchase attraction tickets from the front desk.

I have been an owner of Shell Vacations Time Share properties for over 10 years (The Peacock Suites) being one property owned by Shell Vacations Club. You will check in just like at any hotel. This is a timeshare unit and it's fully transferable so I will be booking the nights under your name. I will email you the reservation confirmation document from the timeshare company showing the reservation being under your name.

- There is a $250 refundable deposit due upon check in to the Peacock Suites to cover any damages to the room (credit or debit card only).

- Parking is valet only at $20/day plus tax (includes in and out privileges.

- The Tenant hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.

We are very clean and respectful to give you your space during your stay. I want you to feel at home so feel free to use the common space but please clean up after yourself.

I work from home so I can be here to assist you with any questions or recommendations on the area. However I'm also very respectful of your privacy if you need it.

. This Airbnb room is located in a private gated community, centrally located next to Anaheim downtown packing district. The room has been created to include comfortable luscious sheets, fluffy bedding and pillows to rest, restore, & recharge yourself. Vintage bedside table, unique Tiffany lamp, 40 inch TV, four drawer dresser, and place to hang your clothes.
Shared space downstairs location includes refrigerator and microwave. No kitchen use at this time.

The space
Kaufman Road two-story home first level access to the north and right side through the back entrance of the property to private entrance of each bedroom. Corner lot with a white picket fence in the HOA neighborhood.

Guest access
AirBnb Guest have access to the downstairs one level access bathroom bedrooms, backyard shared space downstairs only.

During your stay
Communication is through the Airbnb platform Under messaging.
If further concerns arise a property management human will be on the property as need be.

Other things to note
HOA association single-family home house rules are as followed 9 PM through time 5 AM quiet times on the property. No friends or family on the property due to insurance concerns.. each room is only booked to one human to the same credit card posted on the Airbnb app.
