- "I was surprised when I realized that this was a hotel. I assumed because of the lead picture of a patio with a barbeque grill that I would be staying in a mother-in-law suite or ADU. The property was clean and had what we needed in terms of appliances, but there were no amenities at all. No salt, no extra coffee (we had to ask), no cream (we had to ask), no lotion, no soap by the sink. If you are looking for a very simple suite with kitchenette, this works great. I will say, we were pleasantly surprised by the free laundry on site. Staff was friendly and I would probably book this again, but I would then know what I was getting into."

- "The room we stayed in is not one that is depicted in the pictures. It was very dark, but it was clean. I was happy to have the kitchenette. We had our car broken in to one time in Anaheim at a different hotel, and I didn't have to worry about that at this one. The cars seem to be a little more protected here. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, in fact we were given a free appetizer coupon from a valet for McCormick and Schmick that we used at the restaurant right around the corner. Close proximity to great restaurants. We were looking for something close to the Anaheim Sports Center, and this hotel is perfect for that. - "The pictures and description of this property are completely misleading. The area and the motel( which it is not advertised as a motel) is run down, lots of police activity, right next to the hospital. While we were there, there was 10 police cars chasing suspects into this building. We booked a 2 bed/2 bath unit since we have a 13 and 15 year old with us. - "1) property is a Sonesta Suites room very poorly cleaned. All the rooms had a very musty smell combination of cigarettes ( supposed to be a non smoking property nowadays but clearly it wasn't at some point) and just aging of the carpet plus furniture which is clearly from a few decades ago! 2)we let the front desk know about it but nothing was done. Roompicks takes weeks( not days) to get back to you with an answer that just clearly sides with the property!! So we have been charged over $2000 directly by Sonesta Suites in the check in credit card that the property manager after months should have fixed. I received an email saying that they spoke with the property manager and all charges were accurate! The email wasn't to let us know that they still continue requesting the property to review and credit back but rather just letting me know they pretty much side with the property! ** STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY AND IT'S PRETTY MANAGER** UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHARGED TWICE"

• Limited self-parking only is available for $15 plus tax per day per vehicle. The garage has a 7' clearance. Additional parking is available nearby for a fee.

This is a full-service resort. Your check-in procedures will model that of a hotel and your room number will be assigned during check in.

On-site parking is limited but available for $15 per night plus tax per vehicle. The parking garage has a 7' clearance that does not accommodate oversized vehicles. The resort cannot accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers. RVs can be parked at the Garden Walk for a fee, where the parking is enclosed and secure. There is limited street parking near the resort. Starting January 1, 2024, The cost of parking for all non Owner/Guests, the price will increase from $15 per night per vehicle.

The space
This spacious two-bedroom resort suite measures approximately 825 square feet. You'll enjoy one king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, one queen sleeper sofa in the living area and one bathroom. Additional amenities include a full kitchen, dining area and a balcony or deck. Maximum occupancy is six. Private sleeping area sleeps four.

A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in.

You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room.

A $250 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.

The resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Pre-paid cards, checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted.
