PARKING ON ANY OTHER TIME (EXCEPT TUES NIGHT):
Park on the street, preferably in front of the house. There is ample street parking in our cul-de-sac. There is a STOP sign in front of the house; it is okay to park in front of the STOP sign. Street sweeping is every Wed, 8am-12 noon.

- "There are two sides of Disneyland resort property. The majority of hotels are on Harbor Blvd with restaurants, Walgreens, and lots of traffic. But this condo is on the other side. Just as close but SO much quieter and much more space. Everything you need is included. There's a washer and dryer WITH detergent. Can't go wrong with 2.5 baths either. Wish we would have had this option when the kids were little. Had the pool to ourselves. Always felt safe even very late at night."

- "We rented this condo for my 50th birthday. There were six of us, my three sisters and my favourite aunt and my mom. We visited Disney for three days and we had this beautiful condo to come back to. The beds were so comfortable. Better than home. The rooftop patio with a hot tub. Was such a nice thing to visit after a long day of walking at Disneyland. There are a few really nice pubs/restaurants within walking distance of the condo. It was such a beautiful atmosphere for our trip and I would definitely visit again. We had a few questions while we were there and Millie the property manager responded right away, we took a little bit of a gamble because this was a new rental, and there were no reviews when we booked, but I would definitely come back! I think this rental is more suited for adults. The rooftop patio is not really a place that I would feel comfortable bringing a bunch of kids but that’s just my feeling. It feels more like an adult luxury condo."

This is the big 500sqf studio with 2 queen beds which is good for 4 people. This room is attached with the main house, but it has the seperate private entrance in the backyard (You only share the walk way with another "next door" guest house). Many former guests are comforted knowing that host is available on-site 24/7 to immediately take care of guest(s)' needs (except when host is on vacation, running errands, and/or attending kids' events).

Although cooking is limited to portable hot plates, pots, and pans, you'll be provided with everything you need to cook, dine, and store food. Central AC is awesome, but it's shared with host's family. The ability to control the thermostat is available through a downloadable app and an e-mail.

Need a place to hang out or socialize? On a first-come, first-served basis, patio furnitures next to the pool, a firepit table, tables and chairs underneath the trees, or a detached room with a smart TV and leather couch and loveseat are all available for guests to hang out with family members and/or friends. The extra room has its own lock, which guests can request exclusive use, as long as it's available with advance notice. There are also plenty of foldable tables, chairs, and storage areas available.

If you appreciate occasional human interaction with host from other parts of the country or world, while simultaneously be kept safe and privacy respected through a private entry and a secure lock, look no further. We are a local Vietnamese family available as needed. Since we work from home and homeschool our children, you'll have immediate access to us if something breaks down during your stay, and we'll be able to respond to you immediately (unless we're out of town due to family vacation, errands, or kids' activity); furthermore, we watch our property 24/7 to make sure no bad actor enters the listing. All exteriors (i.e. patio furnitures, pool & spa use, playground, etc.) are possibly shared or can be used exclusively with advance requests, available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no extra charge to use the pool or exterior amenities, but there is an additional charge to heat the pool and/or spa. Each spa use is $45. There is a one time $100 pool heating fee, with an additional $25 daily fee to use heated pool; you are required to put the pool cover back after each use.

Security cameras are installed infront of the house, the fences, and the pool. You can possibly hear social noises of other renters outside of quiet hours. HVAC thermostat is controlled by host, but guests are welcome to request a comfortable temperature. Guests who desire to control the AC thermostat need to provide us with an email they are comfortable sharing with the other group renting the other parts of the home.

The suite is ideal for guests who simply need a safe, secure, and quiet place to settle down, sleep, eat, and work. You will have your own desktop and printer, with fast wifi, desk, and office chair. Although there is no full indoor kitchen (i.e. full-range stove/oven combo) exclusive for guests' use, we will provide everything you need to cook, dine, and wash your dishes, including cabinets and your own countertop spaces. Your fridge is stainless steel. With advance notice, there is an extra detached room available that can be used as a common area, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

We do have two bunnies who freely roam around the backyard, so please keep gate closed at all times. Our trees and plants attract lots of squirrels, beetles, birds, butterflies, lizards, and other wild animals, so it's super ideal for nature-lovers.

Many guests appreciate the comfort of an on-site host for extra security and for immediate assistance to ensure everything runs smoothly. For families with young children and/or pets, we have lots of toys and other kid-friendly amenities to keep them occupied, but guests are responsible for supervision of their children at all times. Our kids are homeschooled, so you might see them hanging out or doing schoolwork outdoors. You will share the washer and dryer with our family; you'll be provided your own garage opener to access washer and dryer. Respecting guests' time and social comfort distance, our family generally stay away from areas guests use.

Quiet hours are 9pm to 6am, with the exception of sick kids. Due to shared walls, you might possibly hear social noises outside of quiet hours. Due to our strict house rules, we have historically attracted very respectful, professional, and quiet-loving guests, so this listing is not ideal for a rowdy atmosphere. Professionals and families with lots of tender loving care for their children and families are most ideal.

Enjoy the option of blackout linen draperies or sheer draperies to adjust the lighting and ensure a restful sleep. Parking is limited at WorldMark Anaheim and the parking at the resort is for sized for regular vehicles. The resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs and trailers, but for a fee you can park RVs at the Garden Walk where the parking is in-closed and secure.
