I would refer to this space more as an apartment than a house as it's above the garage of a home. It was in a nice neighborhood and got a great breeze with the windows open in the main living room/kitchen area so we didn't need to use the a/c at all during our late June visit. We just had the fans going in in the bedrooms at night. The space definitely needed a very good cleaning as the space was very very dusty- like a thick layer on the tops of pictures and on the fans and cobwebs as well as the floor being dusty as well. I usually take my shoes off when going inside a home, but didn't feel the need to as the floor need to be swept and mopped anyways. We were fine with it still and it didn't feel gross- just dusty. It was a good place for the price we paid. I would consider staying there again if needed. "

Private room for female guest since i’ll be sharing the common areas with the guest. I’m looking for someone who will stay longterm, reserve couple days through here to check if the room is good fit then continue longterm. The price here is the longterm price. If you need to stay short term you will have to pay additional 40% for the taxes. Location is few miles off, i didn’t know how to change it. Townhome. 2nd floor bedroom (indoor steps). Queen size bed, bright room with closet, private bathroom with tub/shower (towel’s provided, basic soaps/shampoo). Note: shared hallways and kitchen fridge and cabinet space available, light cooking allowed) with female homeowner. Dedicated outdoor parking space. There are 2 quiet, clean dogs who live here with me. I work in the home office some days and travel often. The room for rent is short term only, FEMALES only. Pool optional.

During your stay
There would be quite a bit of interaction upon arrival, but after that, it would vary, depending on my work schedule and yours. I am a quiet person and would not allow late night (after 9:30pm) coming in/leaving and no other people or pets are allowed.

Other things to note
Only one female, and no pets allowed. My dogs are seniors and do not get along well with other animals.
