There was a golf-cart available during the time we stayed, and we really appreciated the opportunity to use it. The location is close to Vons so you can get groceries or refreshments for your stay. The rooms and arrangements will make it so couples and individuals can be comfortable up to about 8 people (as long as you are ok with bunk beds). Having two bathrooms was excellent and both were spacious, well equipped and lighted well. The Wifi worked wonderfully and the living and dining spaces were spacious and comfortable. All in all, we had a great trip and would stay at Al's place again! Thanks!"

The best way to get to the condo is the use of a taxi from the boats. Tell the taxi driver you are going to "Hamilton Cove". The condo is located at "Building 1 unit 60" or tell them "1-60".

The condo is on a hillside and you can access the place either from the top or the bottom of the hill. It's easier to walk down stairs than up them (obviously), so we suggest the taxi drop you off at the top. Tell the taxi driver to drop you off "at the top at the second entrance to the first building". This way you just walk down to unit 60 and enjoy the ocean view on the way down.

The front door has a lockbox and a unique code will be provided to you via text on the day of arrival. There are two keys, one for the door and the other for the brand new 6-seater golf cart parked at the bottom of the stairs. Just walk to the right when exiting the stairs and the golf cart is in space 60. You can use this golf cart around in the community and drive it into and around town.

There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed. The couch is a sleeper sofa with a queen mattress. In addition, we have two queen air mattresses in the guest bedroom closet

The condo comes with free use of a golf cart. This is a brand new golf cart that seats 6. There is an assigned parking spot at the condo

We have many items for infants and toddlers including high chair, toddler inflatable bed, crib, door gate, safety locks for cabinets, outdoor portable chair, toys, step stool, and more. Let me know if need something and we may have it or can possibly get it.

Tell the taxi driver to drop you off "at the top at the second entrance to the first building". This way you just walk down to unit 60 and enjoy the ocean view on the way down.

The front door has a lockbox and a unique code will be provided to you via text on the day of arrival. There are two keys, one for the door and the other for the brand new 6-seater golf cart parked at the bottom of the stairs. Just walk to the right when exiting the stairs and the golf cart is in space 60. You can use this golf cart around in the community and drive it into and around town.

Privately guard-gated w/panoramic ocean views & sunrises, this 900 SF studio is the ideal romantic getaway! Sleeps 2, queen sleeper sofa & full wall bed. The space
This is an amazing property with astonishing views. It was fashioned after the Greek Islands, built into a rugged, mountainous hillside. In order to get to this amazing view, you must get your walking shoes on! There are 58 stairs from the street where the golf cart is located to get up to the unit. The property is not handicap accessible, as there are no elevators.
The studio has a full kitchen equipped with all the essentials for the chef to prepare delicious meals. The bathroom has a Bidet , basic toiletries and a first aid kit. A new full size stackable washer and dryer are handy in the unit as well, with laundry detergent. Enjoy the 65’ TV w/SuperBox and internet. Our BBQ is out on the balcony equipped with propane as well. There are grills on the beach area near the palapas but don’t forget to bring your own charcoal, lighter fluid & matches. We’ve stocked a few games in the closet, along with beach towels, chairs, umbrella and beach bag for you to use while you’re here. There’s also some golf putters as well for the putting course next to the tennis courts.

58 stairs to unit. Contract must be signed due to HOA policy, prior to your arrival. Due to VERY strict security at the guard gate, only the names of the 2 people on the contract will be allowed into Hamilton Cove. Due to lack of childproofing and fragile items in unit, no children under the age of 12 will be permitted. Owner is allergic to animals, including hypoallergenic dogs, therefore no pets of any kind are allowed. Guests must be respectful of ALL HOA rules. Golf cart is free for you to use and enjoy. No one is permitted to drive golf cart unless they have already provided their valid license and insurance to us. Golf cart is a CA licensed vehicles must stay on paved city roads and all CA DMV Laws apply and has Airpod tracker installed. Go explore and have fun…just make sure it is charged up!
