- "The best part of the was the yard. The pool wa fun and there was lots of room to relax there was not a large gathering place inside but plenty of room for privacy. Overall a great stay" - "Summary from all 16 people that stayed there was "this house is weird". The way the house was laid out looked like everything was an afterthought fix. There is no central kitchen area, just two apartment style kitchens in two random rooms. The pool was dirty. The house was dirty. Many of the blinds didn't work. Staying in a dirty place while being charged an almost 600 cleaning fee is ridiculous. With 16 people, we had people sleeping on the floor, sofas and even one stayed in their van. This despite the ad stating it would sleep 21 people. We received an email the day we checked in saying "We reserved some rooms for ourselves which are not included in the rental". When we asked why and we were told they were never a part of the rental. We had 5 fewer people than the capacity of the rental and we still had people sleeping in their van and unoccupied rooms we were not allowed to use. We planned on hanging out at the house and cooking meals, but no one wanted to be at the house so we just ate out at restaurants. Everyone was disappointed at spending over 5,000 to stay here. I do not write reviews very often at all, but this one deserved a review. Would not recommend. "

But I also didn’t ask about it. The showers are nice but the opening to get in is a little narrow. This place was only 5 minutes away from brothers house so it was a perfect stay for us. The place was super comfortable and the owners are very accommodating. "

I liked the close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants." - "My kids (3rd and 5th graders) enjoyed this nice quiet little ADU in Riverside. It was very close to the Canyon Crest Towne Center where there’s a Ralph’s grocery store, RiteAid and restaurants. It’d be a great place to stay if you’re parents of an undergrad attending UCR, as the campus is very close. If you’re staying more than one night, definitely make a stop at a grocery store before checking in (Grocery Outlet or Food4Less, on Chicago Ave, the aforementioned Ralph’s, or Trader Joe’s, off Central Ave) as the fridge and cupboards were empty (there was some spray-on olive oil around so that helped). It was a good place to land for the final leg of my kids’ road-trip from N Calif and we didn’t need to do a whole bunch of cooking there; BTW, not much by way of spots to put your plate down; we improvised a dining table using the ironing board and a bath towel for a tablecloth. Street parking was never an issue and the neighborhood is safe (and need I mention it again, yes, it’s very quiet 😊)."

Parking:

Feel free to park up to 2 vehicles on our driveway. This space is exclusively for our guests' use. We want to ask guests to avoid parking in front of our neighbors' homes. This helps maintain good relations within our community. Our property does not have a parking garage.

Street Sweeping Schedule: The street sweeper passes through our neighborhood on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month. To avoid parking violations and tickets, please ensure that your vehicles are not parked on the curb in front of the house or across the street during these times.

You'll have 100% Privacy inside this home. It is a Keyless Entry; we will send you the Code, and you won't need to meet in person.
