The parking was convenient, the mall was across the street, there was a Chuck E. Cheese a few doors down, and the bathrooms were amazing. Also, they stock their restrooms with Dove products. The free breakfast was perfect, I had a waffle, eggs and some of the skinniest and thinnest bacon I have ever had in my life but I loved that I could eat in the same building for free. The only complaint I have is that the ice machine was on the first floor and our room was on the 3rd floor. And the 2nd issue I had was the attitude of the housecleaning ladies. I understand we were trying to squeeze by them in the morning and people are still waking up but I DO NOT appreciate an attitude when someone is working, because if they don't like the job, then that is truly that problem, not mine. - "Excellent location for visiting UC Riverside - the campus is less than five minutes away by car. The room comes with a complimentary breakfast buffet (nothing fancy, but a good way to start the day), and there are many inexpensive dining options nearby for lunch and dinner. The room was clean, if a little rundown. The beds were very comfortable - lots of soft pillows. The AC unit worked well to cool the room. The TV got basic cable and also connected easily to a Netflix account. The mini fridge was useful. This is still a motel - if you're looking for something fancy, this isn't it. But given the price and location, it exceeded my expectations and I was very pleased with my choice."
