Welcome to the Hayloft Studio apartment, located in the heart of Corona, on the border of Riverside, Norco and Eastvale. While the home is a studio apartment (shy of 300 square feet), it has a bedroom with an attached kitchenette/living room/desk space-with a separate on suite bath/vanity/closet and an 'all in one' washer/dryer combo. It's a cozy fit, but we make it work perfectly.

Also, we are a hop, jump and a skip away from the mountains, beaches, Disneyland, and Knott's Berry Farm!

The space
Our newly constructed ADU is located in Corona; just on the outskirts of Riverside, Norco and Eastvale. While the studio apartment is a one bedroom, one bath with a little more than 300 sq ft., it’s open and airy layout can accommodate up to 2 people comfortably. It's a cozy fit, but we make it work perfectly.

The studio is furnished with one queen-size hybrid gel-memory foam bed with some add on storage drawers.

The KITCHENETTE is small, but mighty with all new appliances and a coffee/tea bar with all you need to perk up each morning. Inside, you'll find we have all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch! The kitchen is fully stocked so you can enjoy a variety of things; like baking cookies, crafting or blending a fancy cocktail, or throwing something in the crockpot so dinner is ready when you return home after a long day of fun in the sun!

The TINY LIVING ROOM is furnished with two Sherpa chairs, an ottoman, and marble side table under a farmhouse-style ceiling fan. Be entertained by the 45" flat-screen smart tv where you'll be able to stream your memberships including Netflix, HULU, or Disney. Let's not worry about the Inland Empire heat; there is an 'R2-D2' air conditioning unit to cool your space.

The BATH and LAUNDRY space is equipped with a single sink vanity, toilet, a walk-in corner-shower, an organized closet with individualized drawers and a combo washer/dryer unit (we provide the pods). Linen washing (towels and sheets) provided by host. Just place items in provided 'Laundry Bag' and leave on doorstep!

Looking to work from home? Our studio internet is faster than barn mice hopped up on Texas Sweet Tea. Enjoy the desk/storage space found under the T.V.; it's fully equipped with all the USB plug-ins & outlets you need.

Only a few miles away, you can enjoy a huge selection of restaurants, ice cream & coffee shops in and around town (***favorite coffee shops: Dutch Bros in Eastvale and Deep Barrel in Norco). There's a bunch of shops to explore, with lots of family-friendly activity locations such as The Mission Inn, Mt. Rubidoux, Skull Canyon Ziplines, Pumpkin Rock, Castle Park, Knott's Berry Farm, Disneyland and many more (listed below). There's also nearby wineries (Temecula) & local bars for the adults staying with us...but don't stay out till the cow's come home, that cozy bed is calling your name.

The FRONT PORCH offers a high-top patio table with four chairs and an umbrella. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee or cold brew for those morning rituals or enjoy an adult beverage while watching the sunset.

If you need anything at all ; we are a hop, jump, and a skip away. Knock on the front door or shoot us a text. We'll be sure to answer you in a very timely manner.

Once you have entered using the keypad on the Hayloft Door, the whole studio will be available for guest use. Feel free to utilize the front porch high-top table, chairs and umbrella.

There will be construction on parts of this property through July 2025 on Monday through Friday during business hours, and possibly the occasional Saturday. The construction should not physically interrupt your guest spaces, but there may be some noise. We recommend street parking along the cross-street. Driveway parking may be available but not guaranteed. Please note street cleaning in the neighborhood occurs on the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays and/or 2nd & 4th Fridays of the month. We are not responsible for parking-related fines or damages.

There is a strict NO SMOKING inside the house policy.

No outdoor music is allowed after 8 pm. Loudspeakers, DJ or karaoke are not allowed at all times.

This listing and property location is pet-friendly. There is a limit of 1 pet per stay for $35 pet fee. No extra guests or pets allowed without host approval. Pets are not allowed on furniture. If linens or furniture are damaged as a result, you may be charged for replacements of damaged items.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request for an additional fee and is subject to availability.

The unit has A/C and heating. The thermostat is located by the front entrance, next to the writing desk.
