There were snacks available in the lobby, which was an extra unexpected treat. Overall this was a great stay, we would definately think of this place again when we visit. I only marked cleanliness because there was a pizza box left in the fridge. But we didn't notice it until we were leaving anyway. The view from the lobby and the patio is gorgeous. It is close to shopping and restaurants. "

The space
Private guest suite: your own private, separate floor with private entrance, 2 bedrooms, living room, and bathroom with unique, quirky artistic touches all around. Kitchenette appliances include mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, and keurig. The 'dream' room has a king sized bed as well as a full futon. The 'away' room has a queen sized bed with a couch that may be reconfigured to provide a twin sized bed. The cabinet next to the living room couch contains towels and extra linens. The living room couch has a pull out bed. The back door opens to a lovely back deck area to relax and take in the beauty, magic, and nature of Lake Arrowhead. Other things to note
The studio is beneath the main house and while its totally separate there may be some noise such as footsteps etc if there are people staying in the main house. Everything has been soundproofed but some noise does travel.

Whether you're cozy by the fireplace or enjoying a glass of wine in the clawfoot tub. With a balcony and porch you can enjoy any season and bring the outdoors indoors;) Hiking Trails, Lake Arrowhead Village, Off Roading Trails, shopping and more is all a 10 minute drive from Altitude Adjustment!

The space
Altitude Adjustment has a bedroom, living room with fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom with a clawfoot tub, balcony and porch! Perfect little oasis for up to 4 people! In the winter, the backyard acts as your private sledding slope; Enjoy a hot toddy on the porch while others enjoy snow sledding in nature ;) . The view from the couch leads to a large balcony which has you immersed in the tree's! Lake Arrowhead is truly a special place with the convenience of a city and the mellow pace of a village. With Summer concerts, Oktoberfest and snow in the winter, there is always something to do; even karaoke for the brave ;)

There is a queen size bed in the bedroom as well as a queen size pull out sofa in the living room. Altitude Adjustment boasts a kitchen that includes a microwave, electric stove top, eating utensils, and pots/pans. We have a BBQ available for your use; just be sure to bring a propane tank if you plan to use it. We also have a sound bar speaker to play your tunes and a smart TV to watch your favorite shows. At any point you can look out a window and see the serene nature Lake Arrowhead offers :)

This is a guesthouse to the main house. We do not live in the main house but come on occasion to enjoy the tree's. We typically block off the calendar to the guest house when we come, so it's not likely that we will cross paths but on occasion it’s a potential

Other things to note
Note that we do not have an oven. We do have a heater and ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, as well as an air conditioner. The guest house is under the main house and can stay pretty cool in the summer.

GREYSTONE MANOR CARRIAGE HOUSE

Nestled in Sky Forest, just a five-minute drive to Lake Arrowhead Village, this stylish one- bedroom guest house offers a wooded oasis on a quiet, gated 1-acre property. The open-concept living area with cathedral ceilings offers an immaculate kitchen, a smart TV, and picture windows with forest views.

Cook on the outdoor gas grill and dine alfresco at the picnic table in the back yard overlooking lush forest. Walk to local dining, antique and gift shopping.

The space
KITCHEN AND DINING

Gourmands will appreciate the immaculate kitchen, fitted with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and beautiful views of the property. There is a Keruig coffee maker, electric tea pot, and cooking extras including grilling tools, crock pot, blender, immersion mixer, microwave, toaster, and walk in pantry with plenty of storage space.

There is a dining table and chairs with table and glassware to accommodate four guests.

BED & BATH

This rental sleeps up to four guests. The bedroom has a new (2022)queen-size pillow-top mattress, A queen sleeper sofa with a new (2022) memory foam mattress is located in the living area. We also have a pack and play, and a twin size aero-bed perfect for younger guests available upon request.

The bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower and can be accessed directly from both rooms.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Enjoy the dedicated area in the backyard directly adjacent to the carriage house outfitted with an outdoor gas grill, picnic table and Adirondack chairs. In warmer months play corn hole and badminton, or swing from a tree on the outdoor swing.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi (200MBPS Download/10 MPS Upload) and a washer/dryer. The garage has a 240 VAC 14-50 outlet plug available for charging vehicles for a small additional fee. Note you will need to bring your own adapter.

We provide plant-based, certified cruelty-free, paragon and sulfate free PURACY bath and body products for use during your stay.

Parking is available for one car in the garage. Street parking is not permitted. If parking is needed for an additional vehicle, it can be arranged by contacting hosts in advance of your stay.

The carriage house is located on the second floor above a detached garage and is accessed by a flight of stairs.

The adjacent main house on the property may be owner occupied during your stay. The garage and driveway are shared with the main home, but you will have a dedicated space. Please check the weather prior to coming as 4-wheel drive is recommended during winter/ and/or chains may be required.

Quiet hours are 10pm -7:30am. Parties are prohibited. No refunds due to eviction for noise disturbances, over-occupancy, pets, or excess vehicles.

ONE well behaved house trained dog allowed. You must be 24 years old or older to rent this property.


THE LOCATION

Nestled in the charming Sky Forest community, just a few blocks from highway 18, this home offers easy access to the attractions, services, and dining in Lake Arrowhead Village, Lake Gregory, and Big Bear.

The home is located a short walk from "Kuffel Corner" gift and antique shops, Lou Eddies famous pizza, Bear Bottle shop ( A sophisticated wine and spirits store), and a Mexican cafe. All local dining options have outdoor dining decks.

You are just a five-minute drive to SkyPark at Santa's Village, a family amusement park highlighting mountain biking and ice-skating. The closest skiing and tubing is located at Snow Valley Resort, a 20 minute drive from the property.

Other things to note
We allow one well- behaved dog or ESA on property. Animals are not allowed on furniture or linens without provided pet blanket. All pet waste must be picked up immediately. Dogs must be on leash at all times for their own protection.
