Our guests will have access to their own covered porch that provides beautiful views of the canyon and the mountains. The home includes a fully furnished living room with dining room, kitchen with all appliances, washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed there is also a pull out sofa or if you prefer a queen size air mattress with an electric pump with extra sheets, blankets, and pillows

Other things to note:

SELF CHECK IN: We try to personally greet all of our guests, but in the event we are delayed or otherwise occupied we will make other accommodations to get you the keys.

Please ENTER and EXIT the west side of the turn around driveway which is the side closest to Alessandro Dr. Parking is immediately to the left and will have a Bungalow parking sign posted.

HEAT AND AIR: The thermostat remote for the heating and air is located in the living room and bedroom. We request that you put the switch in the “off" position when you depart.

LINENS: Please leave the bed unmade, and all linings including any extra blankets used in a pile in the middle of the bed.

Air mattress: please unscrew the air cap to release the air in the mattress. Please roll it up and place it back in its storage bag.

The washer and dryer are for your personal items. Soap is in the cabinet across from the washer. PLEASE DO NOT WASH OUR TOWELS OR LINENS.

DISHES AND UTENSILS : During the course of your stay and up to the night before your departure, PLEASE WASH ALL GLASSWARE, UTENSILS, DISHES AND PANS, and leave them in the strainer to dry. We will put them away.

Our home is in the hills so we do have wildlife and such roaming around. We have two units on our property. They both are completely separate and do not share any of the outdoor areas. Welcome to Studio Luxe, an IMMACULATE studio in a BRAND NEW guest house built in 2024! Enjoy modern amenities like a kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig, plus SOFT WATER and reverse osmosis DRINKING WATER. This space features a private entrance, elegant bathroom, and walk-in closet. Shared laundry in the guesthouse is available for convenience. Situated in a desirable neighborhood, Studio Luxe is your ideal retreat for a comfortable stay in a pristine environment!

The Porch is located in a new and calm neighborhood. It is an attached, but separate unit from the main home. It has a private entrance, walk way, and is self check in. In our place, you will never have to worry about cleaning at the end of you trip, we take care of it all.

The space
The Porch is a one bedroom w/ full bath, washer/dryer, living room, and a kitchenette, not a full kitchen. The kitchenette has the basics for cooking such as a convection microwave, hot plate, full fridge with an ice maker. Additionally we have rice cooker, toaster, small blender, and regular & Keurig coffee maker. We provide very basic cooking essentials, such as oil, salt, and pepper.

TVs do not have cable, but do have access to Netflix and Amazon Video with specific Airbnb accounts.

Finally, we offer a private patio with seating.

Please be mindful our our house rules:
- Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11am.
- Parking available on the street only.
- No smoking.
- No parties.
- No loud music after 9pm.

The space
Known as the "Cozy Nest" this detached cottage adds the new with the old, just like a bird building a nest, to make perfect accommodations for one or two persons. Charming decor with wonderful wall art and ceiling fans in both rooms. The "Nest" is cozy in size, but the inviting outdoor patio allows you ample private living space. We have a very comfortable queen sized bed, fine linens, a wicker settee with ottoman in the bedroom and mid century loveseat, chair and coffee table in the living room, WiFi, and cable television, The newer bathroom has a walk-in shower, single sink, and commode. The floors have painted concrete with partial carpet in the bedroom and natural concrete with rugs in the living room. The cottage does provide a wall unit A/C/Heating in the bedroom that cools and warms the bedroom evenly. The living room space is heated by a portable heater, but does not have A/C, but ceiling and floor fans. Newer Kitchenette has microwave, studio apartment size refrigerator, four burner cooktop, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and limited cooking supplies and dishes. Guests have their own fenced in beautiful yard at the back of the property, where you can sit in your own private area and enjoy the views of the SAN BERNARDINO MOUNTAINS AND PALM TREES! Beautiful space to enjoy your morning coffee. Sparkling pool is located in the backyard of the front house. Guests are welcome to use the pool, but please note the gathering area in the photo is used primarily by the front house. The "Cozy Nest' has its own secluded gathering area.

On Street parking, but charming "Cozy Nest" is located by walking up a gravel easement and into the backyard. The cottage is located in your own private part of the property and is accessed through its own door.

Other things to note
The front house is occupied by ourselves and there is a secondary backyard that is used exclusively by the Airbnb guest. The "Cozy Nest" is attached to a garage. Also there is pool equipment that is located in the backyard of the "Cozy Nest". The pool equipment runs during the hours of 8A.M. and 2 P.M. Only number of guests sent with the Request to Book may occupy the "Cozy Nest". Since we do not encourage parties we would appreciate if you limit the number of guests that will be visiting you at the “Nest”. The pool is not heated so usually open late May to late September. No parties please. We do have dogs that primarily use the pool backyard on a limited basis. We are very courteous to give our guests their privacy when using the pool by bringing the dogs inside.

The entire home has light blocking window treatment so you can get rest during the day when pulling the night shift.
