Printing, copying, scanning, and fax are available in the main house upon request. Cleaning Practices & Safety:
We use enhanced cleaning and safety measures. Between each guest stay, all surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant, and linens are sanitized. You will be able to check in and check out without any person-to-person contact.

Safety is key here. The guesthouse has a fire extinguisher, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, exterior lighting, and first-aid kit—all providing you with protection and peace of mind.

We live in the main house and you may be sharing the pool and backyard with us and guests.

The amenities and supplies are for your use during your stay, but please do not take any items with you (except the Redlands-made soaps and oil—those are our gifts to you). My central Redlands home is available several months per year while I am travelling and your hosts are two superb property managers, Alex and Brent. Walking distance to downtown, ESRI and minutes from key hospitals and the U of R. Perfect for 1-3 and for longer term stays.

I am a local artist, known as GretchenArt, living around the world at homeaway and other sharing economy locations. My 2 bedroom 2 bath home in Redlands, California is set up with a master bedroom/bath with a King-size bed plus a 2nd bedroom with a Queen sized bed. Both bedrooms also have a sizeable desk with direct connect highest speed internet. There is a custom extra comfortable LazyBoy double sofabed and desk in the living room as well.
The home is fully furnished and in the perfect central Redlands location on a quiet street-- walking distance to the University and downtown, convenient to the freeways, very close to both Redlands Community, Kaiser Permanente and Loma Linda University hospitals, and a block from ESRI, etc. This will be perfect for one or two people who are visiting friends or relatives, traveling or working as a travel nurse/doctor, professor, ESRI, in town for special events or treatments, or looking for a more permanent home to buy in the area... and my home is available primarily longer term where San Bernardino County requires minimum one month and I prefer renting for several month periods, but will rent for one month. Generally, I must rent discrete months, with some exceptions.
Note there is no garage parking, but parking in the driveway and on the street. The garage is available as a laundry room and would fit a motorcycle.
There is a full length deck with 2 picnic tables, solar umbrellas and house length reading bench on the side as well as 2 chaise lounges and a covered patio with furnished conversation corner. The top of the line chargoal grill means you can have the occasional larger family and friends gathering for Thanksgiving, Christmas, holidays and birthdays etc.

We traveled from various areas of the US to attend my brother’s Celebration of Life being held in the area. The BOHO style home was lovely and very spacious, comfortable, located in a quiet, serene area. I wish we had more time to spend in the large backyard. The home was clean, comfortable and well equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies. There were extra blankets in the bedrooms that came in handy. The owners are very attentive and responded promptly to inquiries. They actually went out of their way help us figure out a beeping noise. The beeping was actually caused by the setting on the dishwasher. Although it was a simple fix, I was very impressed that they volunteered to come right over to fix it. These ladies definitely offer 5-star service. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a spacious and comfortable place to stay. My family and I are looking forward to returning for a nice getaway."

What you see in the listing is what you get, a cute getaway set up like a boutique hotel. One of the nights during our stay, the power went out. I went outside to investigate, and I found the owners on the lawn and we chatted as we watched a work crew start the process of replacing an entire power pole just across the street. J & C were kind and offered apologies and lights and anything else we needed. Power was restored at 2AM, but the outage damaged the router for the house and they made it a priority in the morning to get full broadband service restored (which was important for our work) and gave us access to a mobile hotspot in the meantime which we felt was above and beyond service. Would definitely stay again."

Please be advised that by booking with us, you hereby authorize Airbnb to charge you in the event that any house rules are violated.

Things NOT allowed:

1. No parties
Due to the location of the property, we ask that you keep noise at a reasonable level. Quiet hours are usually between 11pm and 6am. Guest who violate our no parties rule will result in an immediate termination of their stay and will be required to vacate the premise immediately without a refund. No overnight guest without prior approvable of host, violating this rule could result in extra charges.

2. No smoking or vaping
No smoking of any kind inside or around the unit, we aim to offer a healthy and allergy appropriate environment for all of our guests. Additional deep cleaning is required to remove smoke odors from furniture, beddings, and walls. Violating this rule will result in a $180.00 cleaning fee.

3. No pets
We aim to offer a healthy, comfortable, and allergy free environment to all of our future guests, so we ask to please search for a pet-friendly listing that will best meet your needs and those of your furry friends Disclosure the unit shares a fence with the backyard where our dogs spend half of their time but will have no interaction with our guest. If guest brings unauthorized pets, there will be $180.00 violation fee and will also result in the cancellation of their stay with no refund.

4. No drugs
There is a zero tolerance of drugs on the premises violating this rule will result in the loss of your reservation and will be asked to vacate the unit immediately with no refund.

5. No late check-outs
Check-in time is at 3 pm, and check-out is at 11 am. Unauthorized late check-outs past 11 am will be considered trespassing and will need to vacate the property immediately. Violating check-out times will result in a mandatory $250.00 fee. Overstays are considered trespassing and do not award you possession of any kind to this property.

For guests with children
We provide the following items for children if needed but must be requested prior to your check-in day with an additional $35.00 fee. We can provide a play pen for children. Children are NOT allowed to eat inside the play pin. If any stains or solids are found on Pack n Play, this will result in an additional cleaning fee. All items are properly sanitized and disinfected after every guests’ use. All minors can not be left unattended in the unit. If the minor is found unattended, the guest will be asked to leave the unit with no refund.

Cleaning
•There is no daily housekeeping service. However, we provide cleaning supplies in the event that you may need cleaning during your stay. Extra sheets and towels are also provided in the unit.

• Guest is responsible for disposal of all trash and shall place it in black trashcan outside the unit. In the event that our cleaning service charges host additional fees, the host has the right to send the bill to the guest.

Guest Access
Guest will be able to self-check-in with smart lock, and the lock code will be sent out on the day of the arrival. In the event that smart lock malfunctions, a key will be provided. To open smart lock, you must press # then your four digit code followed by # again, and the door should unlock. To lock the door from the outside, you must press # sign for two seconds and wait for the sound it makes when locking.

Upfront parking provided just steps away from your entrance. Additional street parking is usually available.
