Please also do not set the AC temperature below 70, it will freeze up the AC. There are two AC controls in the house.

- "The property was very nice and new. However , we weren’t notified until we purchased that it runs on septic and we could not flush any toilet paper. Other than that the house was very clean and comfy. We appreciated the prompt response from the owners since we were in a rush to find somewhere to stay since our house flooded." - "Nice quiet neighborhood. The place was very well decorated except for the hanging wall paper in the master bedroom. Also, upstairs all but 1 window opens but doesn’t have a screen. There’s a door in the master that goes outside, however that screen door has large gaps all around, so bugs get in."

We have personally seen; rabbits, squirrels, coyotes, raccoons, skunks, hawks, owls, bobcats, mountain lions, etc.

There was lack of cooking utensils had to go out and buy our own. Property was advertised as 6 guests but only provided 5 towels. The upstairs neighbors have little kids and is very loud late night and early morning with heavy running through thin ceiling. The neighborhood isn’t the greatest and a bit seedy but didn’t have any issues or conflicts. Overall it is not worth the prices, especially when so much money is allocated towards cleaning fee and it doesn’t appear to be utilized properly."

The bed mattress was still wrapped in plastic and not comfortable to sleep on. The internet speed and tv variety was nice, as well as the patio area. The host was very communicative and brought towels because there weren’t any, but the towels were small, thin, rough and stained. The price was very reasonable, but I would not stay here again. The parking out front of the complex was tough to find and as well, had to walk far."

- "HORRIBLE HOST! We arrived at 4 pm to cleaning lady. She said dryer is broken it will take all night to dry sheets and blankets. 6:30pm we asked if we can get in we said we would finish laundry. Once we entered the property water was pouring out of AC closet. This water has been leaking for a long time without the host addressing it. I found a waterline shooting water in the closet. The closet, closet door, hall floor and garage ceiling is damaged. It wouldn’t doubt mold growth in the walls and floor. Called host they instructed us to turn off AC and they will send maintenance. I placed the leaking hose in the AC condensation line to mitigate the flooding. The maintenance man was on his way late at night I told him that I put the waterline in the condensation line and turned off AC no more leaking and made arrangements with him to repair in the morning. My wife began to finish the soiled bedding for all beds but dryer not working. There was also no laundry soap so we ran a purchased cleaning supplies and laundry soap. 9:00pm the dryer still not drying the load the cleaning lady started. We started traveling at 4:30 am on Sunday morning. We decided we couldn’t wait for the bedding so we had to purchase 3 sets of bedding so we can sleep. The next morning my wife got in the master bath shower the drain was clogged. I called the host to report the issues and request reimbursement and waive cleaning fees. He was rude and yelled when I asked to talk to supervisor. HE HUNG UP ON. "

The house is a beautiful 1950's mid century home full of character. This one story home has everything you need. With that being said some parts of the floors do make noise- its the original hardwood floors. It’s the house old bones. But it’s nothing too unbearable, just adds to the character.

Inside the BRIGHT room is a ✔ full sized closet with hangers so you can hang your clothes.

Comfortable twin bed.

Quiet hours are from 10pm-6Am , set by the city.

The house is a beautiful 1950's mid century home full of character. This one story home has everything you need. With that being said some parts of the floors do make noise- its the original hardwood floors. It’s the house old bones. But it’s nothing too unbearable, just adds to the character.

Please note that due to the extremely high prices of electricity, the AC will be set between 76-78. Only book if you are ok with this. This helps keep nightly fees low.

The house is a beautiful 1950's mid century home full of character. This one story home has everything you need. With that being said some parts of the floors do make noise- its the original hardwood floors. It’s the house old bones. But it’s nothing too unbearable, just adds to the character.

The bed is a size queen mattress.

Quiet hours are from 10pm-6Am , set by the city.

Because this is an RV Travel trailer the restroom is small for efficiency. If you've ever camped in a travel trailer you are familiar with the size of the showers in these restrooms. The shower is small but does the job for quick showers. The bunk beds are mainly suitable for kids but can accommodate most teenagers. The dining room table can convert to a 4th bed or just a bigger sleeping bed than the bunk beds.

IMPORTANT HEATER THERMOSTAT INSTRUCTIONS!!! READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH….

Important very important instruction. The heater will not work if you do this wrong so pay close attention.

1. The heater thermostat control is on the wall next to the restroom.

2. First press the on button once. On the LED screen, it will either read “AU” which is exactly the setting that you want. If it reads LO or HI, you want to press the plus button or the minus button until the LED screen reads”AU”… once you have “AU” on the screen then you can press the on button two more times until the little indicator light on the thermostat clicks down to furnace.

3. That’s the way you turn the furnace on but now there’s one more thing that you need to make sure if it’s not blowing hot then maybe the propane tank at the front of the RV outside is empty or it’s not turned off for some reason so you need to walk outside and make sure that the lever that points at the propane tank is pointed at a propane tank that is very heavy in weight meaning that the propane tank is full and has gas in it. Now, make sure that you open the propane tank by turning the knob on top of the propane tank counter clockwise to the open position.

4. Last double check if you want to make sure turn the gas is flowing by turning on the stove. If the stove top turns on then the heater should be blowing from the lower vents only and it should be blowing hot.

5. If the ceiling vents are blowing you did something wrong and most likely is that the air condition aire is blowing and not the heat.

A: No, the pool is not heated

2. Q: Hi, how far is the property from mountain high ski resort by car?
A: Do you have an address? I found "Mountain High Resort" and 41miles... about 47mins, but it's late and there is no traffic at this time.

3. Q: Are we allowed to use the spa/jacuzzi ?
A: Yes, you can use the jacuzzi/spa; however, there's an additional fee of $10 per hour.

4. Q: Do you allow young children?
A: Yes, young children are allowed, but they must be supervised at all times. The pool is not fenced and there is a pool slide, which you can understand are not safe for an unsupervised child. Additionally, before the pool and pool spa can be used, you need to sign a liability waiver. The pool is 8 feet deep.
