Please also do not set the AC temperature below 70, it will freeze up the AC. There are two AC controls in the house.

- "The property was very nice and new. However , we weren’t notified until we purchased that it runs on septic and we could not flush any toilet paper. Other than that the house was very clean and comfy. We appreciated the prompt response from the owners since we were in a rush to find somewhere to stay since our house flooded." - "Nice quiet neighborhood. The place was very well decorated except for the hanging wall paper in the master bedroom. Also, upstairs all but 1 window opens but doesn’t have a screen. There’s a door in the master that goes outside, however that screen door has large gaps all around, so bugs get in."

We have personally seen; rabbits, squirrels, coyotes, raccoons, skunks, hawks, owls, bobcats, mountain lions, etc.

There was lack of cooking utensils had to go out and buy our own. Property was advertised as 6 guests but only provided 5 towels. The upstairs neighbors have little kids and is very loud late night and early morning with heavy running through thin ceiling. The neighborhood isn’t the greatest and a bit seedy but didn’t have any issues or conflicts. Overall it is not worth the prices, especially when so much money is allocated towards cleaning fee and it doesn’t appear to be utilized properly."

The bed mattress was still wrapped in plastic and not comfortable to sleep on. The internet speed and tv variety was nice, as well as the patio area. The host was very communicative and brought towels because there weren’t any, but the towels were small, thin, rough and stained. The price was very reasonable, but I would not stay here again. The parking out front of the complex was tough to find and as well, had to walk far."

- "HORRIBLE HOST! We arrived at 4 pm to cleaning lady. She said dryer is broken it will take all night to dry sheets and blankets. 6:30pm we asked if we can get in we said we would finish laundry. Once we entered the property water was pouring out of AC closet. This water has been leaking for a long time without the host addressing it. I found a waterline shooting water in the closet. The closet, closet door, hall floor and garage ceiling is damaged. It wouldn’t doubt mold growth in the walls and floor. Called host they instructed us to turn off AC and they will send maintenance. I placed the leaking hose in the AC condensation line to mitigate the flooding. The maintenance man was on his way late at night I told him that I put the waterline in the condensation line and turned off AC no more leaking and made arrangements with him to repair in the morning. My wife began to finish the soiled bedding for all beds but dryer not working.
