- "The place was very clean, however it is in a noisy area next to a busy highway. It was listed as "newly built" however is appears to be "newly remodeled." There was difficulty entering as we had been given an incorrect entry code. Difficult to locate a phone # for correction. There also was a constant background noise we decided was probably the heating/cooling system. Had some difficulty connecting to TV stations although many were listed as available. The overpowering smell of the bedding (fabric softener?) was quickly replaced upon request. It took a very long time to get hot water and sorry to waste precious water in CA."

You’ll love my place because of the privacy and security of a gated community. My dog and I live upstairs, while you'll stay downstairs. This space is for guests looking to stay for 31 days or more. Short-term stays of 30 days or less cannot be accommodated due to city restrictions.

The space
This is a 3-story single family home inside a gated community. Your space is on the first floor, which has your bedroom, private bathroom, and a shared laundry room. The room features hardwood flooring, lock on door, twin bed, closet, black-out curtains, TV with Roku, desk, chair, mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle, a cooling fan, and a space heater. There is also central A/C and heating. The bathroom is detached. The room can accommodate 1 person.

Guest access
There is no upstairs access so unfortunately, there is no kitchen use. However, your room will have a microwave, mini fridge, and electric kettle. Laundry privileges once a week. A key can be provided for the community pool and jacuzzi.

During your stay
I work hybrid during the weekdays so my schedule can fluctuate. My girlfriend spends the night on occasion, and as do I at her place. I give my guests their own space, but will gladly offer tips and recommendations if needed. You can always reach me through AirBnB.

Other things to note
Parking situation can be tough, unless you ride a motorcycle, which there are designated spots for. Otherwise, you'd have to park outside the community across the street, which is about a 5-minute walk. Perfect for guests without a vehicle.

There is no upstairs/kitchen access.

I have a 30-pound hypoallergenic dog. She is friendly and roams around upstairs. I have a gate to prevent her from coming downstairs.

Just minutes from Orange County freeways, this cute studio can easily be your central point of operation for vacation/business. Airport, beach, Disney and Knotts are all less than 10 miles away. There is typically ample, safe street parking. Avg 6-10 curbside spots. Great neighbors!

While there is a door into the main house from this private sweet, the house common areas are not included. Nor does anyone from the house have access to this studio.

The bright, newly remodeled mid-century ranch home is very comfortable and functional.
Your room features a full sized Murphy bed and a twin fold-out.
In the common area is a television, piano and cozy sitting/reading area. The island is a great spot for a laptop workstation.
The kitchen is great for cooks, with lots of cool toys for function and practicality. Gas range, instapot and convection oven make meal prep a pleasure. We will share the fridge, you will have personal cabinet space.
Washer and dryer are also available.
The 1897 piano is available to those can play, And it was recently tuned.

All common areas are shared by all guests. Your room comes with its own restroom and shower. The lavatory may, very rarely, be used by my visiting guest.

During your stay
In an attempt to ensure a pleasant stay, I ask you to notify me right away if something is not working properly. ( plugged drain, appliance problem, issue with guest or neighbors) Problems are easiest and cheapest to fix when they first occur.
I am best reached in the app, (or text if i don't respond within 60 minutes. Please text first. Call directly only in an emergency, as I do work full time.

Other things to note
This a monthly rental; not a hotel. There is No Daily Cleaning Service. All guests are expected to clean up after themselves in the kitchen, restroom and common areas. Ants are a regional challenge. We have outside pest control, but a clean kitchen is the best prevention! Please, do not leave dirty dishes, or surfaces.
Kindly wash your linens and towels weekly.
Please do not wear outside shoes in the house. This helps a great deal in keeping the house clean for everyone.

Room includes a 42" TV, Direct TV, Mini Refrigerator, Single Coffee Machine, Ceiling Fan, Blow Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board & Small Table. Bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom, 3/4 Bath with Stand alone shower, sink & toilet. We do not allow smoking inside home, outside is okay we do have table/umbrella in front yard area that you can relax smoke & enjoy respectable medicinal use.

We have parking directly in front of home. Street sweeping is 1st & 3rd Wedenesday of each month. We have it posted as well in room.

We've put a lot of thought into the modern and stylish design of the house. The living room is spacious, perfect for movie nights. The backyard patio is a great spot to enjoy the sunny California weather. We've even provided a massage chair in the game room, so you can unwind and relax whenever you feel like it.

The space
The main color scheme of this room is navy blue, which we have chosen to create a peaceful and comforting ambiance for our guests, allowing them to lead a more joyful and dynamic life. It is furnished with a comfortable bed featuring a high-quality mattress, cool shredded memory foam pillows, and a light duvet to ensure a restful night's sleep. This room is the master bedroom of the house, and it is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate up to two people. The most noteworthy feature of the room is its private bathroom, which is quite spacious and equipped with both a standing shower and a bathtub, making it ideal for washing away stress and fatigue after a long day. We have also provided a makeup desk that can double as a work desk for the convenience of our guests.

During your stay with us, you will have access to various amenities such as the living room, dining room, game room, massage chair, and a large patio in the backyard. Additionally, you may use the refrigerator, air fryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker as per your requirements. However, please be mindful that these amenities are shared among other guests as well.

Lastly, in order to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please note that parties, cooking, and making loud noise are not permitted. We request you to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests, and maintain a peaceful and friendly atmosphere.

Other things to note
1) After booking, we'll call you to verify your identity. This ensures a mutual understanding between you and the host about the listing you've booked.
2) On weekdays, our maintenance team visits to take out the trash, water the grass, and maintain the garden.
3) Early check-in is possible. Please contact the host for more information and to arrange an additional fee.
4) If you park on the street, check signs for cleaning days. Hosts not liable for parking tickets.
5) Our home is equipped with exterior cameras pointed outside for the safety of our guests and property.
6) Guests cannot use the on-site mailbox, but Amazon packages can be delivered to the door. We are not liable for lost packages
