3. Please try not wear shoes inside the house, we have the shoes rack at the front door

4. Please NO SMOKING/ WEED inside the room. You may smoke outside the house, but please be careful with the flame and DO NOT smoke front of my kids around

5. The number of guests should be state correctly at the booking

6. Tap water is not recommended for drinking, so please bring your own water.

7. There washer and dryer inside the unit for free to use, but please bring you own laundry detergent.

1. No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed inside the property. Violations will result in an additional cleaning fee.
2. No Shoes Indoors: Please remove your shoes upon entering the home to maintain cleanliness and comfort.
3. No Parties or Gatherings: Parties, events, or celebrations of any kind are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.
4. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
5. Pet Policy: We allow a maximum of 2 pets. The platform only charges for one pet, so an additional pet fee will be charged manually. Please inform us in advance if you are bringing two pets.
6. Undisclosed Guests: Any guest not included in the reservation will incur a charge of $45 per person per night. Please ensure all guests are properly listed in your booking.
7. Upon departure, if our team reports smells of either cigarettes, weed, vape or similar, there will be a charge of $800 in order to rent the machines to remove the odor.
8. ⁠If any furniture is move during your stay, please make sure to put it back to its original place, otherwise there will be a minimum charge of $250 for furniture rearranging.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges or early termination of your stay. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our home clean, peaceful, and enjoyable for everyone.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with a brand new Guest Home is located in the heart of Little Saigon with 3BD/2BA (Westminster City). Approximately, 12 to 15 minutes drive to Disneyland, beaches, 3minutes drive to Asian Garden Mall (Phúc Lộc Thọ). Excellent location, fully stocked kitchen provided. Washer/dryer in the house, and with a private backyard, barbecue, and driveway parking included; it’s also a perfect place for vacation, holiday, and business travels.
