This sharp, 37' Sea Ray, is clean, efficient and perfect for a romantic night for two.
The primary bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed with memory foam topper to ensure a wonderful night's sleep. It also has a TV/DVD player to allow watching your favorite movie in bed.
There is one bathroom on board, that is small but has shower, toilet and sink. The second bedroom can either sleep one adult or two small children or provide extra storage for your luggage.
Off the bedrooms is the small galley with refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. Like all of our yachts, we have appointed it with wine and champagne stemware/juice/cocktail glasses, plates and silverware.
The salon area features a comfortable banquet style seating for meals , enjoying the TV/DVD/DirectTV or looking out the window at the beautiful view.
There are two outdoor seating spaces on the boat. The back deck is totally enclosed in clear vinyl, perfect for rainy days or chilly evenings. When it warms up, our staff can remove window panels to allow more ventilation. Up the ladder is the fly bridge deck, also enclosed with windows that open to bring in the fresh, salty air. This is the perfect spot to enjoy the spectacular views of the lighthouse, Queen Mary and the marina.

A 40' Silverton motor yacht with comfortable interior and exterior spaces.
The comfortable and light filled living room has recently been updated with beautiful hardwood floors and fresh nautical decor.
The large windows frame the incredible water views. The living room also features a large couch, wet bar, 40" flat screen TV/DVD/DirectTV, and a stereo with Mp3 plug in. The living room overlooks the small but well provisioned galley with a 3/4 size fridge/freezer, toaster and microwave. There is also a banquette with table seating for 4. The Sea Peepers also has central AC/heat throughout the boat.
The primary bedroom has a full size bed, TV/DVD and en-suite bathroom with shower. The small guest bedroom located in the bow has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

The Lady J is a beautiful 47' Bayliner motor yacht located at the end of our dock with 180 degree views from the Aquarium to the Queen Mary. The large living room has a comfy sectional couch and wet bar with ice maker. There is a 32" LCD Smart TV with Directv. Just off the living room is a small aft deck, perfect for sitting outside with your morning coffee. The attached galley has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.
The raised pilot house has seating for 4 with great views of the Aquarium of the Pacific.

Staycation is a beautiful 48' Meridian motor yacht located at the end of our dock with sweeping views of the marina, Queen Mary, Light House and Shoreline Village.
Upon entering thru the mid-deck, you descend into the spacious and well appointed salon with double windows stretching the length of the room to allow for plenty of sunlight and for showcasing the magnificent views. With two large couches , there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the DirectTV. The entire boat also features central climate control.
The galley kitchen is just 2 steps down from the salon with a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The galley is also appointed with glasses, dishware and silverware for your use. Forward of the galley is the very comfortable guest suite with queen bed and it's own bathroom with bathroom and shower.

This ranch-style cottage single-family duplex-style home features hardwood and tiled floors throughout! Lots of natural light throughout the house amidst large shady trees and bushes which surround the property.
This centrally-located home features a grassy lawn enclosed by a white picket fence. This former Citrus farm, dating back over 100 years ago, has lots of shady trees, plants and bushes which grow next to the windows for extra privacy, and adorns the backyard with BBQ grill, bonfire pit, hammock, and orchard fruits trees that attract a lot of birds and cute wildlife, including: raccoons, possums, and squirrels!
This single-family home is in a residential neighborhood has plenty of nearby street parking and is within a network of bike lanes, public transportation routes for buses. Also nearby, are many family-owned restaurants nearby that are excellent! (Peruvian, pupusas, southern home cooking, and a Louis drive-thru Burgers for delivery or drive thru).
Additionally, there are two brand name convenient stores (7-eleven, CVS) nearby, and a large park filled with large trees, which has a popular local skate park, community center for Zumba or yoga classes, softball field, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball courts, and a playground with slides and swings for children. There is also a large library with high-speed internet.

Let me tell you this spot has the best weather! Located equally between downtown Los Angeles and the beach, this spot has one of the best temperature climates in all the Los Angeles basin. Featuring a charming quiet residential single family home neighborhood (one of the original neighborhoods of Los Ángeles) with a late afternoon breeze that gently flows in through the large ancient trees all around the area, yet in close proximity (5 minute drive) to 3 major freeways, bike lanes and public transportation. 2 other freeways are about a 10 to 15 minutes drive away. Explore away!
Other things to note
This property sits on what used to be a small local citrus farm almost 100 years ago. The trees around the are mostly large and native including some fruit trees… original Meyer lemons, mandarin oranges, and limes.
For any requested breakfast, I use on-site ingredients in cooking breakfast and will have extra fruits and snacks in the kitchen, when they are available, for consumption during breakfast hours.
Locally-grown fresh seasonal fruits from native trees are brought into the kitchen and available when in season. Fruits may include: green grapes (seasonal), anna apples (seasonal), Sweet mandarin oranges (native), Meyer lemon tree (native), and limes (year round).
Fruits, vegetables, breads, and coffee are available in the mornings in the kitchen. Upon special request, I cook breakfast meals served to your door (must be requested by 6pm the day before) and delivered at 8am.

2 Queen beds 1 private bath Guesthouse part of a single family house. You are able to go inside of the guesthouse from a private entrance door that is at the end of the driveway. Door is completely close and locked and window is cover with dark blinds so you are not able to see them or they are not able to see you. The property is furnished and includes refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, stove/oven, dishes, pots/pans, cookware, silverware, plates, cups, bowls, and other kitchen utensils, queen size bed with all linens, full sized sofa, pillows, towels, various decor items, TV, cable, wifi, etc.
2. Rental Party: The rental party shall consist of the following persons:
Maximum 2 guests at the property limited to registered guests at time of booking, no visitors allowed
3. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 2 persons.
4. Term of the Lease: The lease begins at 4:00 p.m. on ____________ (the “Check-in Date”) and ends at 10:00 a.m. on ________________ (the “Checkout Date”).
5. Minimum Stay: This property requires a 3 night minimum stay.
6. Rental Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules as detailed below at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
7. Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
The deposit is for damage caused to property and shall be refunded within 14 days of the Checkout Date provided no deductions are made due to:
i. damage to the property or furnishings;
ii. dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning (this includes additional linens above the issued amount); or
iii. any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.
8. Cancellation Policy: If the guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the reservation will be refunded as follows:
More than 14 days in advance of stay: Full refund.
Less than 7 days in advance of stay: 50% refund
10. Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance.

1. There is absolutely NO SMOKING anywhere on the property. If you would like to smoke, you may go to the alley or on the public sidewalks. Thank you.
2. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Pets are NOT allowed.
7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit.
8. Countertops: Due to the nature of marble, do not place citrus or wine items directly on the countertop. Please also take care when pouring wine, as the marble is porous and will absorb the stain.

Beyond the storage area, you'll find a high top dining table with 2 chairs and a new fully equipped kitchen with a full size stove/oven and microwave, a 7 cu refrigerator, open shelving with dinnerware for 4, a small Dutch oven pot, a 5 cup coffee maker and a toaster. The kitchen also comes with cabinet space, step ladder, has 2 windows and door to access the outside alley entrance. In the shared garage, you'll have access to your own washer/dryer.

Your space is private and you will have private access from the alley way entrance which leads you to the kitchen door. The main door, which overlooks the shared courtyard can be accessed through the driveway gate entrance, leads you to the bed/living room.
You are welcome to use the shared courtyard, but please refrain from accessing the space under the covered patio.

Built in 1896 and located on the south edge of the Drake Park/Wilmore historic district, this secluded unit is half of a beautiful modernized Long Beach classic house (duplex). Lovely covered outdoor space in back, with sauna. Bright and clean. Hardwood floors throughout. New kitchen appliances. Excellent walk/transport score. Short walk to shoreline shopping/harbor/convention center and aquarium. 3 blks to Pine St. (restaurants/bars) Parking for small car only in gated area at back of house.
The space
Stay in a bit of history by choosing this charming, historic, modern home built in 1896. It is considered a Four-Square (pre-craftsman) style home.
The house has been completely restored, including new, real oak hardwood flooring. Custom kitchen cabinet doors are custom made with a Shaker style design.
Located on the beach-side end of the Drake Park / Wilmore historic district in downtown Long Beach, just blocks from restaurants and the Metro.
Guest access
Entrance either through the front or the back. There's a semi-private alleyway in the back, that leads to the gate of the property, and parking. A single key opens the doors in the back, and an electronic keypad, and also a key fob opens the front door.
The unit is a feel apartment with entire kitchen, living room and bedroom. Guests can use the entire shared front and back patios. Please see photos for more detail.
Other things to note
There is an abundance of plants all around the property, and in the unit as well. Plus, there is plumbed, alkaline bottled water next to the kitchen sink.
The backyard and sauna is shared, but I’m generally just trimming plants in the back. We can communicate about using the sauna.
The neighborhood is friendly, with people periodically walking their dogs out front, and generally like to exchange smiles. The seating area in the front is a great place to connect, or just people-watch as the jasmine shrubs add privacy. Large succulents fill the entire front of the property.

This sharp 45' Carver motor yacht is a comfortable boat for 2 or 4. There is a convenient back deck off the living room with seating and boasts awesome views of the lighthouse and Queen Mary. The spacious living room has a sectional couch, love seat and wet bar, as well as a cozy electric fireplace. There is a 42" LCD Smart TV with Directv. The attached galley has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.
The raised pilot house above the living room has seating for 4 with great views of the Aquarium of the Pacific, a perfect second inside seating area.
Below, the primary stateroom features a queen size bed with ensuite bathroom and shower. Forward is the guest stateroom with a queen size bed. There is a second bathroom with shower off the hallway. Both staterooms have Smart TVs to stream your favorite shows. For your comfort, the boat has central heat and A/C.
The large fly bridge has seating for 6 and offers some of the best views of the beautiful Rainbow Harbor.
Midship is the guest stateroom with a full size bed. This room is cozy and recommended for 1 guest, but can accommodate 2. The guest bathroom with shower is across the hall.
The master stateroom is located in the bow with a full size bed, it's own Smart TV and ensuite bathroom with shower. Attached to the master, is a small seating area.
The large upper flybridge deck features seating for 6, with a wet bar and incredible views of the Queen Mary, Lighthouse and all of Rainbow harbor. The yacht also enjoys climate control throughout.

This sharp, 37' Sea Ray, is clean, efficient and perfect for a romantic night for two.
The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed with memory foam topper to ensure a wonderful night's sleep. It also has a TV/DVD player to allow watching your favorite movie in bed.
There is one bathroom on board, that is small but has shower, toilet and sink. The second bedroom can either sleep one adult or two small children or provide extra storage for your luggage.
Off the bedrooms is the small galley with refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. Like all of our yachts, we have appointed it with wine and champagne stemware/juice/cocktail glasses, plates and silverware.
The salon area features a comfortable banquet style seating for meals , enjoying the TV/DVD/DirectTV or looking out the window at the beautiful view.
There are two outdoor seating spaces on the boat. The back deck is totally enclosed in clear vinyl, perfect for rainy days or chilly evenings. When it warms up, our staff can remove window panels to allow more ventilation. Up the ladder is the flybridge deck, also enclosed with windows that open to bring in the fresh, salty air. This is the perfect spot to enjoy the spectacular views of the lighthouse, Queen Mary and the marina.
