This is a great place for those looking to relax after a day in Los Angeles. This is a quiet, clean and beautiful neighborhood without the crowds of DTLA. Great neighborhood for your morning or evening walks while at the same time being close to shopping centers, grocery stores, parks, bars and nightclubs; your pick. Our Guest House is located in our back yard with plenty of privacy. It’s a a small unit with small bathroom/shower, we encourage browsing thru photos before booking.

Our Guest House is located in a residential neighborhood in the back yard of a single family home.Guest Park in the street. No private parking.

Guest will have to walk towards the back yard to access guest house. Guest can use backyard patio furniture to relax.

Our Guest House, like many others in the Los Angeles area, was previously our garage and the space has been thoughtfully converted into a comfortable guest house. It is studio open floor plan with a king size bed and an additional futon sofa bed, a full kitchen (fully equipped) and a small bathroom with small shower (36inx36in). * If you are having some Celebration and need a home where you can Party, Play Music, or Make a Lot of Noise, this is NOT the Home for you. Any Party or authorized gathering will have a minimum $ 250 fee applied. Airbnb will be notified to take action on the matter.

** A/C / Heater ** You will enjoy a central air home: we do have a few regulations to preserve the unit from damage. Guest can control the A/C Heater through a Nest dial. Temperatures can be regulated between 74-89 degrees only. If the temperature is below that, the unit will be locked for 4 hours to a temperature within range, and a $50.00 fee can apply. Edison, the power company, has the authority to turn off the unit if there is a surge of power outage. ** If you have any questions regarding the unit, please feel free to reach out.
