- "Enjoyed our two night stay in this clean and petite guest house. All the amenities you could possibly need (Fully equipped kitchen to prepare your own meals (or short drive to nearby restaurants) there's also televisions, video games and board games if you chose to stay in. FYI, there is no air condition. Still not an issue. We just turned on the fans and opened the windows. The cool California breeze was more than enough. The house is located in the back of the property and up the stairs. Location is convenient to highway. Hosts were quick to respond. Would definitely book here again."

* NO Smoking or vaping of any kind is absolutely PROHIBITED inside the home. If you do, any cleaning or furniture replacement costs will be deducted from your security deposit. A $250 fee will apply for any smell or cigarettes' buds found.

- "We stayed for 4 nights, house is perfect for someone who will be just sleeping there. Would recommend the owner upgrade some of the household items, everything is from the dollar tree and you can tell. Low quality and very bare minimum. There is 2 skillets and one pot for cooking, dollar tree trash bags that rip the instant you try to lift them or love anything in them. Dish soap is from dollar tree and doesn’t even get bubbly, there was no plug for the sink. I killed 5-6 spiders throughout the house over the course of the 4 nights we were there. Overall comfy, just felt cheap."

Violation of this policy will result in cancellation of the reservation without any refund, and you will be asked to immediately leave the property.

SMOKING: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $250 fee to get rid of residual odors.

NUMBER OF GUESTS. No outside guests are allowed. Only the number of people in your booking are allowed in the home. Please make sure to include in the reservation the correct number of guests staying.
