The kitchen has: Stove with Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave, Blender, Toaster, Coffee Late Capuchino Machine, Kitchen Utensils and we also have Coin Washer & Dryer, Four Bicycles, Arcade & Mechanical Bull. - "Enjoyed our two night stay in this clean and petite guest house. All the amenities you could possibly need (Fully equipped kitchen to prepare your own meals (or short drive to nearby restaurants) there's also televisions, video games and board games if you chose to stay in. FYI, there is no air condition. Still not an issue. We just turned on the fans and opened the windows. The cool California breeze was more than enough. The house is located in the back of the property and up the stairs. Location is convenient to highway. Hosts were quick to respond. Would definitely book here again."

Not much available in the way of amenities in the building, but this didnt matter for us as we were in the area ti visit family. Very convenient to Knott’s Berry Farm. Loved the walk through with Marcos on arrival. Owners were very communicative throughout. Would stay again!"

I also entered that I needed a house for lodging, this at best is a 2bd townhouse. It was so small that my husband and I decided to rent a hotel for us. I guess they decided they could throw a air mattress in the living room and accommodate 2 more people. The trip to Universal Studios from here took close to 45 minutes, time I didn't want to spend on my short vacation."

Although this is very separate and private home it is important to keep ALL Noise Levels Down to a minimum. Absolutely No Noise after 11 pm. We reserve the right to remove loud guests from the property should we hear complaints from the neighbors.

Potential Additional Fee that can apply:

* If you are having some sort of Celebration and need a home where you can Party, Play Music or Make a Lot of Noise, this is NOT the Home for you. Any Party or authorized gathering will have a minimum of $ 250 fee applied.
* NO Smoking or vaping of any kind is absolutely PROHIBITED inside the home. If you do, any cleaning or furniture replacement costs will be deducted from your security deposit. A $250 fee will apply for any smell or cigarettes' buds found.

- "Bathroom was dirty, so was fridge. For 2 nights one renter had 3 more in their room. One was small child that was noisy in evening. I bought cleaner and cleaned bathroom and watched mats. Very little privacy. Would not recommend. Motel 6 would have been better. Other renters were nice and pleasant but could not get past the cleanliness to enjoy stay"

- "We stayed for 4 nights, house is perfect for someone who will be just sleeping there. Would recommend the owner upgrade some of the household items, everything is from the dollar tree and you can tell. Low quality and very bare minimum. There is 2 skillets and one pot for cooking, dollar tree trash bags that rip the instant you try to lift them or love anything in them. Dish soap is from dollar tree and doesn’t even get bubbly, there was no plug for the sink. I killed 5-6 spiders throughout the house over the course of the 4 nights we were there. Overall comfy, just felt cheap."
