You will find this home to be very close to various convenient locations such as LAX Airport, So-fi walking distance to the metro station, near the 105 fwy, Space X, and less than a 15 min drive to the Manhattan Beach, and less than 5 miles to Target, Ross and various shopping centers, grocery stores, and most Important various Restaurants within short distance drive.
The space
This house is a great place to book if you are a party of 7 people. There are 2 (two) bedrooms with Queen size beds in each room with an additional roll out bed in the room if needed! In the living room there’s a queen size sofa bed. In the bedrooms each doors have code locks to enter or lock door. In the living room you will also find a 45" Smart TV with Netflix. We do provide free Wifi! This entire house is fully equipped with everything you and your family or guests will possibly need during your stay. All required amenties such as pots and pans, silverware, blender, toaster, and etc. you will find in your brand new kitchen with brand new appliances. In the backyard there is propane BBQ grill, fire pit, and patio chairs to relax.

- "We stayed the week of September 2, 2024. The Pictures fit the description perfectly, The condo is really nice!!! Having our own parking Space was extremely convenient because the street parking fills up. The queen bed is really comfortable. The condo is located minutes from everything we wanted to do. The hosts Mike and Dawn are very friendly, easy to reach, and respond quickly to any request you have . Drawbacks are… there’s no air conditioning in this unit, only a ceiling fan in the kitchen and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Unfortunately, there was a heat wave the week we were there and it made the unit extremely warm so we bought a couple of box fans for extra circulation. The dishes and pans could be updated, the silverware is extremely small ( not regular size ), not many small appliances like a blender or a mixer, no ironing board, and iron. There is no washer and dryer, but that was ok because we found a great laundromat down the street Coast Laundry, it’s a really nice laundromat clean and the staff is friendly.. coast-laundry.com We definitely enjoyed our stay and had a lot of fun. thank you for having us"

Now I will say the pictures are quite accurate but the home itself is not what you expect the neighborhood is just weird in general some guy standing outside with a jacket, shorts & boots in 108 degree weather. The parking is horrible. Never can find street parking no matter what time of day it is. The home doesn’t have central AC only ac units which only would cool down whatever room it’s in. So the rest of the house is HOT. I contacted eve who was trying her best to help because the downstairs ac did not work at all the first 3 days so they came and brought another unit which cooled down a little bit but at anytime the lights would go out and I have to keep switching the breaker box on and off. As a guest this shouldn’t be happening in 105-115 degree weather days. For the first 2 days barely had any water because they kept turning it off. I would just recommend doing more research or contacting the property to see if those problems are solved. Good price but you get what you pay for."

They do have a shared backyard separate from what is pictured that was nice however with seating and a garden. It’s gated parking which is nice for security but you do have to coordinate with the upstairs neighbor to move the cars often since you can block each other in different times of the day and there’s close to no street parking. That can sometimes be an inconvenience especially if you leave out in the morning but blocked in. "
