They upgraded us to a beautiful suite for such a low price. The staff the food the atmosphere everything about this hotel deserves 5 stars. There was nothing about it that I could complain about. As for the area around the hotel. It's Manila and anywhere in Manila is going to have homeless people beggers prostitutes and dirty streets but once you arrive at the hotel you pull into the property and see none of this bc it's private and secluded and beautiful and safe with security and a wonderful staff that goes out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect. We will make this our go to hotel anytime we stay in Manila "
