If you have these expectations in mind, you will enjoy our apartment to the fullest.

Our apartment is unique because if you were to get a nearby hotel room for the same price, you'll only be getting one room with max 2 beds. Here, you'll be getting;

• A whole 2 bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with TV. (Netflix and basic channels only) Kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster oven.

• 1 free dedicated parking spot for you. It can be difficult to get into the parking spot if you have a large car, if so you will need to park on the street. Street parking is also available if your group has more than one car, just be aware it can be a bit tough to find a spot nearby after work hours.

• The apartment is 1000 square feet. The two bedrooms are 12x13ft. Each room has one queen size bed and can sleep two adults.

• The living room has a leather sofa that converts into a queen size bed and can sleep one person.

• Our bathroom is 8x8 ft and has all the necessities; bathtub, shower, 2 sinks, and toilet.

• Fresh towels are provided along with toilet paper, soap and shampoo. Extras are located in the bathroom cabinets.

There is no housekeeping during your stay. Please tidy up while you are at my home.

There is no washing machine or dryer available to do laundry, but there IS a laundromat located one block away where you can wash your clothes.

No pets/animals allowed.

• For your safety, we have video surveillance outside at our front door facing the outside hallway to ensure you are safe during your stay. (None inside)

• Please note that this is a second floor upstairs unit with 17 steps. There is no elevator on site.

• This is a "blue collar", working class neighborhood. We respect our neighbors as there are many nearby, and you should too. There is the hustle and bustle of daily Los Angeles life, and our prices reflect this. If you are expecting an upscale neighborhood such as Beverly Hills or Manhattan Beach with an ocean view, this place is NOT for you!

• If you are looking for a budget friendly place that is not shared and you plan on being out for most of the day or evening to enjoy what Los Angeles has to offer, and need a clean place to rest afterwards, this place IS for you!

• ALSO PLEASE NOTE: *** The maximum guests is 5 people, and it must be the ones you've mentioned who will be coming to stay at my home. No parties, illegal activity, loud music, events, or outside guests allowed. As mentioned earlier we do have outside video surveillance to monitor these unwanted activities. Those who do not follow these rules will be reported to Homeaway for an extra charge out of your deposit or eviction with no refund.

Parking info:
You are being provided with ONE off street dedicated parking spot at no additional charge. If you have two vehicles, you will need to park one car on the street. Please observe parking signs, as you are responsible for any tickets.

Parking is difficult in any large city. The same is true here. There is some street parking, but you may need to park around the corner.

If you have a small or mid size car, you will have no problem parking in my spot. It is best to have a confident driver who can navigate your vehicle through tight spaces.

Your parking space is located behind my apartment building. The driveway is somewhat narrow. It is possible to drive and park a mini-van if you are a confident driver, my recommendation is to drive slowly and carefully, and to watch my video tutorial link to see what it looks like. It is not possible for us to accommodate full size vans or large SUVs/trucks.

- "We stayed the week of September 2, 2024. The Pictures fit the description perfectly, The condo is really nice!!! Having our own parking Space was extremely convenient because the street parking fills up. The queen bed is really comfortable. The condo is located minutes from everything we wanted to do. The hosts Mike and Dawn are very friendly, easy to reach, and respond quickly to any request you have . Drawbacks are… there’s no air conditioning in this unit, only a ceiling fan in the kitchen and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Unfortunately, there was a heat wave the week we were there and it made the unit extremely warm so we bought a couple of box fans for extra circulation. The dishes and pans could be updated, the silverware is extremely small ( not regular size ), not many small appliances like a blender or a mixer, no ironing board, and iron. There is no washer and dryer, but that was ok because we found a great laundromat down the street Coast Laundry, it’s a really nice laundromat clean and the staff is friendly.. coast-laundry.com We definitely enjoyed our stay and had a lot of fun. thank you for having us"

Now I will say the pictures are quite accurate but the home itself is not what you expect the neighborhood is just weird in general some guy standing outside with a jacket, shorts & boots in 108 degree weather. The parking is horrible. Never can find street parking no matter what time of day it is. The home doesn’t have central AC only ac units which only would cool down whatever room it’s in. So the rest of the house is HOT. I contacted eve who was trying her best to help because the downstairs ac did not work at all the first 3 days so they came and brought another unit which cooled down a little bit but at anytime the lights would go out and I have to keep switching the breaker box on and off. As a guest this shouldn’t be happening in 105-115 degree weather days. For the first 2 days barely had any water because they kept turning it off. I would just recommend doing more research or contacting the property to see if those problems are solved. Good price but you get what you pay for."

Hollywood and Universal Studios 14 miles, Downtown LA 14 miles. 1.5 miles to Los Angeles Air Force Base. 7 miles to Venice Beach. 25 miles to Disney.

For people coming to Los Angeles for the first time,note that the city is remarkably widespread,the means for transportation of choice remains car or Uber/Lyft.
The public transportation usually lengthens traveling time due to number of stops along the lines and connecting times so every destination may seem to be far, by most country standards.
Points of interest and touristic sites are between 5 and 15 miles to north,south and west of our location.
