The home has a state of the art alarm and monitor system, and there is 24/7 surveillance.

Q. How many rooms are in the unit and how many people are in the home at one time?
There are 4 bedrooms inside the house. This room is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator access available). The maximum occupancy is 2 guests per room. For the enjoyment of all guests, this policy is strictly enforced and monitored.
All guests may enjoy use of the kitchen, lounge/dining area and the front patio.

Q: How do you monitor what is happening in the common areas?
All parking, entrance and common areas are on 24 hour, recorded video. Bedrooms and Bathrooms do not have video monitors.

Neighborhood: This is an up and coming neighborhood full of diversity. I live in the Latin section. So my neighborhood has plenty of spice, LOL. You will hear children playing outside after school hours and celebrations on Saturday. And possibly some unexplainable arguing from my neighbors. It’s summertime and that also means random fireworks here. But since this is a working class neighborhood on most days it’s pretty quiet after 9pm. I love it. Again I live here as well. It’s safe as I sometimes get home after 2am with no problem and walk to the C-Line train station during the day. The train station is less than a 10 minute walk.

Safety: is it safe - Yes! I live here and service guest every single day. Please do your due diligence to make sure that my home and area are comfortable for you before you book.

The Condo: is modest and in the rehab stage. By rehab I mean, cosmetic. We are currently doing some work in the garage, the bathroom and the floors. That means you will see paint, and floors that need to leveled etc - Please be mindful of that when booking as I work to make this home more comfortable for guest.

My Dogs: If you didn’t notice in the listing and my above statement, I have a 2yr old Labrador Retriever and a new husky rescue pup. That means you may hear some barking/dogs playing/dog hair etc. We all need to be comfortable living here and this house does belong to my dogs, lol. You can interact with them as much as you like or not. They are friendly and constantly socialized. But they are large dogs. If you are allergic or afraid of big dogs, this is not the best place for you to stay. If your service dog is not an actual trained service dog, this will not be the best option for you.

Groceries and entertainment (YouTube Theater, So-Fi Stadium, The Forum) are all within walking distance. All within a 5minute drive or a 20minute walk. This is very walkable. I walk to the grocery store just around the corner, and to so-fi late at night all the time.

we are Keeping it simple with 1 bedroom and one bath apartment. centrally-located location, 2 miles away from SOFI stadium, about 4 miles to LAX and all the beaches of LA. The spaces has all the basic necessities for those who are on the go and need a clean nice place to sleep while in the area.

The space
Living room has sofa and air mattress if you need it for a 4th person. ceiling fan for cooling. 40”roku Television with YouTube TV with all standard cable channels. if you have a streaming service you like to connect to and use if you have your account to netflix, disney + and others. HDMI input to connect your own devices (if you bring your own cables). We do have Wi-Fi internet. If you need to work we have added a work station so you can work remotely in comfort.

Kitchen has sink, dishes and refrigerator to place any items you like to bring in to keep cool. There is a gas stove if you wish to cook some things. Some pots and pans to get you started if you wanted to cook. There is a microwave. Utensils included folks, spoons, knives, spatula and tongs if you need them.

Bathroom has towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo. Sink with mirror.

Bedroom can be made as two beds, one queen size bed and 1 twin size bed. Check the pictures to see the layout. Dresser to store clothes and closet with space for any luggage you have. Extra blankets and pillows are also located in the closet if you need it for the sofa bed.

AC/heater unit is in the bedroom to keep cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
