She even suggested a restaurant for my son and I to dine at that evening. Everything in the house was perfect. We were provided water and snacks as well. If I had to make one suggestion it would be to add rugs in the bathroom, otherwise everything was great! My son did not want to leave! Supplies: We’ll provide everything you need to get started with the essentials like toilet paper, laundry detergent, propane, and cleaning supplies. Long stays are responsible for purchasing additional items, if needed.

Cleaning: we can arrange for mid-stay cleaning of the home for an additional fee. Our housekeeping team is awesome. The home is thoroughly sanitized and thoughtfully cleaned between stays.

- "Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and it fit our needs, but there were a few irritations. 1. When we checked in, the ceiling light and two outlets in the front bedroom didn't work. We mentioned this at check out, and the manager was responsive to getting it fixed. 2. We couldn't get the tv to work at first, and the manager was great in responding immediately. What we figured out was that they had ordered new remotes, but they were the wrong ones. We were able to figure out how to cast from our phones, but after the first day, it would sometimes take up to 30 minutes before we could get it to work, and some nights it would stop working altogether. 3. The pictures show clean yard....it was full of weeds and the outdoor table needs updated. Inside had dusty trim, and when we checked the couch as we were leaving to make sure we had all of our stuff was filthy (socks that weren't ours, lighters, oh, and a remote!) Some of the dishes weren't clean, and some of the outlets in the kitchen didn't work."

Inglewood is one of the safest cities in Los Angeles county. They have their own, highly trained (and paid), police force, fire and safety teams. The city has just had billions of dollars invested in the infrastructure and municipal programs. The Sofi Stadium complex is considered to be one of the most important entertainment venues in the world.
The home has a state of the art alarm and monitor system, and there is 24/7 surveillance.

Q. How many rooms are in the unit and how many people are in the home at one time?
There are 4 bedrooms inside the house. This room is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator access available). The maximum occupancy is 2 guests per room. For the enjoyment of all guests, this policy is strictly enforced and monitored.
All guests may enjoy use of the kitchen, lounge/dining area and the front patio.

Q: How do you monitor what is happening in the common areas?
All parking, entrance and common areas are on 24 hour, recorded video. Bedrooms and Bathrooms do not have video monitors.

Please be sure to read street signs and park accordingly to avoid a hefty parking ticket. Street cleaning hours are from 7 am - 1 pm. Tip: Try to secure a spot on the street the evening before they all occupy.

HOUSE RULES:
- No visitors allowed inside the property. If someone needs to assist with your belongings, they can help drop off your items on the porch. For any special assistance, please let me know. The guest on the reservation will be charged a $30 fee for any unauthorized visitor brought inside the property in 30 minute increments.
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm - 9 am. Please lower any music or disturbances after this hours. Please note that the walls are fairly thin.
- Wash any cups or dishes used and put back where you found it.
- No excessive drinking; no smoking, vaping, marijuana, weed, or any illegal substance use of any kind, at anytime, or anywhere on the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an automatic $250 fine and cleaning charge.
- There is a $10 fee for stained/damaged or missing towels.
- There is a $25 replacement fee for lost room keys.
- Unapproved late check-outs will be charged $50 for every 30 mins, after the 11:00 am check out. If late check-out is needed, please request it from the host in advance.
- Should you need to invite or add on a last minute additional guest to the reservation, please inform the host of this request prior to inviting your guest. There will be a $35 charge for last minute guests. per night for the stay of your guest.
- No pets, an automatic $25 charge will be applied without a prior approval from the host.
- Do not burn candles, incense, or any open flames in the bedroom.

- If you need us to store your luggage and personal belongings before your check-in, or after your check-out, there will be a fee of $40 per day.

- We have an amiable female cat and a small dog living in the back of the property.

- Early check-in fee when is available $40 every 2 hours.
It has to be authorized by the host by text message on the Airbnb app.
Late check-out fee: $80 every 4 hours.

- House is located only 3 miles from LAX Airport. Close to The Kia Forum, So Fi Stadium, and Hollywood Park Casino.

- There is a school in front of the house. Please be aware of children laughing/ walking during school days.

- We have soundproof Windows and Doors to block Outside Noise.
