We designed this monthly rental airbnb as a home for traveling professionals. Whether you are being relocated and need a place to stay until you find your own space or you’re working on a short term contract through work.

We frequently host traveling medical professionals at Antelope Valley Medical Center, students attending internships at Edwards AF Base, or Aerospace Engineers.

We designed this home for traveling professionals. Whether you are being relocated and need a place to stay until you find your own space or you are just passing through and will be in the area for 1-12 months.

We get traveling medical professionals with mid term contracts at Antelope Valley Medical Center, and other hospitals in the area, students attending internships at Edwards Air force Base.

Other things to note
Our idea was to create a home for like- minded guests. We understand it’s tough to be away from their home and loved ones. So our goal was to try ease those feelings by creating a space for traveling professionals with this in common.

The room is in a quiet and exclusive single family home on a residential block (8 homes). The home environment is very quiet and peaceful with respect to privacy, but friendly and communal. NO ANIMALS (owner has allergies), NO DRUGS or SMOKING OF ANY KIND. Social/casual drinking ok. This is a spacious, clean, and sanitary home. Each room is for single person occupancy. All fast food, restaurant, grocery stores are 1-10min away. Easy access to freeway and neighboring cities.

The space
We value peace and quiet throughout the home. The roommates are very respectful, communal and helpful with respect to privacy. The room is inviting with comfortable bedding, closet space and suitable for working from home.

Guest access
All areas of the home is accessible with the exception of the living room, other roommates bedroom and garage.

During your stay
We like to be present for initial check-in. However, sometimes we use self check-in, but only when discussed a head of time, not upon arrival. If self-check in was not discussed prior to arrival then self check-in is not permitted. We are also available by Airbnb app, text message or phone call. However, main communication will be done through the Airbnb App. Please be available and monitor Airbnb app after booking. All concerns or questions will need to be presented to the host and not other guest in the home. All guest are required to show ID upon arrival before obtaining keys to the room or combination to the lock. Please note I do not take ID on a phone or through an electronic device. Please have physical ID on hand. The combination to the lock will be provided upon arrival and no sooner. In addition, ABSOLUTELY NO transporting of trash bag/Shopping bag filled personnel belongs or clothing items into the home at anytime. Guest are allowed to do laundry one load per week during their stay. Please note there will be no refund to guest after first night in the home. If your reservations have to be altered or you are in violation of rules and asked to leave that will be at your expense. We expect for guest to clean up after themselves to include throwing their trash away, respect the people and common areas and shared spaces in our home.

Other things to note
Currently, there are only two room available in the home for Airbnb.

In addition, there is one tenant who live on property.

Welcome to West Lancaster! Our neighborhood is a wonderful green escape from the desert around us with green lawns and trees that beautify our safe-and quiet cul-de-sac nestled in our neighborhood. Relax in a PRIVATE, cozy room with a comfortable queen-sized bed, 4K smart TV and writing desk. Our location is conveniently minutes away from Antelope Valley College, hospitals, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and more.

The space
Experience the comfort and privacy of this room that is located on the second floor of the house, with the bathroom conveniently located right across the doorway. The room is furnished with a queen-size bed, 4K smart TV with streaming apps (Netflix & Hulu), as well as a desk/lamp/computer chair perfect for studying or working from home. House is equipped with 400mbps WiFi over the latest WiFi 6 technology.
***The bathroom is only shared when another Airbnb guest is occupying the other room. ***

Guest access
Guests have full access to common/shared areas of the house, including BBQ/grill, kitchen, living room, pool, laundry and more.

During your stay
In addition to my husband, 2 year old baby, and I living here, we have two friendly, smaller dogs that love to cuddle and interact with guests.

Other things to note
Long-Term guests are welcome! (Discounts available for length of stays of 1 month or more)

You'll have use of the kitchen, and there will be space for you in the refrigerator for perishables and space in the kitchen cabinet for any dry/canned food storage.
You will also have shelf space in the bathroom for your personal bathroom products and toiletries.
* Bathroom is ONLY shared when there is another Airbnb guest using the other room that is down the hall, with no more than one other person other than yourself sharing that restroom.

****Please note we will need access to the room for air filters and pest control. We will always give you 24 to 48 hour notice. ****

The Windsor house is a unique and gorgeous one located at the center, in a prime area of AV college, yet it gives you a really relaxing mind and peaceful soul with it large green and park-like garden in the backyard. It offers orchard setting with luscious green grass, different type of 4-season flowers and a ton of mature fruit trees with a full length covered patio. The room has a 2-side garden view from above.
