The space
RV is about 100ft from the main house with a garage in between so there is some separation. RV has only 1 air conditioner so the back bedroom will likely be hot during the day but open the windows in the evening for a cool breeze. There is a private shower building behind the RV to use instead of the RV shower. Parking for 2 cars, ask if you need accommodations for more than 2. Black and gray tanks will be empty and water tank will be full upon arrival. For stays over 1 week, tanks will be emptied and water filled for you 1 time at your request. Self service after that. Enjoy sunset views over the mountainside.

Other things to note
Wi-Fi is not available. We’ve tried using an extender to get Wi-Fi to reach the RV but have been unsuccessful. If you want to use WiFi near our house, I’ll share the password!Regular cell service is strong.
Absolutely no open fires allowed by law. The summers get hot and the winters get cold. The RV has a/c and heater but please don’t rate low because you don’t like the weather and didn’t check the forecast before booking.
