Winery Row. This West side home is located on the winery grounds, the home of PAIX SUR TERRE "owned separately". Located at the edge of a vineyard. A small 1200 sf home overlooking farm fields and plenty of quite and privacy. Located on Winery Row, this is a convenient place to center out of while enjoying our areas BEST wineries. Approximately 10 minutes to Paso Robles. PAIX SUR TERRE "peace on earth" is the winery located, on the property at the top of the hill, just a hop, skip and a jump away. Enjoy wines from the deck of the winery, or take it down to your private Hamlet. The property is gated, with a paved road for privacy assurance. This home is brand new, it is a modular home with Granite counters, stainless steel appliances, 9 foot ceilings, washer and dryer & forced heating and air conditioning. The Master suite has a Queen size bed and large tub & shower. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed with access to its own full bath. This is a great room concept, with a nice viewing deck in front. The property can sleep up to 6 with the use of the Murphy Bed in the living room. We have set the property up to accommodate up to six persons, though two will be in the living room.
A BBQ is provided for those who just want to hang and unwind after a day of wine tasting. Out door dining is a great choice as there is a table for six on the front deck. Enjoy watching the wildlife from the deck or from the large panoramic windows in the living room. Guest Access:
This is an exclusive Tentrr Signature campsite. Tentrr partners with land owners to offer unique accommodations in beautiful outdoor spaces. Our campsites are off-the-grid which means they generally do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature!

Your Tentrr campsite includes a 10'x12' (120 square feet) safari-style canvas tent on a raised wooden platform. Inside the tent you'll find one queen bed or a queen-size bunk bed (see photos for the exact setup). The tent is big enough for the bed plus one or two extra sleeping bags on the floor. Aside from the canvas tent, campers can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that’s provided. You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs, and a heating source to keep you warm and toasty at night.

Max Occupancy: This refers to the total number of campers allowed onsite with your reservation. You may have as many campers in your party up to the maximum limit that is set for the listing, but please note that the only bed provided as a standard amenity is the one set up inside the canvas tent.

Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. To use, line the bucket with a CleanWaste Sani-Bag supplied at the camp prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. CleanWaste Sani-Bags use a NASA-developed gelling/deodorizing agent that helps prevent spills and keeps everyone safe and clean.

Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.

Interaction with Guests:
Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location on the property.

If a CampKeeper submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the CampKeeper’s property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!

Welcome to rural Paso Robles wine country. The space is a custom toy hauler trailer, built to reflect a tiny home. The trailer is parked in the driveway to our property — a homestead located off a dirt road about 15min from downtown Paso Robles and minutes to many wineries. The trailer has sleeping configurations to accommodate solo travelers to a small family. The space
Unique custom toy hauler. Experience tiny living with a minimalistic feel. Property is a 2 acre homestead with tall grasses, pine trees, farm animals, and free range chickens. Neighbors are friendly. Wineries are within 5 min. And Paso Robles downtown is 15 min. Downtown there is antique shopping, a park, olive oil tasting, and cheese tasting. Beaches that are closest to us are Cambria, Cayucos, and Morro Bay (about 40min drive). There you will find hiking on the bluffs, small quant beach towns with antique shopping and Morro bay has boat tours to see otters and go fishing. The drive to the beach is scenic with rolling hills and lots of wineries, Honey tasting, and olive oil tasting along the way.

A restored vintage trailer inspired by Billie Holiday. Billie has a double bed Queen day bed, kitchenette with microwave, minifridge, hot water heater, french press, AC, heater, record player, adirondacks and table. Steps away there are 5 bathrooms hot showers. Towels, linens, basic kitchen supplies provided. The custom trailer sits on a 120 acre vineyard ranch among rolling hills, oaks, epic sunset views. Enjoy wine tasting, BBQ, firepit, hiking, frisbee golf, sunset views.

The space
Billie is an off grid green powered vintage trailer. Due to county restrictions this is a dry campsite, so there is no water connected to the trailer. We provide carafes and two potable water filling stations in the campground. Alot of engineering went into providing enough power to run the appliances and air conditioner throughout your stay. That said, we recommend conserving energy whenever possible.

In addition to "Billie", we have 5 other restored vintage trailers for rent, and 4 spaces for your own RV or to pitch a tent. These separate listings can be found under the same address, or host, and the name "Vinyl Vineyards". We can arrange wine tastings, vineyard tours, and wine delivery upon request. The entire property is available for private parties, events, and gatherings.

Our airstream, a 31’ Airstream land yacht, is resting under a giant oak tree. The space
Welcome to Coyote Mynt Ranch in the Adelaida Wine Zone of Paso Robles, known for their award winning Zinfindels. On the ranch there is a seasonal stream running just behind the site and down the hill. Come and get away at our secluded vintage 1971 Land Yacht Airstream, Pearl Hart, tucked away on our 42 acre ranch under mature oak trees and surrounded by native plants. Keep an eye open for wild turkeys, deer, and tule elk roaming throughout the land. A morning stroll on the property is the perfect way to start the day after brewing a cup of coffee. Enjoy a hike on one of the old horse trails and then venture out to the award winning Adelaide Wine trail in Paso Robles. Relax under the oak trees at your private site while listening to the song birds serenading you and sipping some of the local wines. Inside the airstream there is a toaster oven, a microwave, coffee maker, cooking/eating utensils, plates and drink ware. You'll just need to bring your own food/coffee/water/condiments/paper towels. Outside we have a propane fire pit as well as a propane bbq. You'll need to bring, matches, and a 16 oz or 5 gallon propane tank.
Wifi is very spotty at the sight, if any. We have a community area at the log cabin where you can get online and log into our wifi. There is plenty of tables and seating.

Feel free to walk around the property and visit with our farm animals. Your site is private but other guests may be hiking about and visiting with the farm animals.

Other things to note
We are on 42 acres in the country on a dirt road, it gets dusty, which causes dust to settle daily. There are farm animals, flies, spiders, wild deer, wild turkey, coyotes, field mice, tule elk, and bobcats. Please note, you may have flies around your site and in your trailer, if this is not something for you and you prefer a controlled atmosphere you should reconsider staying at our property. We clean each of our units with a professional cleaning crew after each visit and maintain its cleanliness in between stays. We are on a well system, therefore at times the water may have a mineral to sulphuric smell. It’s great for showers and skin but bring drinking and cooking water. Please practice "leave no trace “pack in /pack out” We have a dumpster near the barn, place trash in it and there is a recycling bin out at the gate.

The space
This updated RV boasts 32 feet of length and has three slide outs with a bedroom at each end. The Master features a comfy queen bed and smart TV. The bunk room includes a twin bed and a chair that converts to a second twin bed, making it ideal for families. The kitchen is fully functional with refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, and microwave.

The space
24 foot vintage airstream, reupholstered and kept in pristine condition. The airstream is hooked up to power and water, and it has tabletop fans, air conditioning, and a heater. The airstream is best suited for two guests, but will accommodate three comfortably. There are three beds with the option for the following bed configurations: either 1 full bed or two twin beds ( there will be no dinette with this configuration) To help make your stay as enjoyable as possible, we ask that you tell us what configuration of beds you prefer to have prior to your arrival so that we can set up the bedding for you. We use white cotton linens for bedding. The bathroom has a small sit bath tub and shower handle for quick rinses. There is only a 10 gallon hot water heater so don’t expect long hot showers. Shampoo and body wash are provided as well as plush towels. There is a private patio with a BBQ, comfy patio furniture, and a gas fire pit, as well as fresh herbs for cooking and table grape grapevines. Private lit up driveway and private parking is next to the airstream. There are playing cards and some board games in the dining area. See the sun and moon rise over the hills to the east and the sun set in the west facing view of the gorgeous outdoor kitchen patio and airstream. At night the sky is lit up in a blanket of stars. There are beautiful views from every window. Glamping at its finest!

Walk around the property and enjoy the country serenity. See the gardens and farm animals: cows, goats, chickens, sheep, dogs, and cats, etc...

Other things to note
Do not let any animals inside the airstream. This is a working ranch, and we live in the country surrounded by other working cattle ranches. The roads can be uneven and dusty during the dry months of the year or muddy during the rainy months. Our livestock guardian dogs work at night and do bark if they hear predators, such as coyotes, mountain lions, or foxes. For that reason ear plugs are supplied, if necessary. Be sure to bring flat shoes or sneakers for walking around the ranch.

We live on this ranch so please be mindful of children playing and not disturbing the main house. You cannot see our home from the airstream and we cannot see the airstream from our windows either. You will have a very private experience. We love our airstream, and hope that you will enjoy and care for it as much as we do.
