"Lucky Star" is a 1984 38ft yacht with a lot of charm and all the amenities for a unique San Francisco experience. She's clean, well-maintained and has a private suite, two bathrooms, galley kitchen, WiFi and a full shower.

Walk to fine dining, nightlife, Fishermans Wharf, North Beach, and many other San Francisco attractions and landmarks. Or, enjoy a glass of wine on the back deck and rock yourself to sleep in your private cabin. Experience the sights and sounds of Pier 39 and the San Francisco Bay.

Overnight parking is available at the Pier 39 parking garage. For the safety of our guests.... no smoking, candles or pets, and the vessel will remain in its berth. Boarding the boat requires some physical agility. Guests prone to sea-sickness should take precautions.

Guest Access:
This is an exclusive Tentrr Signature campsite. Tentrr partners with land owners to offer unique accommodations in beautiful outdoor spaces where you can relax, unplug, and fully experience nature!

Your Tentrr campsite includes a 10'x12' (120 square feet) safari-style canvas tent on a raised wooden platform. Inside the tent you'll find one queen bed with a memory foam mattress. The tent is big enough for the bed plus one or two extra sleeping bags on the floor. Aside from the canvas tent, campers can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that’s provided. You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, and 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs.

Max Occupancy: This refers to the total number of campers allowed onsite with your reservation.

Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. To use, line the bucket with a CleanWaste Sani-Bag supplied at the camp prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. CleanWaste Sani-Bags use a NASA-developed gelling/deodorizing agent that helps prevent spills and keeps everyone safe and clean.

Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.

Interaction with Guests:
Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location.

If a Tentrr Host submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the host's property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!

Reservation Modifications/Cancellations: Please note the terms of the cancelation policy as they are outlined in your confirmation email. Your Tentrr Host is unable to change or cancel your reservation on your behalf, and they are unable to waive any cancellation fees (if applicable). Guests are responsible for bringing their own camping gear. Of note, the main campsite is 1/2 mile hike from parking and has a portable bathroom facility setup. The Host will drive the gear in and out for the Guests so they don't have to hike with it (weather dependent).

One of our favorite spaces is the barn area which has a fire pit, multiple seating areas, an oversized picnic table, bocce ball, a grill and even a TV. This is a must hangout spot during the evenings for many guests before they hike back up to the campsite to retire for the night. There is also a portable toilet at the barn for guest convenience.

The houseboat community is friendly and helpful to visitors. You can take the kayak onto the water from our front deck, borrow the road bikes to explore the many cycling routes or go walking in the hills. Sausalito has many good restaurants and cafes along its waterfront looking out towards San Francisco.

The Morning Mist is an 85 foot luxury yacht. It has five in suite private cabins. The main salon has a piano and an electric fireplace.
This Yacht can be chartered as a dockside Bed & Breakfast or cruise the Bay for a day.
The 3-day cruise includes most meals and takes you all the way up the Sacramento River to Sacramento.
This makes for a great team building outing for your company.
Weddings, Anniversaries and Family birthdays can be celebrated on board. Our basic rate of $1,950 is for dockside Bed and Breakfast use. Optional cruising will be charged at $250 per hour. Optional meals other than breakfast, will be charged at $15 per person for lunches and $25 per person for a nice sit-down dinner.
We are also certified to do Ash Scattering at Sea. This can be a small family group or unaccompanied scattering with a location certificate.
The Yacht can be docked at Brisbane Marina or Pier 40 by Oracle Park (formerly AT&T Park) San Francisco.
The Captain and his wife will be on board in the crew quarters to assure your stay on the Morning Mist is comfortable.
