At the end of the hall is a sun-filled kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a gas range and oven, fridge, and various kitchen tools to make home-cooked meals. Coffee, cream, eggs, bread, oatmeal, milk, butter, fruit, and other cooking supplies are available for guests. Breakfast is self-served. I do not cook breakfasts for guests. The bright dining area is a wonderful place to enjoy drinks or meals. I custom made the dining table and other furniture. There is seating for 8. Feel free to just use the dining table as a desk/work space.

My house shares one vanity/sink room and one bathroom (with toilet and shower). Walk through the kitchen to the sink room which, has a sink, vanity area, various supplies, and windows to the ceiling, various supplies. Through another door is the bathroom with a toilet and shower/bath. Having these two separate spaces makes it possible for one person to be using the toilet or shower in the bathroom while another person may brush their teeth in the sink room.

I provide a make-up mirror with a light, blow dryer, cotton balls, q-tips, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, earplugs, band-aids, sunscreen, and a few feminine products in case of emergency.

Abundant Parking Options:
There is free street parking in the neighborhood. Most of it has a 2 hour limit between 8am Monday - 9pm Saturday. So, you can park for free in a spot from 7pm in the evening to 10am in the morning before you have to move. Since the time limit doesn't apply on Sunday, you can leave it from 7pm Saturday night to 10am Monday morning for free.

There are also parking meters in the streets immediately around the house. They are enforced Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm. So you can park for free from 6pm to 9am and all day on Sunday. After that, it's around $2.25 per hour which you can pay at the meter with change or a credit card, or from your smartphone with an app called PayByPhone. You can even pay in advance for the first 2 hours of parking in the morning the night before by using the app.

With any street parking or meter parking, *please* be sure to read the *signs* and the *parking meter* itself for any limitations such as street cleaning hours.

There is a parking lot right in front of the house. It costs $15 for each 12 hours. If you use the car during the day then you could just pay $15 for the night. Or you can park in the lot during the day for $15 and park on the street for free at night if you want to.

You can also park in a number of nearby parking garages. There are 2 parking garages a half block away on Vallejo. The Vallejo Garage charges $3-4 per hour. The North Beach Garage charges $4-5 per hour. They have an "Early Bird Special" where Monday through Friday, if you enter between 4:30am to 9am then exit before 10pm, the Vallejo Garage charges $18 and the North Beach Garage charges $20. They both charge $36 for 24 hours. So you could park in the garage during the day then park on the street for free and save $16-$18. They are open 24 hours a day.

Guests can access the cottage (located behind the main house) at end of driveway. Separate entry with extra key available upon request.

With this booking, you will get park side 3 bedrooms, FREE driveway parking. kitchen and dining place are not included in the list, you can use if needed, but we don't accept any complaints on it. It is an in-law unit located in the Sunset Parkside, host live in upstair. It is one of the safest area in San Francisco, various restaurants and cafes are 1.5 block away. Public transportation is easily accessible with L line, #66 and #28. please aware that hosts are allergic, can't host any pets.

The space
This in-law unit has 3 bedrooms, each of them has easy access to the bathroom and back yard! Queen bed and desk are set for each room. Among them, 2 bed rooms are suited together, share one bathroom. you can enter separately to keep private or use as a suite. From these 2 bed rooms, you can view our lovely backyard, from the 3rd bed room, you will have your own private lightwell. You have completely private access to the bed rooms and bath room. We, the homeowners, live upstairs. share the hallway to the backyard.
